 Abstract

Abstract Background Dengue virus single-stranded positive polarity ribonucleic acid RNA viruses of the family Flaviviridae are the most common cause of arboviral disease transmitted by the Aedes mosquito. We report a clinical epidemiological study of the dengue fever outbreak in 2022 from Noida hospitals in north India. Objective The study objective is to know the incidence of laboratory-confirmed cases among the suspected patients in the hospitals in Noida. Dengue is also observed in different ages. Material and method Was concerned with district hospital Gautam Buddha Nagar where 3,973 just have been conducted this year to check samples thank you of which 251 have been reported positive packet cases of dengue infection subjected to new capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detection of dengue virus-specific IgM antibody.1 Result Out of 3,973 tests have been reported positive dengue virus specific IgM antibodies year 2022 dengue cases as the study has been done in the month of July to December 2022.A slite spike has been seen this year as compared to the last 10 years. Conclusion It is a common health problem in India with stereo prevalence. The study examined in the present suggests that the effort of mobilized community members is essential for the sustainability of vector control methods and the generalizability of proven methods is recommended for the research.

 Abstract

Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) has a long history use as a medicinal herb found throughout the world that has used for medicinal purposes for centuries It has been used to treat asthma but synthetic drugs for the treatment of asthma and allergy in India found more side effects. Synthetic drugs used for the treatment of asthma and allergy in India but more side effects are reported. Over the centuries, they are using medicinal herbs in daily life and approximately 6000 plants species are known to have medicinal properties in India. As per the literature survey will be expressed medicinal plants and traditional systems of medicines, Ayurveda, Yunani, Siddha and Homeopathy for the treatment of asthma and allergy but no scientific validation. Several literatures are indicated that the herbal drugs have lesser adverse effects when compared to synthetic drugs. The Urtica dioica is not scientifically validated and which was traditionally using herb. The work provides scientific validation for use of leaves against asthma by revealing the chemical compounds may be present in the plant. The present study is attempts to develop a novel plant-based antihistamine work through anti asthmatic drug which will be evaluated by in vitro and in vivo.

 Abstract

Cluster-based Wireless Sensor Network information privacy is regarded as a difficult challenge for this sort of network. Because of the dynamic environment of WSNs and their deployment in open regions, they are subject to a variety of cyber-attacks that might disrupt their operations. Furthermore, due to the resource constraints of sensing devices, traditional security approaches in WSNs are impracticable due to the high cost of computing, communications, and memory capacity. The security in WSN has become a significant issue in the sensor network. The data which is transmitted from one node to another must be secured to avoid a data breach by any of the attackers. The link must be secured to ensure data efficiency and greater accuracy. This paper proposes the enhanced ECC algorithm for providing identity-based key encryption in cluster-based WSNs. A separate key generation concept has been proposed here to reduce the complexity of the network. The node-to-node has less number of key generations and the cluster head-to-sink node has a larger number of key generations. The results show that the proposed work holds good in minimizing the timing requirements for key generation, computation time is less, less energy consumption communication, and better packet-to-delivery ratio.

 Abstract

In this venture, we are developing an internet wrongdoing detailing framework programme that can be accessed by people in the office as the number of detailed wrongdoing cases expands, but law enforcement discovers a gap between detailed wrongdoings and not-detailed violations. Numerous reasons may include this gap. It isn't a good thing to give hoodlums a chance to remain secure within the community as innocents, which prompts offenders to commit more violations. In India, the public was perplexed about the wrong grievances with respect to the office of government. With an online announcing framework, the public can report a wrongdoing without any fear, and they can effortlessly contact the office where they can unravel the issue in a viable way. This computer programme is safe because it can easily catch offenders by checking their past records from second-rate information and defensive for the client as well as for office and admin since there will be no spillage of any liberal of data. The online wrongdoing detailing foundation is an implementation that covers total case administration structure and this venture will offer assistance in overseeing all exercises of the police station it can utilized to report violations and oversee all the exercises in a police station utilizing computers.

