Purpose- This research paper deals with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies used by D-Mart and how they have played a key role in the success of this supermarket chain. The paper studies the business model of D-Mart to determine how they have been able to overcome its competitors. The paper then moves on to highlighting the importance of value retailing to retail store chains for building customer trust and connect. Then the paper moves on to studying the role that tactical management and he use of stringent inventory system aids in adopting an effective pricing strategy for a large range of products. The paper ends with the conclusion of how D-Mart has been able to find the key to retail success. Research Implication- This is to determine how D-Mart, which is comparatively new in the market, is earning more profit as compared to its larger competitors like Spencers; Anand Birla Retail etc. are yet to break even. It is imperative to study the case of D-Mart to understand the intricacies of how it conducts its business in such an impressive manner. Originality- Other researchers have compared D-Mart to its competitors to understand how it is different from them; however for that we first need to study D-Mart itself.

Psychotherapy to use horses in an effective tool for a man or woman to increase self-understanding and assist in emotional growth is called as Equine Assisted therapy. Which involves activities like having patients do simple exercises such as haltering, leading, and grooming a horse, that are supervised by a mental health professional and also by a horse professional. It also helps to maintain physical and mental health of individuals and helps reduce the mental disorders like anxiety, Depression etc.

In today�s world large amount of data is generated in every field and banking industry is one of them. This data contains valuable information. Hence, it is very important to store, process, manage and analyze this data to extract knowledge from it. It helps to increase business profit. Banking industry plays very important role in economy of country. Customers are the main asset of the bank. Hence it is necessary to focus on problems faced by the banks. Frauds occurring now a days in banking sector are increasing a lot due to integration mobile banking and digital wallets. Fraud detection is not the only solution to tackle such problem, but it will surely help banks to keep track of fraudulent transactions and take necessary actions on them. Banks do have tremendous amount of sensitive data which cannot be shared with unauthorized person hence data security in this case plays a big role while extracting a specific knowledge from it. Here, we are working on customers and companies involved in transactions. Matching (checksum) the balance of transactions made and flag them as fraudulent if any. In this work, fuzzy logic algorithm is implemented for search purpose.
