 Abstract

Acharya Sushruta had complete knowledge of Vrana (wound) and has mentioned its management along with its untimely and untreated complication. Vranashotha is described as earlier phase of Vrana. On studying the lakshnas and samprapti of shopha, it can be studied under the umbrella of cellulitis. Cellulitis is commonly occurring infection of skin and subcutaneous tissues in which the redness and swelling can spread quickly. It most often affects the skin and tissues of the lower legs, although the infection can occur anywhere. It is commonly caused by gram positive streptococci, Staphylococci or clostridium bacteria. The surgical aspects of Shopha and Vrana is explained in Sushruta Samhita. JaloukaAvcharana and patankarmaare the procedures used because of its safety and high efficacy in the management of Vranashotha. The present case study emphasizes on Ayurvedic treatment of Shophaw.s.r. to Cellulitis.

 Abstract

In connection to skill enhancement and increasing of cognitive skills among the young learners of higher educational institutions, blended teaching-learning plays a major goal for pedagogy and curriculum implementation process. It's a hybrid of communication bridge between teachers and learners in a very effective adhesive manner where a teacher can penetrate into the minds and intellectual thinking of the students in an affirmed way. Students pay greater attention towards the teachings in a face-to-face and through visualized techniques. Blended learning Blended learning is a combination of in-person activities and digital tools and resources designed to deliver the best possible learning experience. The use of learning tools can occur before, during or after an in-person session and support a variety of pedagogic purposes. With blended learning, professors and classmates experience high-value interactions both in-person and online mode of conduct. Blended learning is gaining popularity because it has shown to be a successful method for accommodating an increasingly varied student body while enhancing the learning environment by incorporating online teaching materials. Higher education research on blended learning contributes to the blended learning literature. The ideas for future researchers are a vital component of research-based research articles. This study aims to consolidate the recommendations made for future studies. Research articles published in Scope-indexed journals over the past 5 years were analyzed in this context. Each cited passage from the research was read and coded independently in this analysis. After a period of time, the codes were merged into categories and themes. In the results section, direct citations were used to support the codes. The number of publications increased starting in 2017 and continuing through 2020. In the year 2020, most articles were published. Approximately half of the publications provide recommendations for future research. The researchers' recommendations were gathered under the titles "Research Content" and "Replication and Method" the researchers' recommendations were gathered.

 Abstract

This study intends to frame a picture of various kinds of discriminatory attitudes women face in different religious contexts which are by no means homogeneous and monolithic and those happen due to the traditional supremacy of men in all walks of life as well as in religion. Women are always discarded from performing dominant religious roles while all the rigid religious rules and restrictions are reserved for them. Since birth to death, in times of peace or war, women get subjugated at the hand of patriarchy and the patriarchal use of religion. modern times due to change in family structure and gender roles women especially in nuclear families also handles the financial tensions and managerial work and there remains a little room for performing those rituals. Still they keep maintaining those codes and disciplines without making questions. The socialization of women restricts them from questioning. They are taught be passive, subordinate and tolerant. They are often forced to choose between safety and their religious community and tradition. Religion can play a significant role in shaping the character and beliefs of individuals and communities.

 Abstract

Energy from wind is the fastest growing source of electricity in the world. In this design wind energy is used to induce electricity with the help of aero leaves. Several splint shaped aero leaves are placed in the form of tree called Wind Tree. Wind Tree uses bitsy blades housed in the aero leaves to induce power from wind energy. These wind trees are suitable to induce power anyhow of the wind direction and with minimal wind speed of 7Kmph. In this design we've used tree shaped structure, covered with splint shaped mini turbines called aero- leaves which are of sarvonius type turbine and designed to produce the power which will catch the wind from all the directions. All lines and creators are integrated into the leaves and branches. Artificial leaves operate as mini perpendicular turbines each around the tree. When the wind blows, the splint turbines rotate and still produce the energy. This design concludes that, the power generated from wind tree is environmental friendly, substantially it generates power with least noise and it can be installed at different locales

 Abstract

Everything, whether education, money, administration, or events, is heading toward growing usage of technology as time passes. Currently, event administration is done out manually. Booking a meeting room/auditorium, informing all bureaus/members of meetings via email and SMS alerts, intimate canteen arrangements for refreshment/lunch/dinner, updating information on social media pages such as Facebook and Twitter, report generation, activity log checking, and a variety of other activities are examples of such activities. Furthermore, if we use several tools on the market to manage an event, we may find ourselves in a bind owing to disaster when arranging dissimilar information from distinct sources and communication slips while coordinating amongst organizers. The paper opens with an introduction to a scalable and customizable online application that is both an event management system and a market place. Our "Evento" web platform allows people to post their spaces or rent events, and these spaces can also be leased by other users. The web application also streamlines administrative activities like registering users, collecting entry money, creating event groups, sending email notifications, generating event reports, booking/offering event sites, providing payment options to users, and much more. The web-based application is easy to use and interesting, while also providing high levels of security for users and their critical data.