 Abstract

Analysing the education system of any nation, from inception to present time, always requires meticulous reviewing of history- political frameworks since it has come to its present shape due to multitudinous influences from its past immemorial sources. Indian education system, right from its inception to present post-modern condition often evaluated as deeply sustained and modified product of multicultural traditions and legacies. Race, ethnicity, place conscious traditions, geographical implications, foreign invasions etc. all modified in the present articulated form of education practiced or rather revered in India. Education during Vedic junctures to dark medieval period to present Post-modern period appeared to be linked and structured by cultural strings of different educational legacies. Scotts and the Scottish missionaries in India had left a tremendous poignant mark in Indian education system. Their mission and erudite vision about education has transformed the educational setting and atmosphere looming large in India, engrossing socio-politico, intellectual and cultural spheres. The present study is, therefore, an attempt to elucidate their multi-faceted educational endeavours in the19th century India and the far-reaching consequences which continues to bedazzle and shape present Indian education system.

 Abstract

The aim of this paper is to give an insight about the long run cointegration between second job holding, hours constraint (Hours of work in main job) and unemployment in North Macedonia. To establish the long run association, the Johansen Cointegration Analysis is applied on quarterly data obtained from Eurostat for the period of 2006 Q1 to 2020 Q4. Both the Trace and Maximum Eigenvalue tests confirm non-existence of any long run cointegration between second job holding, hours constraint and unemployment in North Macedonia.

 Abstract

Modern implant therapy offers significant functional and biologic advantages for many patients when compared to conventional fixed or removable prostheses, and it also produces excellent long-term results, as evidenced by numerous 10-year studies with success and survival rates above 95%. As a result, it is a treatment modality that is frequently used in daily practice for fully and partially edentulous patients. Biomimetic agents, also known as biometric agents, are substances that may be implanted and copy or imitate certain bodily functions or structures (physiology). The specifications for implantable biometric agents Ability to promote the development of the proper cells to improve new bone production, reduced danger of infectious contagious disease transfer by simple synthesis or manufacture that avoids extraction from allografts, avoiding issues with implant loss owing to coating delamination by resorbability in response to osteogenic activity, chemical stability prior to implant insertion, no immune reaction generation. A bone-creating implant being tested in clinical settings by Nobel Biocare. The bone morphogenic protein rhBMP-2 (a recombinant form of a naturally occurring human protein) will be used to treat this implant, and the researchers assert that this treatment will fundamentally alter the indications for dental implants. Bovine bone filler demonstrated a low substitution rate and is widely used, not only for contour augmentation in early implant placement but also for internal augmentation. Bone fillers not only mechanically support barrier membranes to reduce risk of membrane collapse during healing, but they also have biologic properties, such as osteogenic potential to activate new bone formation, and a high or a low substitution rate, which will influence the stability of augmented bone. Implants are the latest trend to improve aesthetics and longevity of prosthesis.

Abstract: Indonesia currently has 3 types of public pension programs but the programs are only for formal private workers, civil, servant and armed forces. These three programs have coverage of 18.49 million formal workers out of a total of 52.1 million formal worker. Importantly based on a survey conducted by the Indonesian Statistics Center, 55.2% of active workers in Indonesia are still informal. Through 2020 nation survey, it is known that Indonesia is still in a bonus demographic condition where the working age population exceeds 50% of the total population. But through projections made by the Indonesian government in collaboration with the world bank, in 2045 Indonesia will lose this demographic bonus and the population aged 65 years and over will reach 35% of the total population. Ensuring the welfare of these workers, especially those in the informal sector and those who are reaching old age, will be an important issue for the Indonesian government. It is necessary to conduct a study that provides an initial description of cost estimation in implementing universal public pensions. In carrying out this cost estimation, the guidelines prepared by the International Labor Organization (ILO) are used in calculating pension program costs. To calculate this cost, the data used are population data, labor force data, state revenue budget, and projections of the elderly population in Indonesia. In data processing, the ILO guidelines are used to provide a cost estimation of Rp 176 trillion that can be financed by the national budget.
