Nanomedicine and nano-delivery systems is a new but rapidly developing science in which nanomedicine materials are used as diagnostic tools or in a controlled manner to provide therapeutic compounds in specific target areas. In the treatment of chronic human disease via location-specific and targeted administration of accurate medications, nanotechnology has many advantages. In recent times a lot of excellent applications of nanomedicine in the treatment of various diseases have been made (chemotherapy agents, biological agents, immunotherapy agents etc.). The hazard to human life and health has been seriously impacted by cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Although several medicines operating under multiple action mechanisms are available on the market as conventional CVD formulations, their low water solubility and limited biological activity, non-targeting, and drug resistance still make them far from adequate. New methods of delivery of CVDs through the creation of nanotechnology for drug delivery systems (NDDS) demonstrate considerable benefits in the resolution of the foregoing challenges. Nano-drug delivery systems major aim is to study the recent progress in cardiovascular medication carriers based on nanoparticles. In this work, the problems of the conventional treatment methods compared with the nanomedicine of CVDs are summarised.

Child abuse is a complex international problem. Child abuse may include any act or failure to act by a parent or caregiver . It may be physical , sexual , emotional and neglect. It is a threat to the health, life and welfare of children. Children are entitled to the same human rights and fundamental freedoms as all persons have. Children are given special position and protection within the framework of the United Nation and in regional human rights treaties. These treaties create affirmative obligations of states to ensure the protection of children. . Through this paper ,various convention, treaties, protocols are highlighted which help to protect child rights and prevent children from all forms of abuse .

Background Traumatic brain injury is the leading cause of death and disability after road traffic accident. Coma and persistent vegetative state following traumatic brain injury has more impact on the health and recovery of the patient. There is no standard physiotherapy treatment which is relatively more acceptable. Among them sensory stimulation techniques have shown more marked effects. Despite of various studies and literature application of the sensory stimulation is still in doubt. This study is needed to comprehensively cover the information according to level of evidence and to put into practice. Methodology A preliminary search on the main search engines (Pub med, Embase, and Cochrane databases) was performed to identify therapeutic options commonly adopted to stimulate coma arousal after a TBI, and a systematic bibliographic investigation was carried out to find the more pertinent papers. Around 240 articles identified using search strategies, among them articles are excluded on the basis of title and abstract and then articles selected for the review on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result The results of the studies reviewed were positive indicating the potential benefits of using multimodal sensory stimulation in early rehabilitation involving familiar person to arouse comatose patients. Conclusion Evidences support the use of multimodal sensory stimulation in early rehabilitation. The evidences indicate the involvement of family members in early rehabilitation is useful in significantly improving patients condition compared to the patients who received stimulation from nursing and other clinical staff but high-quality studies are needed to calculate the dosage, frequency and technique of application for different sensory stimuli.

Chemical industrial processes have become "business as usual" because of their energy-intensive production methods and unappealing branding. As a result of its high energy requirements, polycarbonate (PC) production has grown to be a major industrial operation. In addition, a considerable number of dangerous chemicals are used during the production process. In this research, we're looking at how PC manufacturing affects the environment. At this time, over 400 Mt year1 of plastic garbage is produced. Plastic pollution is on the rise, but we know very little about how long it will survive in the ecosystem. Environmental degradation rates and mechanisms for important thermoplastic polymer classes are summarised in this Perspective. Our meta-analysis shows that some of the most abundant and recalcitrant manufactured plastics are more persistent in the sea surface than previously anticipated and that further research is needed to determine the ultimate fate of these polymers as current knowledge does not support the deep sea as the final sink for all polymer types.
