From ancient time herbal medicines have been used for curing of various fatal diseases in human beings world wide. In recent studies medicinal values of herbs have been extensively recognized. The potential fungal contamination of medicinal herbs affects its quality due to the presence of mycotoxins. Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of fungi identified in many agricultural products and medicinal herbs screened for toxigenic fungi. The ultimate exposure and toxicities of mycotoxins can be diversely influenced by endogenous food components in different commodities of the medicinal herbs. The fungal pathogen is one of the major causes of serious diseases in growing crop because of poor health and biodeterioration of seeds. To realize this aspect, the study has been undertaken on ten medicinal plants belonging to different families. Aspergillus sp., Fusarium sp., Penicillium sp., Mucor sp. and Rhizopus sp. fungi have been isolated from the different parts of the medicinal plants. After aflatoxins analysis, presence of aflatoxin was proved in all samples. The present study suggests that detection of fungi and aflatoxins poses a risk for consumer's health and it is necessary to check the herbal drugs before allowing distribution for public use.

Statistics and statistical reasoning are crucial to psychological research, since they provide a method for analysing and interpreting data, drawing inferences, and drawing evidence-based conclusions. Researchers may better comprehend the behaviour and mental processes of people and groups and contribute to the development of psychological theory and practise by using statistical methodologies.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and verify the hypotheses concerning the connections between training and productivity on the job. Primary data from 127 IT sector personnel were gathered to accomplish the study's goals. We were able to accomplish our goals with the help of simple linear regression and correlation analysis. According to the results, there is a positive and statistically significant link between formal education and professional success. Similarly, there is a positive and statistically significant link between employee interest in their work and their productivity on the job. The results of this study have crucial implications for both researchers and HR professionals looking to improve employee performance on the job through better training.

Nepal is the birth place of Bagmati river. The river flows from north to south direction in Nepal and to east direction in Bihar. Drainage patterns also display in the structural and litho logical control on the evolution of landforms. Drainage Pattern refers to the particular design which the stream course collectively form channel patterns such as meadering braided, straight etc. The study of drainage pattern assets in the interpretation of the nature of the terrain. "The pattern of drainage is one of the most refeiling features of a landscape that cast light on the rocktype Geological structure stage in drainage evolution etc." The pattern of developed over an extensive area in Bihar region mostly in the specific areas of granite, mica, shale and phyllite offering relatively uniform resistance. The pattern of drainage that then ensures in dendritic, having stem, branches, limbs and twings, it is like an oak tree in the organization of its part. The drainage pattern generally discards structural control. But the trunk like courses of the lower Bagmati for more than 25 Km. The lower courses of the tributaries and many independent tributaries run parallel to the other before their conflux with the master stream and tributaries are so small as to make the major and subsidiary stream nearly parallel.

The Indian economy has seen swung from the balance of payment crises in 1991 to being the fastest growing economy in world, mainly due to the measures taken to open up and liberalise the economy. The liberalisation of economy has resulted in greater flow of capital to Indian stock markets and hence the impact of global events on Indian markets has become more pronounced. The foreign trade has also increased with the liberalisation of the economy. This study analyses the correlation between Indian and some selected Global stock indices from 1987 and 2021 and concludes that the stock index correlation has markedly improved after liberalisation. Further it also analyses the flow of foreign capital into Indian stock markets and the changes in foreign trade. The study concludes that while the flow of foreign capital is aligned with the co-dependence of Indian and foreign markets, the changes in foreign trade do not exhibit this correlation. Hence the stock market correlation and flow of foreign capital could be considered as one of the indicators of the liberalisation of the economy.

The ageing population has a detrimental impact on the country's socioeconomic resources and increases financial strain on the working population. OADR's rapid and unabated growth is becoming a huge socioeconomic worry for India. Efforts should be taken to integrate this greying population into the workforce, not just to make them economically self-sufficient, but also to keep them physically and psychologically fit. The current poll looks into why people work or don't work after they retire from their employment, and it provides crucial new insights into the many characteristics and variables that inspire people to work past retirement age. The study's primary data is collected through a structured questionnaire from 176 participants using a Google form, then analysed and presented using statistical techniques. The study also advises policymakers on the many initiatives that need to be made to reintegrate retirees into the workforce.

This paper deals with the extortion done to the women in the contemporary Society. As you all know extortion is very common in the prevailing Indian society. This paper throws a light on this critical problem. It is quite painful for literary mind set. The play came out as a remedy to this harsh treatment on women. It is the greatest dramatic composition from Mahesh Dattani from the feminine point of view. It is really unexceptional for ordinary human beings. This extortion is big blot on the Indian society. The playwright underlines how the important characters Mala, Shanta are exploited. They try to bring forth degradation in close relation in the Society. Both the women Mala and Shanta exploited in the hands of Vijay through his clever tricks. Society should concentrate on these grim problems like child abuse, extortion and do their level best to eradicate these monstrous problems.

Abstract: Densities, viscosities, refractive indices and ultrasonic velocities of Naratriptan hydrochloride were measured over the entire mole fractions at different temperatures (K). From these experimental results, excess molar volumes VE, viscosity deviation ??, refractive index deviation ?n D, deviations are calculated. It was found that in all cases, the data obtained fitted with the values correlated by the corresponding models very well. The results are interpreted in terms of molecular interactions occurring in the solution.

In the present study quasi experiment quantitative research approach was used for this study. The present study was undertaken in village Annian District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. The target population for the present study comprised of mothers having under-five children residing in village Annian District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. In this study the sample consisted of mothers having under-five children residing in village Annian District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. The total sample size of this study is 60 mothers having under-five children residing in village Annian District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. In this study, purposive sampling technique was adopted. according to their level of knowledge. In pretest 48.33% of samples are inadequate and in the posttest 90% got above adequate. There is no significance association between the level of scores and other demographic variables, the calculated chi-square values were less than the table value at the 0.05 level of significance.

The speed of sound and density in binary liquid mixture of diethyl carbonate + benzonitrile, + benzaldehyde have been determined at temperatures 298.15, 308.15 and 318.15 K over the whole composition range. The data have been utilized to estimate the excess adiabatic compressibility (?E), excess intermolecular free length (L E), excess speed of sound (uE) at the above temperatures. The excess values have been found to be useful in estimating the strength of the interactions in the liquid mixtures.
