This study has been the research towards the psychology of individuals in the society, which helps in understanding the strength of collective emotions as well as group psychology and how we can transform towards constructive goals. It is made to understand and overcome the psychological burdens and the reasons and ways towards transformation. The most alarming fact and importance of this research, is the data published by WHO, regarding the number of suicide cases throughout the world. The report by WHO, is as follows: "Close to 800 000 people die due to suicide every year, which is one person every 40 seconds. Suicide is a global phenomenon and occurs throughout the lifespan. Effective and evidence-based interventions can be implemented at population, sub-population and individual levels to prevent suicide and suicide attempts. There are indications that for each adult who died by suicide there may have been more than 20 others attempting suicide." "Suicide is a global phenomenon; in fact, 79% of suicides occurred in low- and middle-income countries in 2016. Suicide accounted for 1.4% of all deaths worldwide, making it the 18th leading cause of death in 2016." The research has more to do with post corona situation and the way things deal with calamities of higher order.

For every Economy, money is its vital force. Money arises when the unlimited wants and needs of people are not met by the barter system and at the same time something which can satisfies the "double consent of wants". On 8 November 2016, around 8pm, the Indian Prime Minister announced a demonstration. As of 9 November 2016, the Five hundred and One thousand rupee notes were invalid, with the exception of some basic services. The aim of demonetization is to get rid of black money, eliminate counterfeit banknotes, stop money laundering, and make India a tax compliant country. In addition to these immediate and primary goals, the focus is on promoting cashless transactions. Non-cash transactions with credit and debit cards, online payment portals, and digital portfolios for financial transactions. The aim of this analysis is to examine the effects of demonetization on digital payment systems, especially private prepaid instruments that grew aggressively during the demonetization period, and to identify the various factors responsible for supporting their growth.

An energy efficient IoT virtualization framework with peer-to-peer (P2P) networking and edge processing is proposed. In this network, the IoT task processing requests are served by peers. IoT objects and relays that host virtual machines (VMs) represents the peers in the proposed P2P network. We have considered three scenarios to investigate the saving in power consumption and the system capabilities in terms of task processing. The first scenario is a relays only scenario, where the task requests are processed using relays only. The second scenario is an objects only scenario, where the task requests are processed using the IoT objects only. The last scenario is a hybrid scenario, where the task requests are processed using both IoT objects and VMs. We have developed a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model to maximize the number of processing tasks served by the system, and minimize the total power consumed by the IoT network. Based on the MILP model principles, we developed an energy efficient virtualized IoT P2P networks heuristic (EEVIPN). Our results show that the hybrid scenario serves up to 77% (57% on average) processing task requests, but with higher energy consumption compared to the other scenarios. The relays only scenario serves 74% (57% on average) of the processing task requests with 8% saving in power consumption compared to the hybrid scenario. In contrast, 28% (22% on average) of task requests can be handled by the objects only scenario with up to 62% power saving compared to the hybrid scenario.

Abstract Molecular hybridization of nucleic acids is the process in which two single-stranded nucleic acid molecules with complementary base sequences form a double-stranded nucleic acid molecule. Nucleic acid hybridization technology is a fundamental tool in molecular biology, and has been applied in various fields such as detection of gene expression, screening specific clone from cDNA or genomic library, determining the location of a gene in chromosome and diagnosis of diseases. Cage like property for eg graphene or glue like bio material from spider or even polymer can bind rapid growth of cell for its binding nature at micro level or can trap bacterial or viral growth by trapping within Net like structure. The idea of Quantum Dots may be implied to identify such net as drug to separate from diseases infected Zone. Sometime electrification or by application of Radioactivity through this net may reduce harmful diseases spreading. Molecular hybridization a useful tool in the design, trapping of new generation drug prototypes using the sequencing of Nucleic acids for a particular patient. Molecular hybridization is a new concept in drug design and development based on the combination of pharmacophoric moieties of different bioactive substances to produce a new hybrid compound with improved affinity and efficacy, when compared to the parent drugs. Additionally, this strategy can result in compounds presenting modified selectivity profile, different and/or dual modes of action and reduced undesired side effects. So, in this paper, we described several examples of different strategies for drug design, discovery and pharmaco modulation focused on new innovative hybrid compounds presenting analgesic, anti-inflammatory, platelet anti-aggregating, anti-infectious, anticancer, cardio- and neuroactive properties. By this molecular hybridization concept in the field of genetic engineering and as well as molecular biology, formation of a partially or wholly complementary nucleic acid duplex as association of single strands, usually between DNA and RNA strands (previously associated or un associated DNA , RNA strands.). These are used to detect an isolated specific genetically initiated sequences as measured sequencing homology, or define other characteristics of one or both strands. If we can detect the particular cause of critical disease like Parkinson, Cancer or AIDS for a particular patient. We can synthesis the new drug design for that patient to treat them for complete cure in this molecular hybridisation concept. So this is a new generation concept for developing drug as well as the cause of the particular diseases for a particular patient. Not only that by fusing more than one drugs structure components by Molecular hybridisation concept we can make a single drug for a patient with multiple affected diseases using computer simulation more modern method in the field of medicinal chemistry. The idea will show us to find the way of sustainable health and immortality in future.

