The occupational structure of the handloom community consists of three categories. The mahajans enjoying maximum profit, some independent master weavers are in the middle position, a large number of weavers, depending on piece rate system for their wages, posited at the bottom level with minimal profit. Handloom is basically a household production system. In these districts large section of weavers and allied workers are from O.B.C, mainly belong to Basak and Yogi Communities. Above 80 per cent of weavers have education up to school level in case of both districts.

Foreign direct investment (FDI) plays an important role in resource mobilization and brings the latest technology. FDI inflows into different sectors of the economy are one of the most essential instruments for the growth of an economy because it leads to employment, export, import substitutions, creates a favourable balance of payment etc. It also fills the gap between investment and saving. India is a developing country, and it needs massive investment in various sectors of the economy to accelerate economic growth. In the present era of globalisation, liberalization and privatisation, the role of foreign direct investment cannot be ignored. The developing countries have opened their economy to FDI. The Indian economy opened for FDI after 1991. Before that, the growth rate of India was meagre and after opening the economy, there has been a significant increase in the growth rate, and it reached 6 to 7 per cent up to 2021-22. With this aim in mind, the present study has been undertaken to determine the impact of foreign direct investment inflows and their effects on the economic growth of the Indian economy.

A multilayer inverter that can generate 17 distinct voltage levels has recently become available for purchase. This inverter makes use of cascaded Hbridge modules that have floating capacitors and a three-level flying capacitor inverter. In this study, a number of aspects of the inverter that has been suggested are described. One of these aspects is the inverter's capacity to maintain a voltage balance across its capacitors. The findings of the experiments are used to investigate the efficiency of the suggested converter. The algorithm that is used to balance capacitors has been evaluated to ensure that it is stable in both transient and steady-state situations. Instantaneous balancing of all of the capacitors in this circuit is possible by utilising any one of the pole voltage combination options. This architecture has a number of advantages, one of which is that it makes it possible to operate the converter in back-to-back mode, with all of the voltages being generated by a single DC link power supply. The inverter that is now being demonstrated has the capacity to support a full range of load power factors in addition to modulation indices. Even if one of the H-bridges fails, the inverter can still be used at full load; the only difference is that it will be able to produce a lower total number of levels. In this setup, both the dv/dt and the common mode voltage variation are rather little. This is because both of these measures are dependent on time.

Art in the form of paintings have been fascinating humans since ages. With the digitization of art museums, it becomes imperative to devise tools that can automatically classify artists based on paintings to help visitors, buyers and museum curators gain more information effortlessly. Image classification models, in general, aim at extracting distinct information from images and assign them a particular category. In this paper we use transfer learning to fine tune the existing CNN models such as ResNet, that has been pre-trained on ImageNet, and apply multiple different data augmentation techniques to tackle the challenge of classifying 50 artists. We intend to observe and analyse the hyper-parameters and augmentation technique giving the best results. We also make some attempts of inventing new architecture of neural network dedicate to painting understanding and new approach for data augmentation.

The purpose of this study is to find out and understand how can we use the guidelines provided in Natya shastra to create a Better experience for users in virtual reality. We use Virtual reality solutions to bring an immersive experience for users by connecting with them at an emotional level. Design for emotions has been in discussion ever since design as an activity started. Authors like Don Norman have emphasized the need for visceral Design as an entry point of product acceptance by users (Norman 2005) Systematic studies have also revealed the importance of emotions in product acceptance decisions (Damasio 1994). Bharatmuni has done tremendous work in Natyashastra which elaborates emotional responses generated in users' minds (Rasas) which can provide guidelines while creating the virtual experience.

ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to examine the effect of gymnastic exercise and aerobics on the performance of wing shooting in handball. To achieve this purpose of investigation 90 handball players (girls) were randomly selected from different schools in Andhra Pradesh. The subjects were divided into three groups consisting of 30 handball players in each group. The subjects were in the age group of 15 to 18 years of school girls..For this study the researcher selected the performance of wing shooting in handball, as this ability is considered as one of the basic necessities in the game of handball. Randomly selected ninety school girls handball players who participated in the inter-school level tournaments were selected randomly from Andhra Pradesh. The selected subjects were randomly divided into three groups. Experimental group I was assigned as Gymnastic exercises training group, Group II was assigned as aerobic training and the third group served as control group which was kept under control. Based on the initial performance in wing shooting in handball, the subjects were divided into three equal groups consisting of 30 handball players in each group. Prior to experimental treatment all the subjects were measured of their wing shooting performance objectively. Gymnastic group was given selected gymnastic exercises consisting of 10 exercises for 12 weeks. The aerobic group was provided with aerobic training of 10 different exercises for 12 weeks. Immediately after the completion of experimental period all the three groups were measured of their performance of wing shooting in handball. The differences between the initial and final scores were considered as the effect of respective treatment on wing shooting performance. The ANCOVA results showed that the obtained F value 68.94 was significant. The post hoc analysis and the data paired mean comparisons proved that experimental treatments were significantly better than control group. Comparison between treatment groups, that is, gym exercises group and aerobic training group proved that gym exercises group was significantly better than aerobic training in improving wing shooting performance of handball players girls.
