The Amara Sullia Rebellion (also called Kalyanappana Katakayi or Amara Sullya Raitha) was an armed uprising against the British government organized by the people of Arebhashe and Tulunadu that took place in 1837, twenty years before the Sepoy Mutiny of 1857. The existing literature - British administrative records and secondary works - reflect two important interpretations concerning the nature of the rebellion of Kalyanswamy. The imperialist writing tried to underestimate the importance of the rebellion, which same of the native writers glorified it. The British administrators like C.R. Cotton, Mark Cubbon, and M. Lewin in their reports deliberately avoided certain facts inconvenient to the administration. Rev. G. Richter introduced caste feelings in the rebellion, when he considered it as a mere "Gauda - Affair". However, the fact remains that the rebellion of Kalyanswamy has become a part of the folklore of the region and has naturally evoked a lot of interest among native writers. Some of them includes T.T. Sharma, D.N. Krishnaiah, M.V. Krishna Rao, G.S. Halappa and Purushothama B. They identify the spirit of freedom in the rebellion and describe it as the first war of independence in the history of South Kanara.

The main aim of this paper was to review the application of artificial intelligence in electrical automation control. Artificial intelligence technology has progressively influenced most facets of people's lives as contemporary science and technology have progressed, particularly in the field of electrical automation control, which has yielded positive outcomes. Technological advancements in artificial intelligence have transformed the old method of operation and infused fresh energy into the area of electrical automated control [1]. The use of artificial intelligence in electrical automation control is a step forward from the conventional model to the intelligent mode of operation. It has taken several years to establish electrical automation control systems. Even though AI has a technological system that is very sophisticated, it still has a lot of room for progress and promise in several areas. The introduction of artificial intelligence technology may considerably increase the efficiency of electrical automation control while also broadening the range of applications for electrical automation control that are now available [1].

This paper made a modest attempt the issues and challenges of Panchayath raj Institution GPs. Karnataka is the state mainly dependent on agriculture, nearly 67 per cent of the people live in rural areas. So, in the rural area the GPs have to be involved in planning, decision making, monitoring and execution of development programmes in order to hasten the process of development, to cater the needs of the large number of populations. In the process good governance father of nation Mahatma Gandhi proposed grama swaraj even before Independence. The father of the Nation believed that that as issues at the village levels must be addressed by the people only under local self-governance and the State or the Central Governments only facilitating institutions. Govt must self-rule through grants and by conferring autonomy on them. When there is a financial resource are adequate in GPs with issues and challenges, they can make wonders.

Corporate Communication can be defined as the method by which a corporate house or a company communicates either internally, externally or both. Today, Public Relations has become part of Corporate Communication, while components like investor relations, internal communication, branding, advertising, marketing communication and government relations play a pivotal role. Is Corporate Communication simply the old wine of PR in a new bottle? Well, at the outset it might look so, but this researcher (by virtue of having exposure to both) is convinced that Corporate Communication has specific mission-oriented initiatives giving it a definite edge over PR. With globalization occurring in India during the past decade, the floodgates to Corporate Communication were opened. The concept of PR shrunk to government offices only, while corporate and MNCs embraced Corporate Communication with specialists and brand managers taking charge. Journalists with experience suddenly had another career option and many companies started hiring them as Corporate Communication managers. CorpCom was the buzzword all over. Internal Communication is a core component of Corporate Communication. Similar to the interaction between a persons right and left hand, it complements some of the elements that propel External Communication. With workforce (employee) empowerment becoming the order of the day, the role of Internal Communication has changed drastically over the years. HAL chose to launch the Corporate Communication concept through a group of journalists who were recruited straight from different media houses. With many of its products going global, HAL was forced to look at some aggressive branding campaigns. The pre-2005 stand of sticking to age-old Public Relations practices was not fetching any dividends for the Companys image. Finally, in June 2006, HAL Management formally announced the formation of Corporate Communication Department.

processing them into words and sentences. When we listen, we use our ears to receive individual sounds (letters, stress, rhythm and pauses) and we use our brain to convert these into messages that mean something to us.Listening in any language requires focus and attention. It is a skill that some people need to work at harder than others. People who have difficulty concentrating are typically poor listeners. Listening in a second language requires even greater focus. Like babies, we learn this skill by listening to people who already know how to speak the language. This may or may not include native speakers. For practice, you can listen to live or recorded voices. The most
