The latest smartphone stages built on new operating systems, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone, have been a vast achievement in recent years and built up various new opportunities. Unfortunately, 2011 also indicated to us that the new machinery and the privacy-related documents on smartphones are also gradually fascinating for attackers. In this project, mobile app malware detection, which contains a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) classification algorithm is implemented. The malware detection data set is analyzed that contains 35 features to study the viability of classification algorithm and malware detection is made by using the LSTM method to achieve more accuracy. The unique malware dataset patterns obtained by this method is converted to their binary form and it is applied to the deep learning algorithm to classify the malware and benign files. In this method, the malware can be predicted with 98.89% accuracy using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) which outperforms Malware detection-based methods.

Corona virus are respiratory group of viruses that causes illness from common cold to severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).It was first identified in Wuhan city in People republic of china. On 30 January 2020 the World Health Organisation (WHO) Declared COVID-19 as a public health concern(1) The COVID-19 is spread from human to human by droplets, direct contact with an incubation period of 2-14 days. There are preventive measures and standard operating guidelines issued of Ministry of health and welfare and World Health Organisation(2). Health Care workers are in the frontline of direct contact, are the main source of exposure to the infection. The first case in India was confirmed in Thrissur ,Kerala on Jan 30th 2020 who had returned to his home for vacation from Wuhan city(3). India already has 135926 active cases (According to Ministry of health and welfare, Government of India 12 February 2021). And, as the planet struggles, frontline health workers are particularly vulnerable to this infection(4).Coronavirus disease was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020(5).

Sacred groves are one of the finest examples of traditional in situ conservation practices and act as treasure trove of RET plants. Two famous sacred groves of Kasaragod district of Kerala differing in physiographic features were selected for present study. Studies were aimed at the exploration and comparison of endemic and RET plant diversity of these groves. Present inventory accounted for a total of 83 RET plant species coming under 75 genera and 48 families. Their role in germplasm conservation is evident from the fact that only 26 such plants are common to these groves, while others are restricted to any one of the groves. Correct botanical name, family, vernacular name and present status of these plants is provided. This paper also discusses the threats faced by these sacred groves and need for conservation.

Acyclovir is an antiviral drug used for the treatment of herpes simplex virus infections, with an oral bioavailability of only 10-20% and half-life of about 3 h, and is soluble only at acidic pH (pKa 2.27). Mucoadhesive polymeric nanodrug delivery systems of acyclovir have been designed and optimized using 2(3) full factorial design. Poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) (50:50) was used as the polymer along with polycarbophil as the mucoadhesive polymer and pluronic F68 as the stabilizer. From the preliminary trials, the constraints for independent variables X(1) (amount of PLGA), X(2) (amount of pluronic F68) and X(3) (amount of polycarbophil) have been fixed. The dependent variables that were selected for study were particle size, % drug entrapment and % drug release in 12 hrs. The derived polynomial equations were verified by check point formulation. The application of factorial design gave a statistically systematic approach for the formulation and optimization of nanoparticles with the desired particle size, % drug release and high entrapment efficiency. Drug: Polymer ratio and concentration of stabilizer were found to influence the particle size and entrapment efficiency of acyclovir-loaded PLGA nanoparticles. The release was found to follow Fickian as well as non-Fickian diffusion mechanism with zero-order drug release for all batches. In vitro intestinal mucoadhesion of nanoparticles increased with increasing concentration of polycarbophil. These preliminary results indicate that acyclovir-loaded mucoadhesive PLGA nanoparticles could be effective in sustaining drug release for a prolonged period.

In this study creams were formulated based on the anti-oxidant potential of herbal extracts and its evaluation. Selected plant parts are dried and extracted using 70% alcohol by maceration. The extract was tested for antioxidant activity by superoxide scavenging activity. Quality evaluation of the product was assessed by using different evaluation methods. No change of the physical properties was observed; the pH was in a proper range (approximately pH6). The marker Curcumin was present in the extract, formulation and the peak was comparable with standard Curcumin obtained by HPLC. The formulations showed good spreadability, no evidence of phase separation and good consistency during this study period. It was found that the viscosity of the cream increases when decreasing the rate of shear so the viscosity of cream inversely proportional to rate of shear (rpm). There is no sign of microbial growth after incubation period of 24hrs at 370Cand it was comparable with the control.

The stress depends on the women employees. Because the stress related to work, family, decision, future, and more. Stress is both physical and mental. It is caused by major life events such as illness, the death of a loved one, a change in responsibilities or expectation at work and increase job promotion, avoids loss, or changes in the organization, changing worker demographics (race/ethnicity, gender, and age) and worker safety and health. This study allows us to understand the stress level faced by the women in the organisation sector. However, data pertaining to the level of stress were collected from the Women employees of Railways concerned. the study shows individual differences as to different sources of stress. Modern life is full of stress. Stress on individuals ranges from personal day-to-day life of their organisational activities. Urbanisation, industrialisation and increase in scale of operations in the society are causing increasing stresses. In this changing environment, participation, interaction, transaction, planning, and regulation become key issues, each with its own frustrations attracted. Indian Railways (IR) is an administration organization under the responsibility for of Railways that works India's public rail line framework. It deals with the fourth-biggest railroad network on the planet by size, with a course length of 67,956 km (42,226 mi) starting at 31 March 2020. 45,881 km (28,509 mi) or 71% of all the expansive check courses are zapped with 25 kV 50 Hz AC electric foothold starting at 1 April 2020.

The aim of the present research work is to explore the application of mixed solvency concept to formulate and develop a fast dissolving solid dispersion. In the present study, poorly soluble drug, hydrochlorothiazide (model drug) was tried to be solubilized by employing the combination of physiologically compatible water soluble additives (solubilizers) to formulate its fast dissolving solid dispersion. For poorly water soluble drug hydrochlorothiazide, combination of solubilizers such as sodium caprylate, sodium benzoate, sodium acetate, lysine hydrochloride, and poloxomer 407 as mixed solvent systems were used to decrease the overall concentration of solubilizer required to produce substantial increase in solubility of hydrochlorothiazide. The procured sample of hydrochlorothiazide was characterized by melting point, UV, and DSC studies. Mixed solvency concept has been successfully employed for enhancing drug loading of poorly water soluble drug, hydrochlorothiazide.