 Abstract

This research paper presents a novel approach to accurately predict calories burnt by individuals using advanced Machine Learning techniques. In today's fast-paced lifestyle, where obesity is a common concern, monitoring and managing calorie intake and expenditure is crucial. Existing methods rely on limited devices and manual calculations using MET charts and formulas, posing challenges. To address this, an XGBoost regression model is trained on a comprehensive dataset of many data points, achieving an impressive mean absolute error of 2.7 as compared to other ML algorithms. By continuously feeding the model with more data, its predictive capabilities are expected to improve further. The proposed system empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their diet and exercise routines, aiding in the fight against obesity.

 Abstract

Preventing pressure ulcers can save money and improve patient care. Pressure ulcers are a common problem in nursing practice and entail great expenses for the patients as well as for the health care services. Despite technological and preventive advances in recent years, the incidence of pressure ulcers in acute care remains unacceptably high. The Braden Scale for predicting pressure ulcer risk was developed to help nurses determine patients' risk of developing pressure ulcers. The scale, which takes less than a minute to complete, has been used with patients of all ages and in all settings and has been found to be more accurate than other scales or clinical judgment. An evaluative approach was adapted for this study to assess the effectiveness of the planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding the Braden Scale among 2nd, 3rd & 4th year BSc Nursing students in selected nursing colleges in Bangalore. A quasi-experimental (one group pretest-posttest) design was selected for this study. A structured questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge of nursing students. The tool was found to be reliable, with a reliability coefficient of r = 0.89. A pretest was conducted with the aid of a questionnaire for 100 students in selected nursing colleges in Bangalore. A post-test was conducted on the 8th day after the implementation of the PTP with a similar questionnaire to assess the enhancement of knowledge regarding the Braden Scale among 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year BSc Nursing students. In the pretest, 92% of students showed inadequate knowledge, and 8% showed moderate knowledge on the Braden Scale. In the posttest, 99% of students showed adequate knowledge and 1% showed moderate knowledge on the Braden Scale, which shows the PTP was very effective. The chi-square was calculated to find out the association between the knowledge scores of the nursing students and their demographic variables. A paired 't' test result indicated a statistically significant difference between the pretest and posttest knowledge scores regarding the Braden Scale for all the knowledge aspects under investigation (p<0.05). A statistically significant association was observed between sex, year of education, and the knowledge level of the respondent regarding the Braden Scale at the 0.05 level of significance. However, in terms of the association of the knowledge score with sociodemographic variables, it was found that variables such as age, medium of education, and experience caring for bedridden patients had no significant (at a level of 5%) association with the knowledge score of the respondent. The findings of the study suggest that nurse educators should improve the knowledge of nursing students through education programs, and adequate knowledge regarding the Braden Scale will help student nurses prevent the complications of the bedridden patient.

In this paper, we use GEOS Chem model to simulate the atmosphere surface CO2 concentration Indian region to estimate the regional source and sink of atmospheric CO2. Satellite (GOSAT, OCO-2) and in situ observation are used to estimate CO2 concentration and fluxes. We simulate the two different temporal and spatial resolutions: global (2? x2.5?) and Indian region (0.25? x0.3125?,nested grid) for period of 2013-2019 .The model and in situ comparison has good coherent ,Batul insitu location has 0.89 correlation with Nested model and Sundarbans location has 0.72 correlation with Nested grid location .The regional and global model surface atmospheric CO2 compared with OCO-2 and GOSAT satellite observation over four different regions in the Indian land region .Sensitivity experiment conduct to use Terrestrial biosphere exchange over Indian region and with reginal ,global model and satellite observation . The regional and global and sensitivity model simulations are near surface atmospheric CO2 concentration is compared and get good correction with satellite observation, The analysis has good comparison and time series analysis shows us good coherent with atmospheric surface CO2 with satellite and insitu observation .In the analysis observed seasonal and inter annual variation over four regions of box: North India(Box A) ,South India(Box B) and North east India(Box C) and south west region(Box D). In three model simulation has good agreement with GOSAT and OCO-2 satellite observation ,GOSAT with Nested ,Global and BBIO inserted Nested model simulation Correlation are 0.9,0.88,0.89 and OCO-2 with Nested ,Global and BBIO inserted Nested model simulation Correlation are 0.93,0.89,0.89 . The terrestrial biosphere experiment given good results with regional simulation of CO2 and satellite observation. The mainly effect of seasonal and inter-annual increase depends on terrestrial biosphere.

 Abstract

The solar energy produced by the sun is converted into electrical energy which is the cleanest and most plentiful environmentally friendly power source. Solar energy is used in significant part in rural activities like sunlight based water and air warmer, drying food items, sun powered cookers, streetlights and home machines, irrigation. In Indian homesteads, the crop cutting tasks are especially performed by hand. Nowadays the use of automated cutting instruments, controlled by petroleum product can be found in certain spots. In hand cutting, the cutting of crops takes plenty of time and workcharges, which is a drawback. In automated cutting strategies, the working and the fuel cost surpasses the financial plan of the typical rancher. To overcome from all these problem, we can utilize inexhaustible, Non-ordinary fuel source like solar energy as it is effectively accessible in nature. A useof non-regular, sustainable power source is the substitute answer for current energy interest. The machine is light weight and compact and can be effortlessly profited by the ranchers. The main aim is to decrease ranchers work and to build creation of horticultural items.
