Elderly widows face a variety of challenges such as isolation, a poor financial status, a lack of social acceptability, despair, physical problems, a lack of family support, and others. The position of widows is closely tied to their lack of access to economic resources, such as land ownership, inheritance of property, a strong support system, and inclusion in decision-making. A very few studies have looked at the circumstances of elderly widows. Understanding the degree of abuse, vulnerability and coping mechanisms of elderly widows within the family and in the community is one of the key goals of the present study. The current study makes use of secondary data to achieve the aforementioned goals. The study offers some recommendations that will assist society in general and the elderly widows in particular in creating a better and more livable environment for the elderly widows.

Textiles play a predominant role for human beings in terms of their basic needs, that is, first clothing and then agriculture. In the textile sector, there are so many domains like the handloom industry, power loom industry, job work, and the garment industry wherein each different kind of operation will be carried out by adopting different techniques. In all domains, employees will be called by different names, such as weavers, tailors, merchandisers, etc., who offer a variety of textile products to the customers. But one question remains the same in our mind. It is all about the life led by weavers and their status. Many weavers are leading their lives below the poverty line. They offer designed, trendy textile products but do not have nice clothes to wear. The present focuses on the social status of handloom weavers and the problems they face when working for an owner. The researcher main aims to find a living standard of handloom weavers for the betterment of the weavers segment.

The growth of social media platforms has led to a significant increase in user-generated content. These platforms have given users the ability to produce, share, and exchange content in order to interact and communicate with one another. Threatening and abusive language spreads quickly on social media, but it can be stopped if we can find and take it down. These would have, given online bullying and haters new ways to express their hate to a bigger audience while frequently remaining anonymous. We require a strong and efficient automatic system to identify threat and abusive languages due to the increased popularity of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. and the excessive number of social media users. Many automated methods using machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) have been developed in the past due to the severe and frequent nature of this activity. This paper provides a thorough summary of the reducing techniques that the research in this field has suggested for detecting offensive content. A classification of several methodologies and features used by researchers in the detection process is offered based on algorithms and methods used in detection techniques. This study also covers the major problems that require detailed research in this field. Finally, some future research directions for creating reliable social media content detection systems are also mentioned.

When it comes to communications, basic equipment, etc., the Indian economy is still in its infancy; this is a developing country. A major shift has occurred in industrial growth since several nations began communicating with one another in 1991, when the country was opened to the globe and foreign businesses were permitted to do business and invest across the country. There will be a dramatic rise in the level of competition in the home market if the government permits the establishment of large corporations. Each business does all it can to establish itself in the marketplace. Profit is the primary motivation for the organisations operating in the nation, and this motivation is reflected in their work. When it comes to using a product or service, individuals are becoming more and more conscious of what is going on around them as the rate of literacy rises and the ability to read and write improves. As a result of these shifts, a whole new concept known as "corporate social responsibility" (CSR) has emerged and gained traction in the marketplace. To better understand how this notion is functioning in India and how much firms are adopting it for social and financial progress, we will conduct a thorough investigation in this paper. Attempts will be made to determine and determine the significance of CSR; the actions large company does under CSR; its hits, affects, and come-togethers.

ABSTRACT: When dealing with photovoltaic generating, an inverter that is both efficient and reliable is critical. Switching frequency is the most popular approach to raise the standard of the inverter output voltage. However, power losses will increase as a result of this strategy. As a result, this work proposes a hybrid unipolar pulse width modulation (UP-PWM) system. For generating positive power, the hybrid method uses traditional UP-PWM. A modulation system that only necessitates the operation of freewheeling switches is especially presented for the generation of negative power. Control of output voltage and current zero crossing points (ZCPs) is also introduced by means of a UP-PWM UPWM closed control with a changed dead time. A 3-kW HERIC inverter system with a 25-kHz frequency is used in simulations and experiments to verify the efficiency of the suggested mehod. Reactive power injection is better with the hybrid UP-PWM closed control method, and efficiency is better than with the traditional UP-PWM closed control method with dead time, according to the results. Better power quality is another benefit of the UP-PWM closed control system that has been offered.
