As Internet usage is growing daily the world is coming closer. The World Wide Web sounds like a vast phenomenon but surprisingly one of its qualities is bringing the world closer making it a smaller place to live in for its users. However, it has also managed to create another problem for people who spend long hours browsing the Cyber World which is cyber-crimes. While law enforcement agencies are trying to tackle this problem, it is growing steadily and many people have become victims of hacking, theft, identity theft and malicious software. One of the best ways to avoid being a victim of cyber-crimes and protecting your sensitive information is by making use of impenetrable security that uses a unified system of software and hardware to authenticate any information that is sent or accessed over the Internet. Cybercrimes are responsible for the interruption of normal computer functions and has been known to cause the downfall of many companies and personal entities. This research paper aims to discuss following aspects of Cybercrimes: the definition, why they occur, laws governing them, methods of committing cyber crimes, who they affect, and cybercrime prevention procedures. This paper will report will display statistical data which will give an idea of how far cyber crimes has increase over the period of ten years or more.

The present paper focuses on the study of representation of modern world particularly a twentieth century era which is full of disillusionment and disintegration has been very creatively penned down in critical and analytical mode in works of T.S. Eliot and Nirjan Bhagat. It is truly said that literature mirrored its society as it is. This paper deals with the impact of modern ethics on modern mind. Both the works sets an example of religious bankruptcy and sterility of modern world. The society which is chaotic and inhumane in every aspect is being presented through both the works in symbolic tone. Wasteland talks about arid land keeping in mind the Heart of England that is London in the same way Nirjan Bhagats Pravalvdeep deals with the most metropolitan city of India that is Bombay as he calls it Adhunik Aranya. Both the works throws light on urbanization, nothingness, rootlessness, spiritual and emotional degradation of generation. The consciousness of modern sterile world is shown by the great writers of Twentieth century throughout the world. It is unavoidable to point out that both writers are greatly influenced by classic works of previous ages such as Baudelaire, Chaucer, Shakespeare, Kavi Nanhalal and Sundram in manner of narrative and in narration of subject matter.

Recently many Cyber attacks have increased because of growing use of internet. Among all this the well-known cyber threat we find increasing day by day is phishing attacks. Phishing is where the victims credentials are obtained by an illegitimate website. The aim of these phishing websites is to acquire confidential information about username, password and banking credentials of the victim. Phishing websites look similar to the illegitimate website so the user cant differentiate among them. This paper proposes a system which will detect old as well as newly generated phishing URLs that have completely no past behaviors to judge upon, using Data Mining. The main objective of this system is to develop a Chrome browser plugin that detects phishing sites in real-time while the user browses the page. The model will be trained with exhaustive dataset so that we can assure maximum accuracy.

Induced mutagenesis has bean used to create desired genetic variability, the base of crop improvement. Induced genetic variability in crop plants is a important resource from which plant breeders can select and combine different desired characteristics to produce best crop plants. The desirable characters which have been bred through induced mutations. In present investigation the seeds of moth bean treated with various doses/ concentrations of mutagens such as gamma rays (GR), ethyl methane sulphonate (EMS) and sodium azide (SA) and physiological effects on seed germination as well as seedling height on 7th day after sowing were investigated. Gradual reduction in seed germination and seedling height was recorded with increase in concentration /dose of mutagens. Majority of the mutagenic treatments caused decrease in seed germination, seedling height and survival of plants at maturity, but lower treatments showed stimulatory effect.

Human action acknowledgment is confirmation to screen the human development and exercises by anticipating improvements. It is an inconvenient issue, as immense number of acknowledgments are made each second, the passing idea of the acumen, and the nonappearance of a reasonable technique to relate accelerometer information to know the turns of events. In this paper, an insightful human movement framework acknowledgment is created. . The information present here is observed from 30 volunteers old enough going from 19 to 48 years. Every individual was told to follow a convention of exercises ((WALKING, WALKING_UPSTAIRS, WALKING_DOWNSTAIRS, SITTING, STANDING, LAYING) while at the same time wearing a midriff mounted samsung system SII advanced cell. Using its embedded accelerometer and gyrator, we got 3-linearaly increasing speed up and 3-center point angular speed at a steady pace of 50Hz. The dataset determined has been subjectively allocated two individual sets, in which 70% of the volunteers was picked for making the readiness data and 30% the test data. This gives precision of about 96% for the substance data made out of 2947 models.

Engineering construction in this era is facing challenge of shortage of fresh water for mixing and curing. Since potable water has become a scarce in the planet, replacing seawater for fresh water in the construction of both Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) and Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) structure should be welcomed. But the major consequences faced by the concrete structure due to the use of seawater was corrosion and variation of strength characteristic. This project deals with the addition of a bacteria named Bacillus subtilis JC3 in the concrete mix, which is made up of seawater. This can reduce the adverse effects of seawater in the concrete structure. The Bacillus subtilis JC3 bacteria is usually used in waste management. The bacterial culture is added to the concrete with seawater. It shows self-healing mechanism when cracks are formed. It is due to the calcite precipitation by the bacteria. The bacterial concrete is shows better strength and durability than ordinary concrete mix. These bacteria can survive in adverse situations also.

