Gender plays an important role in issues related to peace and security. Despite this , it is not given due importance in policy discourse . Discussions on gender issues often appear to be marginalized between the core themes of international security and competition between the super powers . However , there is no need for any contradiction between the two . Conversely, foreign policy issues need to be made more gender sensitive. One way to measure the performance of a society on the scale of gender equality is by looking at the number of women in leadership positions. , especially in areas that have had a poor record of equality of gender representation . These areas include departments related to security and even academic studies related to security . In developed countries also the participation of women in these areas is very low . On the other hand, many people are of the opinion that empowerment of women and giving them more representation can lead to alternative approaches to deal with issues like international security. Many even go so far as to suggest that gender-balanced peace proposals may be more effective in resolving conflict situations. However, gender imbalance itself can be a source of conflict. It is not ethical to exclude women themselves from discussions on issues having a direct impact on women . At the same time, it does not seem reasonable to not use the capabilities of half the population to the fullest.

Fungus ball in the paranasal sinuses is a non-invasive infection of the paranasal sinuses caused by fungal infections of Aspergillus sp and Candida sp. Fungus ball in the paranasal sinuses is characterized by complaints of headache, especially the top of the head and the back of the head, pain in the face , nasal obstruction, post nasal drip, and cough that is recurrent and unresponsive to antibiotic therapy. The incidence of fungus ball in the paranasal sinuses has increased in recent years. Fungus ball in the paranasal sinuses often occurs in adulthood, and predominance in the female sex. We report one cases of fungus ball in the maxillary sinus in elderly women. The patient was diagnosed as a fungus ball in the right maxillary sinus and planned for excision of the fungus ball mass in the right maxillary sinus using the gauze technique

Abstract: The use of medicinal plants as a source of relief from illness can be traced back over five millennia to written documents of the early civilizations in India for a long period of time. Plants have been a valuable source of natural products for maintaining human health, especially in the last decade, with more intensive studies on natural therapies. Medicinal plants play an important role in the development of potent therapeutic agents. Natural products from plant, animal and minerals have been the basis of the treatment of human disease. Drug discovery from medicinal plants has played an important role in the treatment of antihistaminic, bronchodialator activties and, indeed, most new clinical applications of plant secondary metabolites and their derivatives over the last half century have been applied towards combating allergies. Extraction of jasminum multiflorum was carried out by successive extraction techniques. Further phyto-chemical tests were carried out followed by in-vitro pharmacological activity by using isolated goat trachea. Then resulted acetone extract were allowed to evaporation of solvent, concentrate further isolation of active secondary metabolite from extract was done by Column Chromatography, Preparative TLC and TLC. Spectral analysis of Extract and compound was carried out by IR, NMR, GSMS-MS were performed. The standardization parameters, TLC and Column Chromatography profiles were used for deciding the identity and purity of herbal extract. Chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques (NMR, IR, UV) proved its usefulness in isolation and proper identification of Flavonoids. Target compound i.e Jasmanolactone B may be the possible structure of isolated compound.

In radar applications, pulse compression is a commonly utilized technique. This approach is used to combine a short pulse's high resolution with a long pulse's high energy. It is achieved through frequency modulation or phase coding of the transmitted pulse. Bi-phase and polyphase are the two types of phase coding techniques. Due to the ease of implementation of bi-phase codes they are more preferred over the latter. An optimal bi-phase code is one that has minimum side lobes in its autocorrelation function. For an N-bit code there are 2N possible states and as the length increases the number of states also increases. Hence searching for an optimal code among these possibilities becomes difficult and time consuming. To overcome this, optimization techniques are used. This paper presents the usage of one such method called genetic algorithm to find out the optimal code for longer length sequences from 100 to 105.

The present study analyses the trends in the labour market in India over the last six decades. It is always a questionable fact that whether India is having a positive or a negative growth different sectors in the economy. The paper examines different indicators like contribution to GDP sector wise, structure of working population ratio, labour force participation rate and male female participation rate to analyse the trends in GDP and Labour Market.

Marketing must play a vital role in cross-functional alignment for the effective supply chain management. The issue is finding out how to achieve this integration in a way that is both efficient and reliable. We provide a framework for supply chain management, as well as concerns about how it can be implemented and potential study issues. For example, there are so many meanings for the term "supply chain management" that there is little agreement about what it means. As a result, the aim of this paper is to look at recent literature to further understand the idea of "supply chain management." SCM and the term "supply chain" have different meanings. are checked, categorized, and synthesized. Definitions of SCM support structures and a framework for establishing a clear way of conceptualizing SCM are then proposed. In a highly competitive and diverse industry like construction, where high-quality infrastructure must be delivered at low prices, effective construction supply chain management is important. CSCM (Construction Supply Chain Management) is a pleasant way to bring together the various chain sectors (i.e. internal and external suppliers, designers, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and internal and external clients). To validate new SCM ideas, large multinational companies have conducted intensive research and developed computer-based platforms.
