India has been the worshipper of truth and non - violence since the time immemorial. History is witness of this fact that we have not shed blood in the name of religion. We have not invaded any country in the name of expansion of our territory. We have ever been promoting harmony and peace in every nook and corner of the globe. We knew the limitations and limitlessness of our body, mind and soul. The ideologues and exemplars of ancient and modern India have cemented the pillars of our epistemology that is universally acknowledged. The waves and ripples in the rivers have progressed the flow and glow of our fresh thought. The peaks and tops of the mountains have elevated our ideologies and sense of perception. The sages and saints have melted their bones and flesh in making India that we are proud of.

Throughout the eighteenth century, two significant social institutions played an essential role in the Sikh struggle: Sarbat Khalsa and Gurmata. These two institutions are inextricably linked and cannot operate independently under normal circumstances. Despite their closeness, these organisations have a distinct history, and hence were examined separately. When Sikh confederacies were formed, their leaders and adherents used to gather in Akal Takht assemblies known as Sarbat Khalsa. Sarbat Khalsa was once democratically managed and constructed. Sikhs used to prioritise Guru Garanth Sahib during discussions. Gurmata, or unanimously accepted exceptional decisions, are the terminology used to refer to the judgements rendered by these assemblies. The term 'Gurmata' consists of two components: 'Guru' and 'Mata' (Wisdom of the Guru). At the Diwali, Baisakhi, and Dusahra festivals, the community's major problems were addressed in the presence of Garanth Sahib. As previously stated, after achieving consistency, this assembly was termed Sarbat Khalsa. Gurmata was considered as the Guru's ultimate verdict. Sardars and the majority of their subordinates and Misldars used to visit Amritsar during this period. Sardars were formerly sheltered in hospices near Harmandir Gurdwara. Prior to the establishment of Sarbat Khalsa, the Sardars used to make donations to the Harmandir in the form of nazars. Standard protocols used to be followed when the Sarbat Khalsa was held at Amritsar's Akal Takht. The Gurmata were not transported individually in order to address their difficulties with one another. The Gurmata and the Sarbat Khalsa flourished for about a century until being politically suppressed by Ranjit Singh at the turn of the nineteenth century.

Inorganic ion exchangers behave quite differently from the point of view of their swelling characteristics. Swelling in water is quite pronounced in clay minerals used as exchangers, but in synthetic products from Zr or another group of four elements, the swelling characteristics are quite different. Though the prepared product is hydrated to a great extent when they are dried, they lose much of their water except those molecules which are linked to the structure more strongly. If they again put in water, they do not absorb water to some extent. Though they show swelling in many cases up to ~100%, this effect is negligibly small for samples heated to higher temperatures. Zirconium phthalate and Zirconium phthalophosphate have been shown to give swelling of about 103-116% respectively. In general Zirconium Phosphate products are denser and do not swell considerably. The newly prepared exchanger has also been studied for its swelling characteristics.

The present paper aims at estimating the effectiveness of administration of organizations in Indian social setting. Employing the techniques of Porters Perceived Need Satisfaction Questionnaire (PNSQ) on Scientists (Ni = 25) and University Teachers (N2 = 25), the investigator studied the functional effectiveness of bureaucratic organizations on five needs; namely, security, social, self-esteem autonomy and self- actualization and reported that moderate bureaucratic model of organization played significant roles in the need satisfaction of autonomy ( P < .001) and social only. The strict bureaucratic model of Weber was found non-functional for need satisfaction of growth-oriented motives

Among the different mental problems which will, in general be firmly identified with self-destruction, sorrow is an especially significant danger factor. Numerous patients experiencing sadness end it all, never having approached mental consideration or legitimate treatment. Albeit discouraged state of mind, psychomotor hindrance, anxiety, and autonomic side effects might happen in misery, patients experiencing melancholy frequently visit an essential consideration doctor as opposed to a therapist, griping of different substantial indications. In this manner, the job of the essential consideration doctor not just that of the specialist, is basic in keeping such patients from ending it all. In such manner, the current report traces method for surveying self-destruction hazard in discouraged patients. Since early determination and execution of concentrated treatment for despondency give a decent shot at forestalling self-destruction, each doctor should realize how to evaluate the danger of self-destruction. Psycho-neurobics is really a bunch of activities of moving Spiritual Energy in neuro cells by interfacing Psyche (Mind) to the preeminent wellspring of Spiritual Energy. It's the best procedure to direct the psyche to have the option to utilize cerebrum energy for inventive work, to mend the body and to keep body and brain solid. In this paper, we would see how Psycho-neurobics support sailors in different types of self-recuperating. We will likewise see how Psycho-neurobic practices are planned with a comprehensive way to deal with eliminates negative energy, recuperating Chakras and working on mental strength.

The molecular data, in particular gel electrophoresis of enzymes and numerical methods of analysis have proven useful in many groups of insects and will see much wider use in future. Therefore, present study was designed with the main purpose to analyze the activities of alkaline phosphatase isozymes by electrophoresis method during different developmental stages of newly evolved races R1 and R2 of Bombyx mori L. Standardized disc electrophoresis method was performed. Alkaline phosphatase isozymes form distinct enzymes zones in the photographs and in the zymogram and these have been numbered in cathodal to anodal sequence. These isozyme patterns have been established after repeated runs. The total isozymes of different developmental stages of R1 and R2 have been grouped into different zones. The nomenclature of enzyme banding pattern has been followed. The relative front (Rf) of the esterase and phosphatase bands of all the developmental stages with reference to known indicator dye was calculated. Results demonstrated that changes in APH zymograms during development stages revealed a total of 18 bands R1, and 16 bands in R2. From the present results it is clear that APH the activity in eggs was low in R1 and R2. In the larval stage, APH activity was higher in R1, and in R2 moderate activity was exhibited in larval as well pupal stages. In pupal stage the activity was less in male pupae of R1 & R2, and it was found to be high in female pupae R1 & R2.

This study has been undertaken to improve the searching methodologies for text, images and Multidimensional Datasets in modern search engines using Projection as well as Hashing For these datasets, study queries that ask for the tightest groups of points satisfying a given set of keywords. Here we propose a method called Projection & Multi-Scale Hashing that uses random projection, hash-based index structures which would achieve high scalability and speedup. We also propose a deterministic version of the Projection & Multi-scale hashing.

The main aim of this paper is to conservation, performance and scholastic achievement of tribal and non- tribal students in relation to school background. The sample of the present study was obtained in two different phases. In the first phase 8 (eight) different schools (2 English medium central schools & 6 Kannada Medium Govt. Schools) from Mysore District of Karnataka were purposively selected taking into account the availability of tribal and non-tribal students. "The conservation task on Mass, Volume & Weight" developed by Piaget & Inhelder (1941) tool was used. Tribal non-tribal variable is found to be a significant factor to influence the conservation performances of students on mass, volume, weight and total conservation. The non-tribal students are significantly better than the tribal students in respect of all the conservation tasks.
