It is the category of controlled drug delivery system is sub-categories in which drug is delivered through the skin in a predetermined and controlled rate. Nowadays hypertension is one of the most common disorders as found in humans. It is not a disease in itself but is an important risk factor for cardiovascular mortality and morbidity. The present article delivers a brief view of the work that has been done to increase the bioavailability of various antihypertensive drugs by formulated and delivered as transdermal patches. The different drugs include carvedilol, metoprolol, atenolol, propranolol, nicardipine hydrochloride, clonidine, nicorandil, amlodipine. These drugs were penetrating through the various penetration routes into the skin, like appendageal, epidermal, transcellular, intracellular.

The study is focused on the combined use of Inquiry based & Reflective pedagogical approaches in complex theoretical lectures in Architecture to gain maximum learning outcome of the learners as Inquiry based Teaching is an excellent path for achieving a goal based partly on the philosophy that Humans are born Inquirers, the method focuses on student discovery over pushing information from the instructor. Along the way, the students explore multiple sources and contexts, ask questions and pursue hypotheses, and work to apply their theories to new and diverse situations. In doing this, they actively discover the interrelatedness among concepts, topics, and theories. Inquiry-based approaches are intended to foster critical thinking. By supporting students in their initial Conceptual explorations, more in-depth analyses, and synthesizing processes, these pedagogies deepen the students learning. The next and extreme step of inquiry based teaching leads to Reflective Teaching where self-analysis and evaluation play a very important role. The study will be following empirical approach and will incorporate only direct or indirect overview over Inquiry Based & Reflective Teaching Approach towards the students of B.Arch 1st Year and the focus will be on the complex theoretical classes; the concepts of which in Architecture students find quite inconvenient to understand.

Operation research is a branch of mathematics whereas Transportation problem is sub-branch of operation research. Transportation Problem can be solved by many methods such as North West Corner Rule (NWC), Least Cost Method (LCM), and Vogels Approximation Method (VAM) etc. In this paper we are discussing Least Cost Method for unbalanced transportation problem and way of allocations to dummy row/column. We have made a few modifications in our proposed algorithm which gives minimum cost or nearer to optimal cost.

Pellets are the multiparticulate drug delivery system which prove to be promising and highly flexible system with various kinetics of drug release such as immediate release, sustained and controlled release which are easy to formulate. In order to overcome the physicochemical interaction such as drug-excipient or drug-drug interactions multiparticulate dosage forms can be implemented. The technology of pelletization as oral drug delivery system are gaining substantial attention in the present time. Pelletization is the process where the aggregates of granules or fine powders mixture of drugs and excipients. They form small spherical or semi-spherical free flowing solid units ranging from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. Pellets are commonly used as multiparticulate systems as it has technical as well as clinical advantages over single unit dosage forms. The present review focuses on advantages, disadvantages, mechanism of pellet formation, different methods of pellet preparation, characterization of pellets, and also the recent approaches for pelletization techniques.

There is a growing need to collect data from the website. In attempting to execute the projects related to data such as price tracking, market analysis, the data from the website will also have to be registered. However, it is out of fashion to copy and paste the data line by line. The Web Scraping project utilizes automation and computing; it uses custom selection criteria to sort Linkedin profiles beyond what is currently available, including position and department. By adding the ability to generate personalized indices of social media data, automated filtration provides companies with the opportunity to boost the use of rich prospective data for more effective customer analysis and targeting.

Muscle Strength Detection (MSD) system is a diagnostic device that helps in capturing muscle or electromyogram (EMG) signals. The electrical signals are generated as a result of contraction and relaxation of muscle fibers. EMG signal serves as a diagnostic tool for many muscle related disorders namely myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophy, muscle stiffness, muscle weakness. The system obtains EMG signal from surface electrodes in bipolar lead configuration attached to the biceps through the leads attached to the arm band along with a ground lead placed in wrist region. This raw signal is sent into the detection system, that consists of three units namely pre-amplification, filtering and microcontroller units. The system uses an instrumentation amplifier, a passive low pass filter and an Arduino UNO microcontroller. The major factor of interest in the measurement system is to capture the Maximum Voluntary Isometric Contraction (MVIC) of the particular muscle that describes the muscle strength. The obtained muscle signal is given as input to Arduino microcontroller for detecting muscle strength using different colored feedback Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs). Each corresponding LED indicate a specific muscle strength: very low, low, medium, high and very high respectively. Thus, the MSD system is useful to a great extent for the following applications such as muscle diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and measuring physical fitness. Above mentioned EMG signals, muscle anomalies, principle behind signal acquisition, objective, novelty, various blocks, maneuver for obtaining signal, steps for usage, future scope will be discussed in greater detail in the upcoming sections.

