The increase in world population leads to the growth in energy demand. The primary sources of this energy come from the combustion of fossil fuel which producing oxides of nitrogen and other harmful greenhouse gas emission. However, biodiesel offers a solution as an alternative fuel for internal combustion engine but higher in NOx emission. Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system is used to lower the NOx emission. In this project we test the four stroke water cooled diesel engine to check the effect of different parameters such as % of blend, CR.EGR rate, injection temperature on the performance, emission and vibration characteristics of engine. This experimentation shows The exhaust temperature is increased while the BSFC, emission indices CO?, CO decreased with an increased of engine speed. Also, in particular, biodiesel produced with the addition of the per oxidation process had the lowest equivalence ratio and emission indices of CO, CO. This evaluates the performance and emission for different EGR rates of the engine.

In the year 2020, a novel corona virus has emerged as a very pandemic disease which affects the public health throughout the world. It has become necessary to screen large number people to identify the infected ones and reduce the spread of disease. A real time PCR (polymerise chain reaction) is a standard tool for diagnosis for pathological testing. There are failure cases for this tool as it gives more false test results which make path to look for alternate tool. Chest x-rays is a better alternative for PCR for COVID-19 screening. Even though some patients are really infected but not tested positive with reports. The individual, who is tested false, unknowingly transmits the disease to others. With false results, it becomes difficult to stop the spreading of the disease. Chest X-rays proved to a better alternative with its high sensitivity. But here accuracy of results matters a lot .Here a diagnosis recommender system for examining lung images is proposed which can assist the doctors and reduce the burden over them. Deep neural network technique CNN (convolution neural network) is used for achieving best accuracy results.

This a new architecture for performing design-efficient multipliers using Kogge Stone Adders with Mux and Vedic Multiplication. design of an efficient 32x32 bit Vedic multiplier using the UrdhvaTriyakabhyam (UT) sutra of Vedic mathematics. Vedic mathematics is based on 16 formulae constructed by Sri Bharati Krishna Tirthaji. Multiplication operation is the most vital operation in many numeric computations. The Adder which is used to implement the Kogge Stone Adder, which utilizes MUX, a parallel prefix form of the Carry Look Ahead Adder, and it is a widely used adder in today's industry. One of the most reliable Vedic mathematics scriptures, UrdhvaTriyakbhyam, makes a difference in the process of actual multiplication. The adder used is widely known for designing the fastest adder possible because it produces a carry signal in O (logn) time. Offering Kogge Stone Adders using MUX offers fewer components with less path delays and better rates than other existing Kogge Stone Adders and other Adders. In this study, we have used KSA in Mux and Vedic Multiplication. This tentative procedure estimates the performance of the proposed design in terms of logic and route delay. Experimental results show that multipliers using the kogge stone adder and Vedic Multiplication perform faster than other adders. The proposed algorithm was developed via verilog HDL. The implementation was done using Xilinx ise 12.3.

Background: Since 2019 (COVID-19) was designated a pandemic, it became apparent that vaccination was the best way of dealing with it. A few vaccinations of COVID-19 were produced and approved in less than a year. Many questions about the vaccinations' efficacy and safety arose due to this unprecedented vaccine development effort. This study aimed to Eliminate health illiteracy and evaluate the side effects and impressions of sinopharm vaccination in Iraq. Methods: A study was conducted on volunteers who received vaccines for the inactivated coronavirus (sinopharm), and their number was 40 people, 20 women and 20 men, who were tested for inflammatory factors before the vaccine, and after seven days, the tests were repeated after which the data were statistically analyzed, and the test (t-Test ) was used, including This is a questionnaire Predicting the seriousness of side effects. Results: A total of 40 participants participated in the test before and after receiving the Sinopharm vaccination. The most prevalent and non-life-threatening side effects of post-vaccination were (e.g. chills, dizziness, fever, headache, joint pain, and myalgia). Only 2.5% of individuals had severe adverse effects, whereas 97.5% reported moderate and mild side effects. Although the presence and severity of side effects of these vaccinations are numerous, statistical studies have found that they can offer equal protection from COVID-19. There are no severe side effects. The results of white blood cells and other inflammatory factors showed that they completely disappear after seven days, and there is no fear because the side effects last from several hours to 24 hours after the vaccine. This is what distinguishes inactivated vaccines and their importance Conclusions: The present investigation demonstrated that they are safe with COVID-19 vaccinations and that being vaccinated makes individuals feel safer. The majority of adverse effects post-vaccination are low to moderate, indicating a strengthening of the body's defence immunological system. When examining all cells, white blood cells, platelets, sedimentation factors, and CRP, a protein found in the blood at levels that rise in response to the inflammatory condition. All of them have no statistical relationship after seven days of vaccination. This increases our confidence in inactivated sinopharm vaccines. The emergence of the single case did not adhere to preventive measures immediately after the vaccine.

