Substantial epidemiologic and clinical evidence indicates that agents inhaled at work can induce asthma. Deep breathing exercise helps to relieve shortness of breath by preventing air from getting trapped in the lungs and helps inhalation of more fresh air into base of lungs. It may help the client to feel more relaxed and centered. Breathing exercises may reduce the amount of medication the client need to keep asthma symptoms under control. However there are different types of non-pharmacological therapies and alternatives which, includes acupuncture, breathing exercises, chiropractic manipulation, diet, vitamins and supplements, herbal remedies, massage and relaxation techniques. Based on the problem selected and objectives of the study, a descriptive research design was selected to assess the skill (deep breathing exercise) regarding management of bronchial asthma among workers in JK cement factory of Khrew Kashmir. Fifty workers were selected in JK cement factory of Khrew Kashmir by total enumerative sampling technique for this study. Observational checklist and interview schedule was used for data collection and was analysed by descriptive and inferential statistics using chi-square and t-test. The findings revealed that pre-test mean score was 1.34, median 1.17 SD .358 at p ? 0.05.The findings also revealed that no association of pretest skill score was found with age, Educational status and duration of exposure at (p<0.05 ). The findings of the study concluded that the pretest assessment was not satisfied in terms of skill and practice which emphasis that there is need to educate workers of cement factories regarding deep breathing exercise which can help them to become more aware and can increase level of skill about the management of bronchial asthma.

A range-measuring device is used to measure the distance and angle at which the target object is located from the observational unit. The purpose of this project is to determine the position of the object and aim the target accurately. In this project, we make a prototype radar system with the help of an ultrasonic sensor which is capable to measure a distance of 3 cm to 50cm as the targeting range, with angles ranging between 0 and 180 degrees. The ultrasonic sensor is mounted on a servomotor which creates a range by the rotation of the servo motor. The information gathered is sent to a microcontroller where the information is sent to other servomotors for the aiming and firing operations. The information from the microcontroller is sent to a PC screen where software is used to illustrate the results.

Any leakage from process equipment (process vessels, storage tanks, pumps pipelines etc) may lead to formation of flammable gas cloud in surrounding area. If any ignition sources is present in the area where flammable gas cloud can reach will result into flash fire or vapor cloud explosion and fatalities. Hazardous area classification study aims to eliminate electrical ignition sources from the area where there is a possibility of flammable atmosphere is present during normal or abnormal operations or during accidental leakages. Several standards (6,7,8) has described methods to be used for hazardous area classification. However, these methods are generic in nature and may not be suitable considering extreme operating conditions and numerous flammable chemicals present in chemical manufacturing plants. This research paper aims to compare and validate the extent of hazardous area defined in Indian Standard IS 5572: 2009 (reaffirmed in 2018), Classification of hazardous areas (Other Than Mines) having flammable gases and vapours for electrical installation (Third Revision)by use of dispersion modelling using DNV PHAST 8.71.
