Education should be a process of encouraging the young minds to chase their dreams in their own unique way. This can be made possible only by training them to think for themselves. A learner must be given the opportunity to be an active participant in the learning process by choosing the appropriate method that best suits them. This can be made possible by developing a Brain compatible teaching Model, designed to best suit the learning needs of the students in the best possible way. The stages in this model were planned based on Kovaliks Highly Effective Teaching Model, incorporating the principles of Brain based learning and the theories of Multiple intelligences. Inspired from various researches undertaken in this area, an instructional design of Brain-compatible Instructional Model is developed in Mathematics, the most stressful subject as considered by most of the students.

Introduction- Patients satisfaction is the primary goal of the nursing care. If the patients are not satisfied with the nursing care it clearly shows the nursing care which is delivering in the hospitals are not effective because it is not providing satisfaction to the patients completely. Patients satisfaction represents the balance between patients perception & expectations towards nursing care which is accepted as standard measure of quality of care and it is steadily gaining in popularity. Hence, the aim of the study is to assess the level of satisfaction regarding nursing care among the patients admitted in selected government and private hospitals of Amroha. Objective- A Comparative Descriptive design was used to find the comparison between the satisfaction in government and private hospitals of Amroha. Methodology The target population for the study was hospitalized patients in selected government and private hospitals of Amroha between the age group of 18 to 60 years (above). Total 120 samples were selected by using simple random sampling technique. A structured 5- point rating Likert scale and socio- demographic Performa was used to collect the data as expressed by the patients was used to assess the comparison between satisfaction level of patients admitted in selected government and private hospitals of Amroha collected data was analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Result- The results of the study revealed that the Correlation Coefficient value (r-value) of level of satisfaction in selected government and private hospitals is -0.453 by using Karl Pearson Correlation Coefficient. It shows weak negative correlation. there was no significant association was found between level of satisfaction in selected government and private hospitals with their selected socio-demographic variables at 0.05 level of significance. The study findings show that 86.7% patients were satisfied admitted in selected government hospitals on the other hand 55% patients were not satisfied or unsatisfied (not sure) with the nursing care provided in the private hospitals. It clearly shows that patients admitted in government hospitals were more satisfied with nursing care as compared to patients admitted in private hospitals. Conclusion- The study implies that the nurses needs to deliver care in effective or acceptable manner to provide complete satisfaction to the patients.

The annual energy consumption is abnormally huge. The conventional source of energy are decaying day by day at a very fast rate. Enhancing global energy crisis. It is due to limited conventional source of energy such as natural gases, oils, coats, wood, and fossils fuels. So it is the crying need of the day to search out an alternative source of energy like non-conventional or renewable energy, which covers the fields of solar energy, wind energy, tidal energy, hydel energy, geo thermal energy, and bio fuel energy etc. The conventional sources of energy are fossil fuels covering natural gases, oils, coals, woods etc. These are being consumed day to day in our various uses at a tremendous rate with the growth of industries and various technologies being developed in our countries and in the world too, which causes global warming affecting worsely raising of environmental temperature, various sorts of pollutions, natural calamities such as melting of glaciers abrupt raising of sea levels and flood levels, abnormal breaking of clouds etc. pollutions and temperature rising give birth to various types of diseases like dengue, EPS, heat stroke etc causing devastations of natural and human resources. To meet this crisis we have to quest for non-conventional sources of energies. In our country also attampts are being made to recover non-conventional energies from wastes, garbages, human and animal excreta. The renewable energy sources are solar energy, wind energy, hydel energy, ocean energy, geothermal energy and biomass energy. The aim of the present paper is to harnest the useful economical and affordable energy from biomass which is energy from living things and from their dead form.

Huge amounts of information are stored in web accessible text databases.Metasearchers provide unified interfaces to query multiple such databases at once. For efficiency , metasearchers rely on succinct statistical summaries of the database contents to select the best databases for each query. So far , database selection research has largely assumed that database are static, so the associated statistical summaries do not need to change over time. However, databases are rarely static and the statistical summaries that describe their contents need to be update periodically to reflect content changes. In this paper , we first report the results of a study showing how the content summaries of 152 real web databases evolved over a period of 52 weeks. Then, we show how to use survival analysis techniques in general , and Coxs proportional hazards regression in particular, to model database changes over time and predict when we should update each content summary. Finally, we exploit our change model to devise update schedules that keep the summaries up to date by contacting database only when needed, and then we evaluate the quality of our schedules experimentally over real web databases.

White transparent cadmium selenite nanoparticles for optoelectronic devices were prepared from aqueous solution of cadmium acetate dihydrate and sodium selenite by facile microwave assisted hydrothermal method. The average size of the prepared CdSeO3 nanocrystallite is found to be 20nm. XRD, EDX and FTIR studies confirm the structure and composition of CdSeO3 nanoparticles. The optical band gap energy of the material was estimated to be 4.8eV. Uniform transmittance is observed throughout ultra violet and visible region. PL spectrum of CdSeO3 exhibits a sharp blue emission peak at 439nm. TGA shows that the prepared CdSeO3 nanoparticles are very stable up to 6550C.
