Background: The Nonspecific neck pain is defined as pain in the posterior neck between the superior nuchal line and the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra. The annual prevalence of nonspecific neck pain ranges in Industrialized countries from 27% to 48%. Although the duration and course of the pain may vary, most patients experience chronic or recurrent pain. Neck pain (NP) is a disabling musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) caused by occupation, lifestyle and age-related factors. In recent years, there has been an emerging body of knowledge on telerehabilitation (TR), a mode of delivering rehabilitation services to the patients via information and communication technology as a medium. Aim: To evaluate the effectiveness of isometric exercise and stretching using Telerehabilitation in adult with chronic non-specific neck pain after 4 week. Methodology: Adult of age 18-35 with chronic Non-Specific neck pain has been included in the study, pre and post evaluation has been done using outcome measure. Isometric exercises and stretching exercise done using Telerehabilitation for 3times a week for 4 consecutive week. Outcome measures: NPRS (numerical pain rating scale), Cervical ROM (Flex, Ext, RT. Side rotation, Lt. side rotation, LT. side flexion, RT. Side flexion),NDI (10 point neck disability index questioner), Cervical MMT. Results: Isometric exercise and stretching using Telerehabilitation is effective in improving strength and reducing neck disability in adult with chronic non-specific neck pain. Which was proved statistically significant [p=0.0001]. Conclusion: This study shows that isometric exercise and stretching using tele rehab is effective in reducing pain, increasing ROM, improving strength and reducing neck disability in adults with chronic non-specific neck pain. So, it is concluded that Telerehabilitation should be used as effective means for treatment of chronic non-specific neck pain.

The increasing interest in the food industry in addressing the modern challenges and demands is driving the growth of the global food hydrocolloids market. The market was valued at around USD 9928.5 million in 2021 and is expected to reach a value of around USD 13,381.3 million by 2028. The continuous research and development of colloidal delivery systems are also expected to fuel the growth of the market.Understanding the various mechanisms involved in the production and application of biopolymer-based gel beads in the human food system is very important in order to successfully incorporate them into the product. This review aims to provide an overview of the latest developments in the field of biopolymer-based gel beads. This article presents the various techniques that are involved in the production of different types of gel beads. The properties of different protein and polysaccharide materials that can be utilized for the fabrication of these beads are also covered. The designing of gel beads is a complex process that requires considering various factors.

Abstract The average teacher used to just teach the content of the subject, the good teacher explains the same verbally, and the superior teacher demonstrates the content verbally with some experimental facts, but the great teacher always inspires the students by making an effort to create a suitable form of context which is formed with the support of nonverbal communication -William Arthur Ward. What the teacher says verbally is only one part of the teaching and how the teacher communicates bodily makes available the rest of the information. Nonverbal communication in English language classrooms mainly includes kinesics, facial expression with direct eye contact, proxemics the distance between the communicators, olfactory dimensions, paralinguistic variables, silent language, i.e., pause in between the conversation, personality, environment/ atmosphere, and chronemics the concepts of time. Verbal communication and nonverbal communication always go parallel and endeavour to explain the same concept as exist side by side as two processes that are working for the same purpose in the same system to guide the message to deliver with the perfect meaning. This article gives a detailed influence of nonverbal communication of the teacher in English Language Teaching and its impact on the teaching and learning process.

Ayurveda is a very distinct medical science and has some unique features. Ayurveda mainly focus on the preventive aspects and helps in promotion and prolongation of a healthy and happy life.Ayurveda believes that success of any treatment is totally depends upon Chatushpada of Chikitsa. Chatushpada are Bhishag (physician), the Upastha (Medical Attendant), Rogi (patient) and Dravya (medicine). The medicine is one of the important part of treatment. So these medications should be given in proper quantity . If it is properly used in Samyak matra, it cures diseases. If it is used in Atimatra, it may harm . Same way if it is used in Hina matra, may not be capable to cure the disease. It is the Matra only by which Visha becomes Amruta and vice versa Ausadha becomes Visha. The Matra depends on various factors like patient's age, sex, prakriti, strength, desha, agnibala, satva, dosha, severity of disease and medicines used. These factors are very useful for determination of medicinal dose according to rogi. These can be correlated with modern Pharmacology factors like age, weight, surface area, and enzymatic action etc. These factors can be compiled in the Balachatustay namely Dehabala, Agnibala, Chittabala and Rogabala.

Stability of drug substance or drug product is an essential parameter which can affect purity, potency and safety of the drug. Poor stability, impurities and toxic degradants is associated with poor efficacy, low potency and toxic effects of the drug product during treatment. So a need to establish shelf life, purity profile and chemical behavior of the drug substance under various different conditions(adjusted pH, temperature, humidity, light etc.) to determine better modifications during development and formulation of the drug. Forced degradation study involves exposure of drug substance to exaggerated conditions to establish chemical behavior of the drug substance or drug products; it is required to perform the study according to regulatory guidelines, at almost every stage of drug development. Forced degradation studies are useful to mimic decomposition of drug substance or drug product in real time stability studies, determine specificity of stability indicating method, the degradation pathways and degradation products likely to form during drug management (handling, storage and use) i.e drug stability profile. Stability indicating analytical procedures of different methods (such as: RP-HPLC, column chromatography and other spectroscopic techniques) are applied to analyze the outcomes of forced degradation conditions on drug substance which gives the qualitative and quantitative data analysis, which can be a combination of conventional and spectroscopic techniques. In this review we provide an insight about current trends on conducting forced degradation studies for stability indicating method.
