The aim of this project is to propose an automated system for Dam Water management which uses Draught analysis as a parameter to use the Dam water effectively. The prototype also uses IoT to gather information about Dam water Status and send the data to the cloud then retrieving it on a website built for monitoring the Dam water. The prototype involves in channelizing and controlling the Dam water . It would be responsible for collecting the moisture value at different places and calculating the amount of water required for that particular area with help of robust algorithm , then distribution of water accordingly hence paving way for effective utilization of water , water distribution would be controlled with help of solenoid valves, the idea of development of website for Dam water status can serve as a transparent tool for users to view Dam water data along different channels and the water being distributed to other places.

In many mechanical systems it is required to amplify the torque to operate the devices, especially in cases where the control input is in the form of hand wheel that is operated manually to either lift or lower heavy loads as in application of hoists , non-linear broaching, load positioning application, remote metering and counting. In all above systems the control force which is supplied as input is not sufficient to operate the control the mechanism and hence a torque booster is needed. The proposed mechanical torque booster applies the principle of capstan . Mechanical torque booster uses a capstan is simple mechanical amplifier-rope wound on motor driven drum slips until slack is taken up on the free end . Force needed on free end to lift the load depends on the coefficient of friction and number of turns of rope . The kinetic energy of the drum is transferred via the rope to the output shaft and thus amplified power and torque is obtained at the output shaft. The project aims at the concept development of the torque booster system , the gear train to obtain the desired motion of the drums spinning in opposite direction is attained through the system design. The components of the system will be designed using theoretical methods and the strength of the components will be validated using analysis. The components of the system will be modelled using Unigraphix Nx-8 and the analysis of the components will be carried out using Ansys workbench 16.0. The system will be manufactured and testing will be carried out to derive the performance characteristics of the torque booster. Two different materials of rope namely cotton and leather will be tested and the comparative performance evaluation will be presented in the report.

Underwater optical communication techniques have played the most important role in the exploration of oceans and other aquatic environments. Underwater acoustic (UWA) communication faces a lot of hurdles such as environmental characteristics, variety of noises, temperature, pressure, salinity, etc which makes the UWA channel unique. UWA channel modeling is the most demanding task due to its time-varying property and double dispersion property resulting in severe multipath spread and time variation due to sparsity. In proposed DNN-based methods and the methodology of their usage for channel estimation in UWA-OFDM systems. In this Acoustics system increasing receiver data accuracy by estimating channel bandwidth, delay ,cyclic duration, number of sub carries ,pilot sequence and to minimize the bit error rate by using upgraded game theory algorithm SPCGT.

In this study, novel 1-(2-methyl)-1, 3-dioxalan-2yl)piperazine derivatives were designed. Designed derivative compounds against 1EVE molecular docking simulation was carried out with Mcule and Insilco ADME Prediction Procedures. The results of docking study revealed that the binding profile for designed derivative compounds M4, M5, M6, M7, and K6 was found significant interactions with Donepezil with catalytic active site (CAS) of 1EVE. The predicted ADME properties revealed that all compounds fulfil drug-like criteria and could be considered as good candidate for drug development. All the designed compound derivatives have Standard Drug (Donepezil) like ADME properties.

Jassids are also scientifically known as Apheliona maculosa. The pests suck sap from the leaves and stems and have green appearance. Due to the suction of sap the margin of leaf starts becoming yellow which is a characteristic feature to identify the plants infected by Apheliona maculosa. In severe cases the foliage turns yellow and then dries and falls of. Yield loss of Glycine max due to the pests is approximately 40-45%.. When the crop age is 35-40 days then dimethoate is sprayed i.e. 30 EC @ 2ml /lit. This can be repeated after 15 days if it is required. Except that oxydemeton methyl 25 EC @2ml/lit or 0.05 % quinalphos 25 EC @ 2ml/lit can be sprayed. Although chemicals protect the yield but they are harm the environment. So for the sake of environment, bio-pesticides should be adopted now. The present study has the following extracts that may be used as bio-pesticide, i.e. Curcuma longa and Nigella sativa. At an interval of 1 week these extracts were used for 4 days for checking their efficacy against Apheliona maculosa. When results were observed it showed that Nigella sativa was more effective with mortality of about 74.35% and Curcuma longa with only 63.69% of mortality. However Curcuma longa showed fewer efficacies than Nigella sativa. Damage % on Glycine max after application of 1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th round of Curcuma longa was 2.38, 2.67, 2.93 and 3.02 whereas for Nigella sativa it was 2.24, 2.62, 2.84 and 2.92. Percent infestation was reduced when Nigella sativa was used.

In metallurgical plants the blooming mill is an intermediate link between the steel-casting shops and the rolling shops, which turn out the finished product. Blooming mill department, in that one of the major issue is frequent host failure in roller conveyor the cooling water supplying through hoses should be in proper working condition because it helps in maintaining microstructure of steel properly. Hence we analyzed the causes of hose failure and we modified the hoses and replaced it wherever necessary.

Utilization of agricultural residues is often difficult due to their uneven and troublesome characteristics. The process of converting biodegradable residuals into a compressed block by compacting is known as briquetting. There are different machine available in market to compact residuals but those machine are bulky and are costly, hence here we designed a portable, economical briquetting machine, which uses scotch yoke mechanism to convert the biological waste into useful briquette. This study is based on production of such briquettes using biodegradable waste (rice husk) and to analysis its physical parameters (Total Solid, Calorific Value) and Proximate parameters (Percentage Moisture Content (PMC), Percentage volatile matter (PVM), Percentage ash content (PAC), Percentage fixed carbon (PFC)) of such briquettes and compared with standard coal briquette.

: Metal in the structure of sheets is paramount in the manufacturing industry. Its functions are countless. But metallic in the structure of sheets can't be immediately used, operations like cutting, punching, blanking, bending, trimming, etc. are wished to be carried out on the metallic sheets in order to thoroughly make use of them. For these operations, most large-scale manufacturing industries use hydraulically operated machines. But on account that hydraulic machines are no longer cost- effective, most small and medium scale industries use hand-operated machines for carrying out sheet steel operation. The trouble with hand-operated machines is that are gradual and can't be automated. This is the place the idea of pneumatics will show itself advantageous. It is a guide technique so that sheet metals are to be wasted someday due to the fact of errors befell such as incorrect dimensions etc., and additionally even a easy reducing might also take lengthy time. Hydrau- lic machines are additionally accessible for sheet metallic cutting. But this technique is used for solely heavy metallic slicing and its value is very high. We are the use of a pneumatic device for sheet metallic slicing in an convenient way. It is operated by means of a pneumatic hand lever of two-way manage valve. Control valve is operated through a compressor. Hydraulic machines are additionally used for sheet metallic cutting. But these machines are used for heavy metallic slicing and its price is very high. Hence, we are the use of a pneumatic device for sheet metallic reducing in a handy manner. The principal gain of pneumatic sheet metallic slicing desktop is to enhance product quality, repetition of work and growing manufacturing rate.
