Abstract: Quality of Work Life (QWL) refers to the overall quality of an employee's experience within their workplace, encompassing factors such as job satisfaction, work-life balance, safety, compensation, and opportunities for growth. A high QWL is essential for employee motivation, productivity, and organizational success. The research aims to understand the subjective experience of QWL, including elements like job security, performance, and employee satisfaction. It also examines how QWL influences aspects like job satisfaction, employee health and safety, work-life balance, and working conditions. The study aims to improve employee satisfaction and the overall well-being of individuals within an organization by providing a supportive and enriching work environment.