Various organisations like schools, colleges, companies, etc., require to keep the daily record of their students/employees. Manual attendance maintaining is difficult process, especially for large group of students. Traditional face recognition systems employ methods to identify a face from the given input but the results are not usually accurate and precise as desired. Some automated systems developed to overcome these difficulties but they have drawbacks like cost, fake attendance, accuracy, intrusiveness, etc. To overcome these drawbacks, there is need of smart and automated attendance system. In this paper, we present Attendance System by using cascade classifier with real time video as an input. The working method of this system is entirely divided into six main modules. System will recognize one or more people captured in that video, this is taken as an output of this system. After recognition the attendance will marked and saved in database.

The concept of State Liability is one of the most useful aspects of law of tort where the victims can claim damages from the State due to the loss incurred by them from the act of the State while performing its functions. In British India the doctrine of King can do no wrong was adopted. The position of tortuous liability of the State in Independent India is quite similar to what was there under the Crown as Indian Constitution is mostly based on the Government of India Act 1935. So, as it prevailed in British India, the State was started to be given immunity from tortuous liability in Sovereign functions. Now, as there was no clear definition of sovereign functions and non-sovereign functions, the question was left to be decided by the judiciary which had to first decide the nature and type of function that the alleged servant of the State was discharging when the wrong was committed. These in turn gave rise to conflicting decisions in the past. With the passage of time the welfare activities of the State started increasing and with this it became difficult to differentiate the functions of State as Sovereign or Non-Sovereign. Hence, in this research work the researcher made an empirical study on tortious liability of State in India and tried to find out the remedies to remove the ambiguities in the present tort system in India on State Liability.

This paper attempts to explore female gender subjectivity in Bapsi Sidhwa’s novel,The Bride. Gender Politics plays a significant role in depicting male and female characters in literature. Female writers pen the characters of female in over exaltation and reveal degeneration of male counter parts. Similarly male authors inclined towards male characters and reflects patriarchy in their works. This paper would emphasize that genuine representation of male by women writers and female by men writers are not possible. The author’s gender subjectivity always influence the characters in his/her novel. Gender subjectivity is the main focus of this analysis and I have chosen Bapsi Sidhwa’s novel The Bride for gender analysis. This research paper will justify that gender, apart from biological sex , plays a vital role in determining characterization in the novel.

Abstract Education is a process of acquiring necessary knowledge, attitude, wisdom and skills that are essential for the development of individual and that of the nation. The purpose of education is to acquire knowledge that will make an individual live successfully. An important programme for achieving effective education is the curriculum. Curriculum is a planned, organised learning opportunities meant to be imparted to the learners under the guidance of the school in order to bring about the desirable change in the learners behaviour. It is the body of knowledge developed to guide the teachers and the learners to achieve the goals of education. However, to achieve the learning opportunities, the curriculum is broken down into objective, content, learning experience and evaluation. All these are carefully selected. The objective is the statement of intended learning outcome out of which content would be selected to be able to organise the learning experience and then evaluation. This is done to meet the aspiration of the society, but an evaluation has to be built into the whole process. Apart from this, the curriculum itself needs to be evaluated. Therefore, the study examined the place of evaluation in the curriculum process. It was revealed that evaluation form an integral part of the curriculum process and it is meant to place value on the worth of the curriculum to know whether the curriculum is achieving the purpose. Also, making consent evaluation of the curriculum will enable the curriculum planners in achieving educational goals.

Titanium coatings are broadly used for enhancing the surface traits due to their corrosion resistance assets, hardness, biocompatibility, and golden color. The features of titanium coatings make it as suitable for many software regions along with scientific implants and units, aerospace components, cutting gear, wear components, military ships, and many others. So there is a necessity for studying the defects as early as feasible. In advance detection of defects presents a clean manner to attain defect-free coating surfaces. This may even help to keep away from the opportunity of future harm to the product. So a novel method for surface disorder detection technique is needed for assuring the first-class of lined surfaces. In industries visual inspection techniques are extra handy for reading surface defects, photo processing and analysis can be implemented for perceiving imperfections in covered surfaces. A survey of numerous metallic defect detection strategies primarily based on the visual inspection system is the discussion place in this paper.

In todays world energy crisis is one of the important issue. Environmental energy resources is a prime culprit for environmental pollution and also very limited. In the world to avoid the dependency on conventional resources solar energy is rapidly gaining the focus. Solar energy, as an important means of expanding renewable energy, uses solar cells that convert solar energy into electrical energy. Different approaches are imposed to increase the efficiency of the solar cells by tracking the sun. This system will rotate according to the position of the sun. The operation of the experimental model of the device is based on a servo motor which is intelligently controlled by an Arduino UNO board that moves a mini PV panel according to the rotation of the sun. The energy obtained from the panel is calculated and passed to nodeMCU. NodeMCU sends a message to the user about the amount of energy is generated.

The pre-investment due diligence is a comprehensive systematic investigation, verification and evaluation of the prospective project before funds are committed. The paper aims to develop a comprehensive due diligence and audit framework to facilitate consistent evaluation of investment proposals. A brief literature review concerning the pre-investment assessment activities has been presented. In order to develop a pragmatic comprehensive framework, which requires a great deal of information and documents to be perused, the Focus group interview method has been adopted. The resultant discussions had been summarized under various heads - Business proposal screening, Term sheet, Current Valuation and Capital structure, amount of funds needed, structuring the deal, the antecedents of the core management team including the promoters, details of the product/service, nature of completion, industry/sector attractiveness etc. The paper as part of due diligence and audit process suggests the list of documents. The framework suggested would enable venture capital firms to adopt consistent and robust practices resulting in risk mitigation of its investments in new business ventures.