Sanskrit literature is not only rich in the grammatical composition and romantic expression but also in knowledge about environment, its destruction and the need for its protection which come up in many contexts every now and then whenever any attempt is made to study this literature. Starting from the Vedic age till now it carries a number of appearances in the writings of scholars. This need to be explored in detail as the vast size and span of it leaves enough scope for researchers to dig up those sources of knowledge. In this paper different sources of knowledge are studied to find out the concern and knowledge on environment and its protection. It includes all those valuable sources to do maximum justice to the objective of the paper.

Dalits have been facing discrimination and oppression at the hands of the upper-caste since centuries in both rural and urban spaces. However, in rural spaces it is even more rampant and aggressive as compared to in the urban spaces. With the development and expansion of modern cities in India in the early 1900s, the cities provided space for many Dalit families to put behind their identities as merely Dalits and acquire the respect that every human deserves. This paper attempts to read Narendra Jadhavs Untouchables: My Familys Triumphant Journey Out of the Caste System in Modern India, a biographical account of his fathers life to understand and explore caste discrimination and its transformation across generations in both rural and urban settings.

Agmatine is the product of arginine decarboxylation and can be hydrolyzed by agmatinase to putrescine, the precursor for biosynthesis of higher polyamines, spermidine, and spermine. Besides being an intermediate in polyamine metabolism, recent findings indicate that agmatine may play important regulatory roles in mammals. Agmatine, 4-aminobutyl guanidine, has recently been found in various mammalian organs and is thought to act as a neurotransmitter or neuromodulatory agent. The present study is to do a review on agmatine and its synthesized analogues till now for agmatinase inhibitory action. Agmatinase is a binuclear manganese metalloenzyme and belongs to the ureohydrolase superfamily that includes arginase, formiminoglutamase, and proclavaminate amidinohydrolase. Compared with a wealth of structural information available for arginases, no three dimensional structure of agmatinase has been reported. Agmatinase is an enzyme which blocks the mammalian agmatine which is ultimately responsible for the agmatine degradation in the body. Agmatinase is an enzyme which regulates the half life of agmatine in the brain. Hence a selective inhibitor of brain agmatinase is required. Several derivatives of agmatine are synthesized previously for agmatinase inhibitory activity but none of them showed selective inhibition. PZC (Piperazinecarboxamidine) is a derivative of agmatine or guanidine is expected to show selective inhibition of human agmatinase. A detailed review is carried out in order to understand the agmatinase inhibitor.

With the exponentially rising affluent middle-class income category urban Indians, the lifestyle of the people has seen a significant change since the last decade. The role of brands tends to play a much influencing role in todays generation especially for this category of people to suit themselves with the urban social life. The people belonging to Generation Z are witnessed to be a large chunk of consumers in India who behave extremely different from generation X and Y thereby calling in for a pressing need to analyse their behaviour across genders. The present study aims to evaluate the difference in footwear purchasing behaviour of generation Z Indians across males and females and also check the role of sales promotion when it comes to purchasing of branded footwear from branded outlets. The data is collected from 385 respondents from different parts of the country and the difference in behaviour is further analyzed with the help of Levenes test of homogeneity, independent t-test and Cohens d. The study interprets certain distinct findings like women being more involved in short term buying behaviour as in comparison to men, the stronger influence of sales promotion over tools upon women than men and such others.

