 Abstract

ABSTRACT The present study deals with prevailing biodiversity of micro and macro algae of the coastal areas of Arabian Sea near Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd. (KMML), Chavara, Kerala. The study mainly aimed at assessing the impacts of environmental changes and the marine ecology on flora of the Arabian Sea especially on algal population. Different study locations were fixed at the seacoast such as three sites for Lithophytic algae, benthic algae and periphytic algae (KM1, KM2 and KM3). In addition to these, General plankton was also identified. The study was carried out during January to March 2020. The air temperature of the area ranged between 330 C to 340 C, and the water temperature was between 310 C to 320 C. Highest number of Phytoplankton were observed at KM2 (18) and the lowest was at KM3 (14). Highest number of periphyton was observed at KM1 (9). The highest number of Benthic algae was observed at KM2 (7) and the lowest was at KM1 (3). More number of Lithophytic algae was observed at KM2 (10). About five species of planktonic algae were observed at KM1, three species each at KM2 and KM3. Navicula, Nitzchia, Oedogonium and Tabularia were the most prominent microalgae observed. The results from the present study indicate that the Arabian Sea coast is an important algal hotspot. As a hotspot of phytoplankton, greater numbers of algae were existing there; it needs to be investigated in detail to understand the influence of effluents discharging to the Sea near Kattil Mekkathil Coast.

 Abstract

After the outbreak of COVID 19, schools and universities were closed and since then they have been educating their students using digital platforms. The COVID19 pandemic produced at least one positive result. It is a much higher awareness of the importance of changes in education system. As schools were closed and parents struggled to work from home with their children, public awareness of the important role that schools play in society soared. As school going children struggled to study from their home, parents have became more thankful to teachers, for their skills, and their irreplaceable role towards the student well-being. As communities struggle to care for vulnerable children and adolescents, decision makers need to develop new mechanisms to provide basic services from nutrition to education and medical care. We believe it is also worth seeing what is possible to form the other side of the COVID 19 pandemic beyond these pressing concerns. The central role of education in the economic, social and political prosperity and stability of the nation is so clear that it is hard to imagine that there will be another moment in history that is well understood by the general public. Now is the time to imagine that education can be stronger than ever from this global crisis and propose ways to harness the newly discovered educational support in almost every community around the world. The paper has begin with a dialogue on what can be achieved in the medium to long term if world leaders take the public's demand for safe and quality schools for their children seriously. Finally, It is argued that a brawny and comprehensive public education system is very much essential for the short-term and long-term improvement of society and that there is an opportunity to skip to power-up schools. The author in this paper provides views on some practical educational practices that can be well adapted in Indian schools. The authors consider effective educational practices, especially during the COVID 19 pandemic, based on own experience and theoretical knowledge from comprehensive web searches in various databases of the time. The author performed a careful manual content analysis of the selected research papers. The paper in sighted an effective mixed environment for Indian school students and teachers, including meaningful participation and conflict resolution, goal-oriented inquiry-based learning for Indian students, and experiential learning with India's comprehensive online pivot, basic teaching methods to create Apps are being discussed to help reach the Indian schooling and parenting community. These initiatives could impact scholars, educators, podcasters, and the entire association of teachers to develop an efficient and appropriate curriculum for the Indian student community for effective learning and teaching.

 Abstract

Abstract: The the present investigation, CuNPs were synthesized by using an aqueous Artimisia pallens L. hole plant extract (APHPE) to form an Artimisia pallens hole plant extract copper nanoparticle (APHPECuNPs or CuNPs) and corroborated from the X-ray diffraction spectrum. As-synthesized CuNPs were spherical with an average particle size of ~22 nm. Fourier transform infrared spectrum suggested capping of the phyto constituents[1-3], probably polyphenols which might appear from the APHPE. The results obtained from the antimycobacterial activity assays suggested that these green APHPECuNPs were more potent against E. coli.

 Abstract

Till?na? is a rhythm-focused composition in South Indian Classical Karnatik music. Similar to a padam or ja?vali, a tilla?na? is a part of both music and dance concert repertoire. There are a few till?na?-s composed in not-so-common ta?la-s of the 108 ta?la system. A very popular musician-composer of such unique tilla?na?-s is Ramnad Srinivasa Iyengar. His tilla?na? in ra?ga ka?pi, set to Laks?m??a T?la is taken up for analysis. This article also attempts to highlight the various forms and structures of laks?m??a t?la which have been mentioned in different books over the years, and the ones in practice today.

 Abstract

Today education has met drastically evolutionary change. I believe the four pillars of education are Students, Parents, Teachers and Institutions. We can see today these four pillars are not coordinated or aligned on the same phase. This is because variant conflicts arising day by day on four angles. Teachers need to get updated on the latest events and support technocrat children. Age gap minimal or maximal between student and teacher causing crux in classrooms. Technological generation is not able to cope up with the decade's personnel. The reason behind the angular conflict could be because of caesarean operations and its superstitious beliefs. Parental care looks high or sometimes null. This situation is caused due to medical era change. Hence, this unhealthy medical crisis and changes are widely and firstly affecting the education domain. We can see the same impact has widely played a role in technology consumption among 21st generation children.

 Abstract

This study aim to evaluate the adaptive learning system for students with learning disabilities from the perspective of English language teachers in Abha schools, as well as to identify statistically significant differences in evaluating the adaptive learning system for students with learning disabilities due to English language teachers' varying years of experience and academic qualifications. Data was collected from 75 instructors using online surveys. The findings indicated that English language instructors in Abha schools place a high value on the assessment of the adaptive learning method for students with learning difficulties. Where the cognition of adaptive learning is crucial from the point of view of English teachers in Abha schools. Also, from the perspective of English teachers in Abha schools, the teaching performance for adaptive learning is crucial. In addition, no statistically significant disparities in the assessment of the adaptive learning system for students with learning disabilities in Abha schools were found to be related to teachers' experience or academic qualifications.

 Abstract

Keratin waste in the form of human hair, animal hair, horns, feathers etc. Is generated in millions of tonnes globally. Currently, no efficient method is being practiced to deal with this enormous amount of garbage. Keratin and keratinaceous substances have a reputation for resistance in degradation, however, several studies have been conducted to devise different methods of degrading keratin waste. The objective for degradation of keratin wastes is to utilize of the valuable compounds present in keratin wastes and to create a system for managing the waste being generated. The methods discussed in this review include physical, chemical, enzymatic and microbial methods for the degradation of keratin. Due to degradation, the disulfide linkages present in keratin break thereby making the Nitrogen and Sulfur available as opposed to that in the resistant form of keratin. Keratin contains many valuable amino acids and is particularly rich in cysteine, lysine, proline, serine. When recycled, keratin waste has great value in terms of amino acid generation as well as a wide variety of industrial uses.
