In recent years, it is difficult to develop applications for both iOs and Android with in less time. To overcome this, Google introduce a new framework called Flutter. It is a new reactive framework and platform for building high performance and beautiful mobile apps . It is useful extensively at google to build business-critical apps, and by third party developers to build popular apps .It is also used as a SDK which provides support to build beautiful mobile apps in record time. Flutter is highly customizable , which allows it to build apps that are brand centric, or with the look and feel of native Android and iOs apps from a single code base.

Text recognition is a technique that recognizes text from the paper document in the desired format (such as .doc or .txt). The text recognition process involves several steps, including pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction, classification, and post-processing. The pre-processing is performed as a binarized image to convert gray scale image, and noise is reduced on the input image of the basic operation performed by removing the noise of the image signal. The segmentation phase is used to segment the image given online and segment each character of the segmentation line. Feature extraction is to compute the characteristics of the image document. This document describes techniques for converting the textual content of a paper document into a machine-readable format. This paper analyses and compares the technical challenges, methods, and performance of text detection and recognition studies in color images. It summarizes the basic issues and lists the factors that should be considered when addressing them. The prior art is classified as step-by-step or integrated and highlights sub-problems including text localization, verification, segmentation and identification of text. This survey provides a basic comparison and analysis of the scope and challenges in the field of text recognition

Biogas/ Gobargas is of more important in this days energy resources. It is very much important fuel in low cost with good efficiency. Fossil fuels are going to end in upcoming 50 years. So we have to make good quality of alternative fuel like biogas. Production of biogas/ gobargas depend on using of waste and organic feedstock matter, that provides an excellent solution for organic waste management. There are different parameters those disturb the yield of biogas by anaerobic digestion. .Biogas is a mixing of different gases that is an outcome of anaerobic (absence of air) digestion. It consists mainly methane- (CH4) and carbon dioxide- (CO2) which are the main greenhouse-gases and other different impurities. The substrate for anaerobic digester is a different kindof organic waste matter means it decreases a load of disposal of organic load of wastes due to the uncontrolled open dumping of organic discarded waste. There are different diseases and very bad odors during the degradation of waste [12] . This review paper analyses different factors those affect the biogas output rate including the usage of feedstock temperature, hydraulic retention time, C/N ratio, pH value, mixing, feedstock loading rate, agitation, etc. Currently Biogas is solving problems of fuel in rural areas to some extent.