A.K. Ramanujans colleagues in the university of Chicago, Susanne and Lloyd Rudolph, writes about the most distinguishing characteristics of his personality is his humanity and modesty. As a man and a writer, he avoided loud and big gestures. He was preoccupied with the small, the insignificant and the everyday experiences. Ramanujan has descended from an orthodox Brahmin lineage and had firsthand knowledge about the hypocrisies that had polluted such an ancient and indigenous religion as the Sanatan Dharma or Hinduism. So as a poet, linguist, folklorist, translator and literary theorist, Ramanujans lifelong endeavor was to make a more humane society and his poetry is a rich treasure-trove of his humanistic concerns.

Data Vending is one of the most useful and highly effective concepts that have been utilized to implement data sharing for various different approaches and applications. The Data is one of the most essential commodity that can be highly useful in achieving various machine learning and artificial intelligence applications. But there are certain problems with this approach, due to the fact that the data might contain personally identifiable information or sensitive information. This leads to a lack of trust between the Data vendor and aggregator which can lead to the termination of data sharing. Therefore, there is need for a system that can provide effective security to tampering and increase trust between the data vendor and aggregator. To achieve a system capable of improving the trust in the data sharing paradigm a collection of researches have been analyzed in this research article. This research article has been highly useful in developing our approach which implements the use of the Distributed Blockchain Platform to eliminate the security concerns. The proposed approach will be effectively outlined in the upcoming editions of this research.

A transdermal patch may be a medicated adhesive patch that is placed on the skin to deliver a particular dose of medication through the skin and into the blood. Often, this promotes healing to an injured area of the body. A plus of a transdermal drug delivery route over alternative forms of medication delivery like oral, topical, intravenous, intramuscular, etc. is that the patch provides a controlled release of the medication into the patient, sometimes through either a porous membrane covering a reservoir of medication or through body heat melting skinny layers of medication embedded within the adhesive. Transdermal drug delivery offers controlled release of the drug into the patient, it permits a gradual blood level profile, leading to reduced general aspect effects and, sometimes, improved efficacy over alternative dosage forms. The main objective of transdermal drug delivery system is to deliver medication into circulation through skin at predetermined rate with minimal inter and intrapatient variations.

ABSTRACT: COVID-19 is a popular term to the present day world. It has got attention of the entire world due to its deadly character. Our day to day life has been totally disrupted due to the outbreak of COVID-19. We have become bound to stay at home. Industries, transportation, hotel, restaurant, offices, schools, colleges, universities all are closed due to the announcement of lockdown. Even at the phase of unlock educational institutions are closed. Regular classes are being hampered. Quite a good proportion of teachers became restless by being away from teaching-learning process. They were in search of ways and means to reach their students. As a way out there came the process of online education. The present paper seeks to analyse whether online education is just a stop gap arrangement or it is a paradigm shift in mode of teaching. Online education may be just a stop gap arrangement, it can never be an alternative mode of teaching learning to face to face class room teaching learning which had, has and will have a justified essence in the literature of education.

Avascular necrosis of the hip joint is an increasingly common cause of musculoskeletal impairment and presents a significant diagnostic and therapeutic issue, although patients are initially asymptomatic, avascular necrosis typically progresses to joint destruction of the femoral head, requiring complete replacement of the hip, usually before the fifth decade. There are no signs and symptoms in the early stage, but the bone collapses in the advanced stage and displays several symptoms such as groin or hip pain radiating to the weight bearing aggravated buttocks, thigh or knee. If the condition is not treated as the pain gradually increases and worsens with time and use, pain at rest increases at the later stage, which can be worse during the night and may also be associated with morning stiffness. Due to its preventive, promotional, prophylactic and rejuvenating properties, and offering a radical remedy, Panchakarma is a very special therapeutic technique. In the present case study, Mansarasa Basti and herbo-mineral calcium supplements were given to patients diagnosed with avascular necrosis of hip joint. Evaluation was carried out on subjective criteria and it was concluded that in the case of AVN, the Mansarasa Basti provided substantial gains in improving functional movement.
