This paper present a single source cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter using switched capacitor. The multilevel inverter consists of some of the series connected H-bridge cells. Where each cell required a separate dc source supply. Whereas in this topology separate dc source is replaced by switched capacitor with single dc source supply. Thus by using this method we can reduce the current spike which is harmful while charging the capacitor and it also provide zero current switching condition for charging the switch. The software used for this experiment is Mat lab/SIMULINK. The simulation result for nine level multilevel inverter using switched capacitor is described.

Platos view of rhetoric is both extensive and influential, and it demands considerable philosophical and interpretive challenges. Even a general reading of his dialogue, the Phaedrus demolishes a common assumption that Plato was entirely antagonistic to the practice of rhetoric. In fact, it reveals that Platos discussion of rhetoric is both critical as well as constructive. Further, rhetoric, when practiced correctly, paves the way for knowledge. This paper seeks to elucidate such views of Plato on rhetoric in the light of his dialogue the Phaedrus and show how knowledge has to play an important role in it. Furthermore, important insights are also drawn from his other dialogues, such as the Gorgias and the Republic, wherever necessary. The paper has been structured in following three parts first, it investigates into the meaning of the term rhetoric; second, it examines the concept of rhetoric and arguments concerning rhetoric from the dialogues, namely the Gorgias and the Pheadrus; third and finally, it draws a number of conclusions and observations following the above discussion.

This research paper will comprehensively try to put the concept of transitional justice as it has evolved over time and explain the different models of transitional justice. The classic debate of peace versus justice will also be discussed in brief to analyse how different models of transitional justice are applied in different societies and no uniform approach can be taken when deciding upon the model of transitional justice. Two, case studies will be examined in detail to understand the application of transitional justice in post-conflict societies. First, Athens democratic transition will be studied because it was earliest from of democratic and it has various lessons for present day societies because Athenians learnt from their past mistakes and improved upon the model of transitional justice. Then one recent case study of transitional justice in Sri Lanka will be examined in detail to understand how various types of institutions were made and the importance of active role of women and civil society in such conflicts.

Transgender (or gender identity) is the expression of a persons gender which is different from the gender which they are born with. A well-known definition of the word spirituality in scientific literature is Spirituality is a quality that goes beyond religious affiliation that strives for inspiration, reverence, meaning and purpose even in those who do not believe in any God. Objective: The present study aimed to know the spiritual belief among the transgenders in the residential area of urban and rural. It also aimed to check spiritual belief with reference to age and residential area. Method: The sample constituted total 60 transgenders out of which 30 were from age of 25 to 35 years from residential area rural and urban both ; and 30 were from age of 36 to 45 years from residential area rural and urban both. Tool: The Spiritual Belief Scale (SBS) (2012) prepared by Dr. Hemant Deshmukh and Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Deshmukh (2012) was used; the collected data was analyzed by inferential statistics (t test). Results and Conclusion: through results it can be inferred that the data has significance difference between the mean score of spiritual belief among the transgenders of age i.e. 25 to 35 years and 36 to 45 years. Therefore it could be said that, transgenders of age of 25 to 35 years group show high spiritual belief than transgenders of age of 36 to 45 years group and non-significance was observed among the mean score of spiritual belief among residential area of urban and rural area.

A two season field experiment was carried out at the Rubber Research Institute of Nigeria (RRIN) to evaluate the effect of matured rubber shade and rock phosphate fertilizer on the physiological growth of cocoyam and the yield of cocoyam and rubber intercropped in southern Nigeria. The trial was a factorial experiment arranged in a randomized Complete Block Design with each treatments replicated thrice. Data were generated on the physiological growth characteristics (Height, girth and number of leaves and leaf area) and the yield of cocoyam (corm) and rubber (latex). The results indicated that intercropping with matured rubber reduces the edible cormel yield of cocoyam by 27, 23, and 65% in the 0, 60 and 120 kgPha-1 treatments respectively. It also delayed the leaf shedding of cocoyam by about 9 weeks. However, the latex yield of rubber was not significantly affected by cocoyam intercropping. Land Equivalent Ratio (LER) values of 1.31, 1.60 and 1.68 were obtained from 0, 60 and 120 kg P ha-1 treatments respectively in the rubber/cocoyam intercrops indicating higher land use efficiency in intercropping cocoyam with matured rubber than planting cocoyam or rubber as sole crop. The higher land use efficiency and the possibility of securing subsistence through arable cropping while simultaneously gaining cash income through rubber latex would make cocoyam intercropping with matured rubber attractive to small holder farmers and ultimately increase the land area under rubber plantation in Nigeria.

This article investigates the weak form of the efficient market hypothesis for the Indian stock market during Covid19 by considering the performance of the five indices of BSE Ltd, including benchmark index Sensex and four-market capitalization based indices. The indices selected for this study purpose are Sensex, BSE All cap, BSE Large cap, BSE Mid cap, BSE Small Cap. Due to the increasing rate of Covid19 positive cases, the central government of India announced the 21days lockdown in India on 24 March. However, the first case of corona virus was detected in December 2019 by WHO and the virus had started affecting the world from January 2020. For this study purpose we have considered the data during the pandemic period. Eight months data has been taken for the study ranging from 1st January 2020 to 31 August 2020. In this study, the calculation for market efficiency has conducted by using some statistical tools namely Unit root test, Descriptive statistics, Run test and BDS test. The result of the study reveals that the indices are not following a random walk, which means the market was inefficient in weak form during the study period.

Abstract There has been rapid expansion of education system in terms of enrolment, number of institutions, growth rate, etc since independence. The system has undergone a unique transformation from elitist to an egalitarian one. Therefore, all sections of the population have gained as a result of the enlargement of the system. However, the disparities between the disadvantaged groups viz. minorities and non-disadvantaged groups have continued. Therefore, there is need to provide special care and opportunities to the traditional disadvantaged population in a democratic society such as ours, which stresses egalitarianism, social justice and economic development for all sections of society. It is with this in view that the Indian constitution provides an ideal of Equality of opportunities. Efforts have been made to ensure greater access to the disadvantaged groups by making provisions for free ships, scholarships and reservation. Primary education is the basic need of all children. Learning at this stage may be characterized by group activities, play way techniques, language, number games and activities directed to promote socialization and environmental awareness among children to help them in the process of attaining physical, mental and emotional maturity. Approaches in developing life skills and the formation of good habit and living togetherness need to be addressed with great care. Against this backdrop, present paper aims at examining the status of primary education in Uttar Pradesh.