In addition to the rapid growth of urban population size, demands for more offices and facilities are being created step by step. The use of Internet-of-Things (IoT) software and the insightful framework is a profitable and effective way to tackle urban planning issues. The interconnection and communication of several thousand IoT devices on the web leads to enormous data, known as Big Data. The reconciliation of IoT with the development of huge amount of information along a systematic route to the development of keen cities is critical. In order to resolve this problem, structure for brilliant urban development in the light of IoT using the investigation of Huge Knowledge will be useful. Sensors sending data is used like smart home sensors, vehicle system administration, environment and additional water sensors, shrewd stop sensors, and objects of observation, etc. The collected information is constantly prepared for sharp urban zones that use Hadoop with Start, from all the brilliant frameworks. System use existing datasets of different experts, including support, skilled homes, shrewd stoppage, use of advanced cells, climate control and vehicle speed control for inspection and testing. It is our misfortune that the whole world is in trouble due to attack of Corona virus. In these circumstances both teachers and students are facing some real problem of imparting and acquiring knowledge. E-learning is the only solution to cope up with the situation; however it is not very easy for both teachers and students to make them prepare for this new kind of e-class because the situation is not very conducive. Society is passing through a crisis situation and the entire institutional system is closed. Due to long term lockdown both teachers and students have no options other than e-class for completion of their course. But rural poor students of backward section of society who are 1st generation learner are in absolute crisis because either they have no Smartphone to participate in this modern format of teaching-learning or have no internet facility in their remote location.

The socio-cultural practices of a community are influenced by their history, geographic location of existence, the events that have occurred which influenced their lifestyles. The understanding of people, place and time allows professionals to relate to the evolution of communities and make decisions to allow growth. The anthropological parameters are manifested through architecture, religion, occupation, cultural practices, and lifestyle. The vernacular architecture of the Toda community of Nilgiri is the outcome of the prevailing topography, availability of local materials, socio-economic, and other natural forces. The traditional architecture forms the backbone of the social and cultural set up of the community, which is depicted by buildings designed to achieve comfort and provide functional requirements by using locally available building materials and construction techniques. The vernacular architecture is more responsive to climatic, geographic, and cultural conditions. The knowledge the traditional buildings can be used as a tool to design our future buildings. This paper aims to present a study of architecture and planning of residential dwellings of the Toda community of Nilgiri region.

The Tiwas of Mongoloid group migrated to Assam and scattered into different parts of Nagaon, Morigaon and Karbi Anglong districts and settled with the Assamese Hindus as an inseparable part of their society. The Festivals observed by the Tiwas and the Assamese caste Hindus have their distinct identity and tradition. The festivals celebrated by these communities are both of seasonal and calenderic and some festivals celebrated time to time. Bihu is the greatest festival of the region and the Tiwas celebrate it with a slight variation. The Gosain Uliuwa Mela, Jonbeel Mela and the Barat festival are some specific festivals. Influence of Neo-Vaisnative culture is diffusively and widely seen in the festivals of the plain Tiwas and the other Assamese caste Hindus. The Committee Bhaona festival of Ankiya drama performance celebrated in Charaibahi area is a unique one. This paper is an attempt to look into the socio-economic significances of the festivals of the Tiwas and Assamese Hindus of Middle Assam.

Travel writing now is a power influence in Western understanding of, and interest in the rest of the world. Travel writing issues both out of gender and power as well as colonialism and post-colonialism. Colonialism is always viewed in terms of gendered conceptions and the colonial enterprise suggests masculine energy and subsequently the colonize countries are viewed feminine, Sometimes with teeming sexuality waiting to be mastered. Gender and sexuality had been integral to the land, politics and policies of colonial regimes, the discourses that constituted imperial knowledge and the tropes in which colonial relations were resented.

Abstract The paper aims at analysing the present scenario of Indias rural industrialisation from the perspective of Gandhijis vision. The basic objective of Gandhijis non- cooperation and non- violence movement was not only a peaceful struggle against British rulers but to make India economically self sufficient. Gandhis great approach of Self reliance and Swadeshi gave birth of the village industries in the colonial period as a tool for Sarvodaya. According to Gandhiji, khadi as a village industry was a symbol of nationalism, equality and self-reliance and the only weapon for reconstruction of the society. In the light of the above, the present study, based on secondary data, is an effort to focus on the role of khadi and village industries towards inclusive development of nation in the period of 21st century. Appropriate statistical tools are to be used for analysis of data. The paper is to be divided into three sections. Section- I is introductory in nature, highlighting methodology, objectives of the study and review of literature, Section II deals with discussion and analysis, Section III remains for conclusion and suggestions.

Statistics shows that, in India, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the first six months stood at 55%. Early initiation of breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding can prevent nearly 99,499 deaths of children every year due to diarrhoea and pneumonia. Exclusive breastfeeding is the best way to accomplish optimal growth and health in infants. An innovative nutritious laddu was standardised which had a unique blend of galactagogues which helps in inducing or enhancing breast milk production. This product was rich in protein, fibre, iron, calcium and was gluten-free. It was prepared using galactagogue such as gum arabic (dink), fenugreek, ajwain, suwa powder and seeds like lotus seed (makhana), chia, pumpkin, sesame and flax seeds. Studies indicate that fenugreek, carom seeds or ajwain have properties of galactagogues, which helps in breast milk production in mothers postpartum. A shelf life study was done using a scoring test on a 7-point sensory scale for a period of one month and was found to be highly acceptable. The evaluation was performed on sensory attributes such as colour, taste, texture, aftertaste and overall acceptability. The product was wrapped in chocolate foil, packed in Zip lock stand up pouch made with kraft material with inner polythene lamination. Other aspects covered in the study were labelling, budgeting and marketing.
