Abstract
The grain production in Poland is dominated by the highest yields came from wheat, rye, barley, and oats. Other major crops included potatoes, sugar beet, tobacco, fruits etc. In the east-central regions of Poland there are mainly the stagnic luvisols. These soils are very good for suitable for rye and potatoes.
So, the objects in this research were: potato and rye monoculture and five-fields courses, at diverse fertilization (Ca, NPK and CaNPK , additionaly in monoculture FYM). In scientific journals there is a lot of information about "exhausted soil" as a consequence of plant cultivation in monoculture versus the good effect on soil of five field course.
The aim of our studies was to investigate the effect of the agriculture tillage types (monoculture and 5-fields courses) on abundance of microorganisms in soil depending on fertilizing used.
