 Abstract

The 2014 elections was a clear mandate against a corrupt government. The BJP government had been trying to grapple with the consistently declining GDP of India and had no clue about how to handle it. The economic policies that were hits of the Modi government were largely macro economic welfare schemes .Policies like the Ujjwala Yojna, Direct Benefit Transfer, the creation of the Jan Dhan Accounts and the Housing schemes that were introduced by the Modi Government were all aimed at direct delivery of public goods and benefits to the common man. The Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana,an initiative set up to create a financial institution for the development of and also to help the micro unit enterprises through refinancing facility.

 Abstract

Wetland ecosystem is one of the most naturally occurring and most multi functional ecosystems, which provides various important habitats for wildlife, valuable biodiversity resources, aids in water quality improvement, supports for ground water recharge, helps in moderating climate change and in flood control. However, the rapid urbanization caused degradation of wetlands. Geoinformatics Technique is very useful for measuring and mapping the changes of wetlands. In this Study, Resourcesat -1 LISS-III satellite data has been used for the time frames 2006-07 and 2017-18. In order to analyse the changes in wetlands field surveys have been performed and Cross checking was done through high resolution Google Earth images. Results of the Study show that in the study area 14 wetlands have been disappeared with the area of 336.25 ha. whereas 152 new wetlands have been created with the area of 3308.03 ha. The outcomes of the Study will help in decision making for various purposes like fishery development, water conservation, land development etc. Results of the present study will be helpful for carrying out further research activities in the field of aquaculture, hydrology and biodiversity.

 Abstract

Wireless sensor networks have attracted the attention of researchers in recent decades. Due to the rapid change in the technology along with faster-growing usefulness and need in different areas. Thus, the size of the sensors became very small. Sensor's basic operations are sensing, processing, and transferring data to the base station. These operations require energy especially the transmission. Since they have very limited power, that is too difficult to recharge or replace in some Nature-inspired algorithm scenario. So, for uninterrupted services, the utilization of the battery power becomes a more critical concern. In this research paper, for dealing with the problem of better energy utilization a new clustering method has been developed. The nature-inspired Firefly algorithm has been used for the cluster head selection based on nodes centrality, energy, and distance to the base station. Firefly algorithm is proved to be a better technique due to faster convergence. This proposed method has been evaluated against the Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) protocol, at various performance metrics. The results show the stability period increased by 23 % and the mortality rate decrease. Also, the overall network life is increased by 18 %. It performs very well results show that it is beneficial to use the Firefly algorithm since it improves the performance of the wireless sensor network.

 Abstract

The Bodos are belongs to Mongolian race and one of the largest tribes of Assam. They have their own culture, language and religion. Although there are several books on Bodo community covering in society, religion, culture, language and politics but no much works has been done on the role played by the Christian missionaries on the Bodos community. According to the Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics, Christianity is the ethical, historical, no theistic, redemptive religion, in which the relation of God and man is mediated by the person and work of Jesus Christ. Broadly speaking there are two streams within Christianity (Roman) Catholic and Presbyterian, the formal universal in outlook and the later national. It is more than 150 years since the great Bodo people began accepting Christianity. In this paper interest is given to discuss how the Christianity was originated in the Bodos society and its impact on the Bodos. Key Words: Bodo.  Abstract

In Madhya Pradesh, Mustard are most important edible oilseed group of crops with predominance of Indian mustard followed by toria and yellow sarson. Due to the intensive cultivation and use of unbalanced and inadequate fertilizers accompanied by rastricted use of organic manures in soils not only deficient in the nutriants, but also deteriorated the soil health resulting in decline in crop rasponses to the recommanded dose of NPK fertilizars in the region as well as chemical fertilizers are an expensive option for fullfill the need of nutrient with minimizing the cost of cultivation as well as maintenance soil fertility status ,Integrated Nutrient Management is best option Thus, intagration of organic manures with fertilizers, not only supply macronutrients but also meet the requirement of micronutrients . The responses of mustard to various treatmants were recorded i.e. growth attributes, yield and yield attribiutes, nutrient content and nutrient uptake, soil proparties and available nutrients and mustiard quality. many field experiment for INM in fenugreek was conducted by researcher which shows that how integrated nutrient management practices repercussion on fertility status of soil , uptake efficiency of nitrogen, phosphorus and potash, protein content , height of plant, no. of branches , biomass, number of pods , number of seeds pod-1, test weight as well as grain and straw yield of fenugreek.

 Abstract

This Paper has an emphasis on addressing the inquiry that why Dr. Faustus obviously having everlasting status in his brain as a significant objective for himself toward the start of the play, didn't ask Lucifer for interminably while he was making the agreement. The point is to see the philosophical lines of thought during Marlowe's time that may have had an impact alongside a mental perusing of the motivation behind why the character probably won't have needed interminably in real life. The key philosophical figures of the time being Thomas Aquinas, Henry of Ghent and Duns Scotus we see a specific religious root in way of thinking of the time. This considered alongside the way that Faustus was known as the specialist godliness one can arrive at the resolution that the understanding of death in this play must be a philosophical one with its underlying foundations in Christianity. Additionally adopting into account the strategy of a cutting edge peruser towards the content and to isolate ourselves from the Christian viewpoint this paper has likewise considered the advanced philosophical methodologies towards everlasting status through works of Jaspers and Heidegger. To have the option to see the thought process of this need for Faustus we take a gander at Nietzsche and his meaning of Master-Slave relationship and profound quality the subject of which is by all accounts fairly predominant in this play.

 Abstract

Infrastructure industries over a period of time become specialized in the execution of different infrastructure projects viz. Highways, Railways, Aviation, Power Generation, Transmissions, Tunnels, Dams, Buildings and other mega projects. Organizations traditionally segregate resources (machinery, tools and plants) into centralized functional divisions as mentioned above. This organizational model is structured based on the fact of the specific nature of jobs performed with a view of a higher quality of work and efficiency. Since the human resources employed in these divisions do perform their specific jobs and can contribute to higher efficiency because of job specialization, but same is not the case with mechanical resources i.e. machinery, tools and plants which are dedicated to specific divisions, since mechanical resources perform similar kind of jobs irrespective of the divisions under which they are deployed. A question of whether to become more centralized to achieve economies of scale or more decentralized to achieve economies of focus always arises. Using Queuing Theory and Simulation models, we examine the service and workload characteristics to determine the conditions where a centralized model is more efficient and conversely where a decentralized model is more efficient. The result from the model measures the trade-offs between economies of scale and economies of focus from which administrative guidelines are derived.
