The teaching of Buddha gives us a path to live a moral life having a normative value, which we would prefer to make a healthy society. We know that Buddhism does not encourage any hatred which we may witness in our life. It always gives an approach where a layperson and monk can lead their life with their choice and still have the opportunity to the attainment of nirv??a. Though according to Buddhism, nirv??a is just about the cessation of suffering. While ahi?s? is the prime key to Buddhist ethics. The paper is an attempt to show how helpful it is to apply the path suggested by Buddhism. The study would also have a set up to show how H?nay?na and Mah?y?na Buddhism gives a different approach to the attainment of nirv??a. Towards building well-being and peace in the society, how the model of Buddhist morality can take an important role is to be discussed in the concluding part of the paper.

Face recognition has recently received a lot of attention as one of the best applications of image analysis and comprehension, especially during the previous considerable amount of time. This tendency can be explained by no fewer than two factors: the first is the wide range of corporate and legal authorization applications, and the second is the accessibility of realisable improvements after 30 years of research. Even though current machine recognition systems have reached a certain level of progress, their success is limited by the constraints imposed by several real-world applications. For instance, it is still quite difficult to accurately identify faces in photos taken outside with changing lighting and/or posture. In the end, present frameworks are still far from ideal. In this paper we have presented a survey and challenges on face recognition systems.

Mixed flow compressor module is employed in machines such as gas turbine engines, steam turbines marine applications and power generation purpose. Mixed flow compressor impeller is cad modeled and analyzed for thermo-mechanical stress for improvement in the structural ability for load carrying capacity. In this work mixed flow compressor impeller is cad designed based on the centrifugal compressor design methodology for given operating conditions. The geometric modeling of the impeller was done using the modeling tool catia and it was imported to Hyper mesh for meshing then exported to ANSYS through input file in ‘in’ file format for the subsequent analysis. The impeller was analyzed for different loads such as inertial and thermal loads and cyclic symmetric boundary conditions. The impeller shaft analyzed for natural frequency and mode shapes to avoid resonance conditions. Thermal barrier coating materials are used to reduce the heat transfer to the system and its structural ability is estimated. A layer of composite thermal barrier coating is created using hyper mesh and the effect of this on stress behavior is analyzed. The results shows reduction of deflection and stress with low thermal expansion coefficient material. Even composite material has lesser thermal conductivity along with density compared to the parent titanium material. This character of composites can be effectively utilized to increase the load carrying capacity of the impeller. The impellers can operate still at higher frequencies with this composite cladding. Modal analysis is carried out to find the resonant frequencies. The results show the first natural frequency of 1332 Hz is much higher compared to the operational frequency of 783Hz. So resonance will not takes place in the problem.

Teaching skills like listening skills is one of the difficult skills for a long time for the second language learners in India. In most of the second language contexts availability of accurate pronunciation of speech sample from the teacher or authentic material is a bit difficult. So, in the most of the cases it is neglected in teaching and learning because the individual leaner needs of it are very unique. As a consequence it has been an under achieved skills in the language learning process. Moreover, most of the time students were depending only on teacher for all varieties of language needs. Until 2010 there is a little help in acquiring the listening skills or any other language skill for that matter among the students even in the elite institution. This is just one example of meeting the actual leaner needs in the face to face classroom. With the advancement of technology in mobile phones and computers and related technology in the current decade gave a new way to teachers and students to teach and learn listening skill with Apps became a new way of learning and the pace of teaching or learning with it actually increased. The most important change we can see is teaching or learning listening skills with digital technology and mobile Apps. Through, mobile Apps and digital tools the target learners may attain more learner autonomy. In this regard, this paper tried to explore the available digital tools and mobile Apps which are very useful in language acquisition. The information of same was brought to the knowledge of the learners and was informed to use them for their language use. After the usage of the Apps learners interviews were conducted to know their opinion on using those apps. In this study students achieved positive results in terms of language improvement especially, pronunciation and learner autonomy.

Mushrooms have been used as valuable food for a very long time because they are highly nutritious, with the necessary tremendous amount of quality proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc. Mushrooms are rich, diverse sources of various bioactive compounds extracted quickly by different extraction procedures. In the present study, Ganoderma lucidum was possessed for extract preparation of mixed polar and non-polar solvents. The extracts solvents were analyzed for potential antimicrobial property determination of crude extracts by disk diffusion and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) methods and successfully investigated the antimicrobial potency. The results indicated that polar and non-polar extracts from Ganoderma possessed potential antimicrobial activities against the tested organisms, i.e., Bacillus tequilensis and Bacillus subtilis. The present study suggests that the Ganoderma mushroom containing bioactive compounds has potent antibacterial capacity; future complete profiling of bioactive compounds will be a new dimension for research and drug discovery.

The paper addresses the question of existence of land mortgage under usufructuary system in agriculture of Assam. It is well known that when a small farmer needs loan they can easily receive it by mortgage their land to the landlords. This system, however has been on the increase during the current decades. A number of explanatory factors have been considered to explain this phenomenon. There is a considerable scope here for they to catch up with the empirical findings. Our findings, primarily based on the field survey data, suggest that among the factor considered intensity of informal credit transactions are the most important ones to explain the forms, nature and extent of informal credit transactios in agriculture of Barak valley during the current decades.
