Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) technique was used to deposit CdS thin films on amorphous glass substrate with different pH values changing from 8 to 10. The effect of pH on the structural and optical properties of CdS thin films was investigated. The X-ray diffraction data (XRD) and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy were used to characterize the thin films. X-ray diffraction reveals growth of the cubic phase with preferential orientation along (002) direction and are polycrystalline. The band gap of the film increased from 3.753eV to 3.900 eV with increasing pH values. After investigation it was concluded that the pH value of 9.5 is suitable for producing CdS thin films by chemical bath deposition technique. The formed films were uniform and with good adherence to the substrate. Optical study shows that the film has a band gap of 3.900 eV.

With escalating globalisation and multimedia and trend of moving and following western culture and trends we are depleting our cultural traditional heritage value, mostly being intangibles. Over the last few decades number of participation by public is been decreased by 9 percent in performing arts sector of dance theatre and music alone, as published in recent survey. Schemes for financial aids and institution aids are been granted and re-visited by Ministry of Culture, Government of India in XII five year plan to benefit performing arts industry. But the percentage increasing in recent years is minimal. The project so aims to look into the solutions through the interactive methods by introducing collaboration in the performing arts industry like that of Dutch government to increase the role of government and several other collaborating industries which comes under this domain, to increase economy and methods to increase public participation into this industry.

The outburst of Covid-19 led to lockdown in many parts of the world. The lockdown compelled various organizations to think of innovative processes so that they could continue functioning despite the barriers of lockdown imposed by the government. It led to the education industry switching over from the traditional classroom learning to online learning. The virtual methods of learning became immensely popular during this global pandemic. This study seeks to ascertain the challenges faced by school and college students during these virtual sessions. The study is qualitative in nature and Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) is used to conduct this research analysis. The study was conducted among students from various schools and colleges across Northern India, who were divided into different categories as per their classes. Semi structured interviews were conducted amongst each category to collect information about the challenges faced by students while learning online. The findings led to conclude that there are four major categories of challenges faced by students. Challenges included difficulty in learning in home environment due to the presence of family members, sounds from surroundings, they found lack in organizational assistance like majority lacked access to proper devices and insufficient skills to adapt to online learning. Even a number of technical obstacles and personal issues like lack of motivation, sense of isolation made it challenging for students to learn online

Indian cinema has never attempted to capture the human's most natural and instinctive expression of sexuality. Our films either shied away from portraying sex on-screen or its portrayal did not stay true to the essence of what the word meant. Malayalam films are also no less different. While love, marriage and family have always been the favourite themes of Malayalam cinema, it turned a blind-eye towards bodily intimacy and affection, which holds an intrinsic place in a couple's life. If this was the attitude towards sexuality, the portrayal of female sexuality is completely ignored by the cinema. This stance regarding sexuality not only obstructs cinema from adopting a progressive outlook but also it caused to normalise the power and violence which is latent in sexuality. It has been observed that the evolution of nationalism formulates and controls sexuality. This study attempts to look at how Indian nationalism dictates sexuality, and also how it is projected in Vadakkanpaattucinemakal.

Due to the complexity and volume, outsourcing ciphertexts to a cloud is deemed to be one of the most effective approaches for big data storage and access. Nevertheless, verifying the access legitimacy of a user and securely updating a ciphertext in the cloud based on a new access policy designated by the data owner are two critical challenges to make cloud-based big data storage practical and effective. Findings from the evaluation show that our approach outperforms current state of the art. We also make available our statistically sound dataset, based on known benchmarks, to the wider research community. this proposed work, a secure and verifiable access control scheme based on the HASHED KEY TECHNIQUE cryptosystem for big data storage in clouds. We first propose a new HASHED KEY TECHNIQUE decryption algorithm to overcome the decryption failures of the original HASHED KEY TECHNIQUE, and then detail our scheme and analyze its correctness, security strengths, and computational efficiency. Our scheme allows the cloud server to efficiently update the ciphertext when a new access policy is specified by the data owner, who is also able to validate the update to counter against cheating behaviors of the cloud. It also enables (i) the data owner and eligible users to effectively verify the legitimacy of a user for accessing the data, and (ii) a user to validate the information provided by other users for correct plaintext recovery. Rigorous analysis indicates that our scheme can prevent eligible users from cheating and resist various attacks such as the collusion attack. In such a system, combined with verifiable computation and encrypt-then-mac mechanism, the data confidentiality, the fine-grained access control and the correctness of the delegated computing results are well guaranteed at the same time. Besides, our scheme achieves security against chosen-plaintext attacks under the k-multilinear Decisional hashed technique. Moreover, an extensive simulation campaign confirms the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed solution.

There is interest of observe approximately implementation of Just-in-time (JIT) and Total Quality Management (TQM) for enterprise improvement. There are many corporations put in force JIT and TQM ideas in numerous distinction ways. Some of corporation may also pick to begin with TQM practices to be able to enhance nice of product and carrier via the corporation. Some of corporation may also pick to begin with implementation of JIT practices for disposing of waste and maximizing usage of stock and resources. The separate influences of JIT and TQM practices on enterprise overall performance have been analyzed and mentioned in lots of research. In 1990s, a few research attempted to discover the joint impact of each implementation of JIT and TQM on overall performance. Those research talked about the obtrusive that joint implementation of JIT and TQM ended in tremendous better overall performance than implementation of both one.

The CORONA virus disease 19(COVID-19) pandemic is unique and unprecedented in several aspects. It has challenged the health care system across the globe. Several epidemiological studies have reported the burden of mental health problems among the general population during COVID 19 ascribed to uncertain prognosis, looming severe shortage of resources, growing financial loss, intrude on the personal freedoms, added educational stress over burdens are among the major stressors that undoubtedly will contribute to widespread emotion distress and increase the risk for psychiatric illness aimed with COVID 19 pandemic. The above situation demands an alternative search for treatment in other sciences for maintaining both physical as well as mental health so, this is an encouraging development and a good initiative for the scope of generating physically, spiritually, and mentally healthier individual by adopting ayurvedic concepts of Achara Rasayana, sadvrit, satvavjaya chikitsa, and manas rog chikitsa. Ayurveda prescribes numerous ways to comprehend all the modalities of health care by the means of prevention promotion, curation, elimination, restoration, behavioral, dietetic, and so on. It is associated with a multifaceted role against a wide range of obnoxious stimuli generated by both the biosphere and the ecosphere. Its usage places physiology underneath the protective wraps and helps to maintain the structural and functional integrity at molecular levels. mental health sufferings would call for a concentrated mental health policy.