Electric vehicles (EVs) originally appeared in the mid-19th century, when electricity was one of the favoured means for motor vehicle propulsion, providing a degree of comfort and ease of operation that gasoline cars could not match. In this work, we create a virtual community for electric vehicle users to assist them cope with range anxiety. The initial step was to organize the data on charging station locations for vehicle routing. The information was acquired from a variety of sources. Google Maps SDK was used to route the travel through the recharge stations. ANDROID was used to create the entire platform.

Background: Nowadays many young active females are diagnosed with anterior knee pain or patellofemoral pain disorder. Q angle is an essential parameter to check the alignment of the patella within the quadriceps muscle. Higher Q angle may cause patellofemoral pain which may lead to patellar subluxation. Previous studies supports that there is a decrement in Q angle during maximal isometric quadriceps contraction. Thus, the purpose of this study is to evaluate Q angle value among young females in both supine and standing. Method: 66 subjects participated in this study who have no significant history of any knee pathology. The Q angle was measured in relaxed state of quadriceps and during isometric contraction with knee in full extension on right and left side in both supine and standing. The Q angle was measured using universal goniometer. Data was collected from each subject and analyzed using SPSS software 28.00. Results: The result of this study shows that there was a significant decrease in q angle values during relaxed state and isometric contraction ofquadriceps in both supine and standing positions. While there was no significant difference in Q angle values when both the positions were compared. Conclusion: The study concludes that the Q angle decreases with isometric quadriceps contraction on both the sides in supine and standing positions but there was no difference in q angle values in both body positions.

With the evolution of IoT, came the enrichments of human lifestyle. However, one issue that still needs improvement is the waste management and handling of garbage collection. The total generation of waste in India is about 150 million tons every day and hence waste management in India has become a very challenging task. This paper focuses on the IoT based system that can support the existing workforce to manage waste generated in the sectors of a smart city. In this paper, we have the critical analysis of existing literature which is relevant to intelligent dustbins and the mechanisms associated with IoT. Though, the literature consists of a lot many research contributions, but, here, we have analyzed around twenty research papers. We have analysed all the research works on common basis and represented them in tabular form so that comparison between the different methods can be easily done. The emphasis is on the platform used by the concerned authors, the software and programming language used and the various performance evaluation parameters like number of sensors, type of storage, and the other parameters like fire detection, waste prediction, waste classification, route scheduling, approx. cost, etc. Hence, the merits and demerits of each of the existing approach can be determined. Finally, the findings are summarized related to the studied and analyzed research papers.

Many studies on the human brain have found evidence of genetic effects and changes in intellectual function of certain forebrain nerves and psychiatric diseases. Little is known about the genetic influence of the size and shape of the human forebrain and its macromorphological breakdown. Using each indicator as a dependent variable and genotype, birth order, and gender were used for individual factors. The correlation between pain scores was also calculated. We found that genotype had a significant effect on the following neuroanatomical variables, but not on birth order: forebrain volume, cortical surface, and corn area. We also found a significant genotype, but the birth order had no effect on head circumference and total circumference. Apart from the hardening of the head circumference, there is no significant sexual effect. Significant correlations were observed between forebrain volume, cortical surface and callus area, and between each measurement of brain head circumference. There is no significant correlation between any measurements of the brain or head circumference.
