To support and improve miner's health, ventilation is a major aspect of underground mining. As a result, there is an increase in productivity and efficiency. To reduce the number of toxic gases in the air to a safe level. The ventilation system is a method of bringing fresh air into the mine. It is necessary to develop techniques for maintaining the quality of the ventilation. For ventilating in the working faces, the proper controlling devices were used for controlling air and sufficient ventilation survey techniques are to be developed to maintain the quality and quantity of air. This present paper shows a detailed view of the underground mine ventilation system, ventilation survey instruments and different parameters that contribute to provide ventilation effectively

Education loans form a part of the priority sector advances of the Public Sector Banks (PSB) and most of the educational loans are taken for pursuing higher education courses. In the knowledge era, higher education has gained significance all across the world. Like other developing nations, India also faced financial crunch in the early nineties and higher education suffered in terms of allocations. And in the pursuit of raising access ratio in higher education, private institutions entered the field and there has been steep rise in user charges in most-sought-after professional courses like engineering and management in India in the post-reforms period. In the light of the facts that scholarships going to higher education have declined, in real terms, and it is a vehicle of upward mobility, the education loan scheme comes in to focus in order to raise access ratio in higher education. In 2001 the Indian Banks Association has come up with a model frame work for educational loans in the country. With the approval of the Central Government the public sector banks in India started to give education loans. The private and cooperative banks also joined the fray. Due to growing NPAs and the intervention of the Government these norms were modified in 2011. The budget allocation for the primary and higher secondary education is on the increase in India. However, higher education has been of late relegated or left to the mercy of the private players. There has been a steady growth of educational loans disbursed, private colleges and deemed universities started and enrolments of students in higher education during the years 2001 to 2011.

Abstract: Rapid Internationalization and Globalization has enhanced the significance of workforce diversity. According to Clemons (2006), workforce diversity is creating and managing an environment which enables anyone from anywhere to do their best, regardless of their differences and similarities. Today organisation not only by simply better understanding the demographic of the marketplace that they serve, diversity in the workplace allows them to secure a competitive edge. As markets become increasingly global, it enables organisation to discover untapped opportunities in new customers and products or services. Diversity in the workplace gives HR professionals an opportunity to ensure a head start on identifying new trends by having a workforce which is representative of its customers and it acts as a key motivating factor for employee, reducing absenteeism and maximizing productivity levels by creating an inclusive environment that values diversity. This paper highlights on the importance of workforce diversity as well as opportunity and challenges human resource professionals experience in managing diversity. It further highlights that effective diversity management can be achieved through using appropriate practices like Promote Dialogue, Build Resilience Skills, Addressing Diversity in Every Phase of Talent Management, Create Ways for Like People to Connect, Make Diversity a Part of Brand Image as these practices will be vital in overcoming individual and group process problems while improving the triple bottom line. Thus, Diversity management has a place in human resource management and should be at the heart of human resource practices which will help the organization set and achieve reachable diversity goals.

This article evaluates the impact of employing irrigation on crop productivity using a dataset of over 500 farm households in Tigray Region, Ethiopia. Endogenous switching regression treatment effects approach is adopted in the study to reduce selection bias stemming from both observed and unobserved characteristics. It is found that irrigation increases crop productivity. This study supports the need for vital investments in irrigation schemes development, and efforts to improve access to modern irrigation. Over and above, development policies for agricultural transformation in the region would need to extensively encourage farmers to employ irrigation in all crop-producing areas of the region suitable for irrigation, and it should be accompanied by increasing availability of affordable irrigation schemes for the smallholder farmers to enhance their livelihood.

The increase in world population leads to the growth in energy demand. The primary sources of this energy come from the combustion of fossil fuel which producing oxides of nitrogen and other harmful greenhouse gas emission. However, biodiesel offers a solution as an alternative fuel for internal combustion engine but higher in NOx emission. Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system is used to lower the NOx emission. In this project we test the four stroke water cooled diesel engine to check the effect of different parameters such as % of blend, CR.EGR rate, injection temperature on the performance, emission and vibration characteristics of engine. This experimentation shows The exhaust temperature is increased while the BSFC, emission indices CO?, CO decreased with an increased of engine speed. Also, in particular, biodiesel produced with the addition of the per oxidation process had the lowest equivalence ratio and emission indices of CO, CO. This evaluates the performance and emission for different EGR rates of the engine.

In the year 2020, a novel corona virus has emerged as a very pandemic disease which affects the public health throughout the world. It has become necessary to screen large number people to identify the infected ones and reduce the spread of disease. A real time PCR (polymerise chain reaction) is a standard tool for diagnosis for pathological testing. There are failure cases for this tool as it gives more false test results which make path to look for alternate tool. Chest x-rays is a better alternative for PCR for COVID-19 screening. Even though some patients are really infected but not tested positive with reports. The individual, who is tested false, unknowingly transmits the disease to others. With false results, it becomes difficult to stop the spreading of the disease. Chest X-rays proved to a better alternative with its high sensitivity. But here accuracy of results matters a lot .Here a diagnosis recommender system for examining lung images is proposed which can assist the doctors and reduce the burden over them. Deep neural network technique CNN (convolution neural network) is used for achieving best accuracy results.
