Innovation of Robots is now considered as a biggest technological revolution which has given a new challenges to law framers to deal with it. Presently these robots are replacing the human labor forces and also performing several activities efficiently with due care and intelligence. However, Human being is considered as most intelligent creature on the earth having the logical and reasonable mindset and further this human being has created an artificial human being by deploying the intelligence in it. Since the Human Interactions are increasing with these sophisticated robots, different new legal issues are emerging and one of them is to determine the liability of these artificial intelligence entity. Humans, the godfather of Robots have programmed these robots for their own purpose and while performing the activities, if Robots commit any criminal wrong, the question arises who will be liable for such wrong- Whether it is Programmer, User or Robot itself?. We dont have any proper legal response relating to this legal problem. This article categorically deals with only Criminal liability of Robots and also prescribes certain reasonable mechanism by which Criminal liability of these artificial intelligence entities can be determined.

 Abstract

The Novel Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) has affected approximately One Hundred and Ninety Nine Countries and Territories around the world that has its origin from the Wuhan City of China. Majorly, this virus has affected not the underdeveloped nations but the developed or developing nations on a higher rate. The World Health Organization has declared this disease as Pandemic. It has a direct effect on the each and every individual in the whole world but those who are suffering in extreme way are the workers of an unorganised Sector, specifically the women workers. They are the one who are daily wage workers, they earn their livelihood on daily basis and ensure the sustenance for them and their family. This epidemic has resulted into a countywide lockdown which consequently resulted in the closure of all the shops (except shops with essential commodities), construction sites, offices, startups, etc. where these daily wage women workers used to earn their livelihood. It has brought a challenge before them with regard to their sustenance along with their family. This paper makes an analysis on how this epidemic and lockdown has locked the livelihood of the women workers of unorganised workers along with other effects and the steps taken by central and state governments to mitigate this effect.

 Abstract

Brown seaweed was collected from the Tuticorin, (latitude 8 48 N, longitude 78 11 E) Tamilnadu, India. The collected seaweed sample was identified as Sargassum cinereum. Fucoidan was extracted from Sargassum cinereum. In this present study, the optimum cultural conditions for the extraction of fucoidan from Sargassum cinereum were studied by Response Surface Methodology (RSM) using central composite Design with three variables pH, Time and Temperature for maximizing the production of fucoidan. The optimum level of the key variables (pH, Temperature and Incubation Time) used to determine the effect of their interactions on fucoidan yield using the statistical tool (Central composite Design (CCD) of RSM). The second order quadratic model with the optimum conditions (pH -8, Temperature - 100 C and Incubation Time 5 hours). The nearness of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.9866) to 1 ensures the satisfactory adjustment of the quadratic model to the experimental data. The fucoidan recovered from optimized medium was 9.44 1.47 % of dry weight respectively.

 Abstract

Conceptual With the duplication of adaptable advancement, the far off correspondence is ending up being more standard than any time in late memory. This is a direct result of creative advances in convenient PCs and distant data particular devices, for instance, far off modems and far off LANS. It has prompted lower costs and higher the data rates which has achieved brisk improvement of adaptable preparing. The security risks may vary from dynamic copy attacks to uninvolved listening subtly. Completing Security and directing threats in MANET has vital troubles since its dynamic properties make it harder to be made sure about than substitute kinds of static contexts. One of the central challenges in MANET is to design the generous security plan that can shield MANET from various coordinating attacks. Inside seeing harmful center points, this need may provoke certifiable security mindfulness toward event; such centers may upset the coordinating methodology. In this association, hindering or recognizing noxious center points dispatching aggregate dull opening, faint hole or wormhole attacks is a test.  Abstract

The combination of Augmented Reality with Chroma Key makes the learners more interesting in learning as the learners do not get diverted due to visualization. The learners can visualize with interacting experience using 3D models and also the objects can be rotated. Automobile technology involved in AR allows for designing three-dimensional computer graphics and 3D modelling which is the process of developing a mathematical representation of any surface in an object through specialized software. There are many modelling tools available for AR designing. Augmented Reality is an interactive computer-generated experience taking place within a simulated environment, that incorporates mainly visual and audio. It is a high-end user interface that involves real time interaction and simulation. AR growing market presents an opportunity and an alternative channel for online classes and interactive environment classes inside a room.

 Abstract

Abstract: A self-help group (SHG) is a voluntary association of men or women in similar economic conditions. The members of the group make small savings for a duration of time until they have enough capital in the group to start their own lending process. These funds can then be utilised for lending purposes (to members or other people). In India, many SHGs are linked to banking institutions for the delivery of micro-credit. The self help groups are voluntary association of people formed to attain a collective goal. People who are homogeneous with respect to social background, heritage, caste or traditional occupation come together for a common cause to raise and manage resources for the benefit of the group members. The Self Help Groups are generally formed by promoter agencies as a facilitating mechanism in extending micro finance and have been used to generate income and employment, alleviate poverty and social transformation, especially in the rural areas. The most important feature of SHGs is that most of these groups are being organized by women. The objectives of the study is to evaluate the role of Self Help Groups in the overall growth of rural women with their socioeconomic

 Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are considered to be the backbone of Indian economy has been worst hit by Covid-19 pandemic. In this lockdown period like some other industries they are not able to carry on their production, cannot pay wages to their labourers and creditors. They are facing an acute problem of lack of financing. Most of the MSME firms are not registered. They do not maintain proper accounts, pay taxes or follow the regulatory norms. Even if Government is taking initiatives to push more liquidity towards the MSMEs it has a limited impact. According to a recent survey it has been found that only 7% of the small and medium firms will be able to survive for more than three months with their cash in hand if their business remains closed. Along with financial crisis another problem of lack of labour availability has been added as the migrant workers are going back to their hometown. This paper focuses on the current status of MSMEs, the problems they are facing and Government initiatives taken to provide them support in order to save their existence. Key words: MSME, Covid 19, financial crisis, labour crisis, government support.
