Climate change and global warming are the foremost environmental challenges facing the world today. Anthropogenic activities liberates dominant green house CO2 gas into atmosphere. It is responsibility ofevery individual to minimize the emission of green house gases because green house gas redution has become a most important concept in the global contest due to different footprint values from place to place. In the present study an attempt has been made to assess the carbon footprint of Dwarka Nagar which is residential and semi urban area of Malkapur, District Buldhana, Maharashtra, India. The carbon footprint analysis is done on the basis of collective consumption of fossil fuel, LPG and residents in the study system. Assessment results showed that there is need of suggesting suitable measure for awareness and the reduction of carbon emission.

The one-pot three-component condensation process is a efficient and environment friendly procedure for synthesis of ?-Aminophosphonates. It involves the condensation of aldehyde, amines and diethyl phosphite. The ?-Aminophosphonates possess a broad range of applications ranging from agro chemistry to medicine. The Kabachnik-Fields reaction is the easiest route among all procedure to synthesize ?-Aminophosphonates. The PANI-Mn Nano-catalyst as an eco-friendly catalyst at room temperature under solvent free conditions. The metal Nano-catalyst has high surface area, which can increase catalytical activity, It is easily separable and recycled. Theadvantages of this methods are high product yield, short reaction time, easy to do and facile to purification. A new and highly flexible method is described here for the synthesis of ?-Aminophosphonates. The novel PANI-Mn Nano-catalyst is synthesized and used in Kabachnik-Fields reaction for the synthesis of ?-Aminophosphonates.

Oxidative coupling of anilines gives azo compounds via mild and highly efficient Cu nanoparticles. Various aromatic anilines can be efficiently coupled under mild reaction conditions to the corresponding azo compounds in high yields. This technique gives an immediate and useful admittance to these compounds and is additionally willing to gram scale with no exceptional safeguards to exclude air or moisture.

The dye contaminant and Heavy metals represent one of the most important kinds of pollutants, causing serious damage to the ecological balance. Thus, their removal from aqueous solution is a major environmentalconcern worldwide. The process of adsorptionbeing very simple, economical, and effectiveiswidely applied for the decontamination of wastewaters from heavy metals and dye contaminants. In this process, theadsorbent is the key factor affecting the performance; for this reason, significant efforts have beenmade to develop highly efficient and selective adsorbents with outstanding properties. This research article presents a brief review of some selected paper on different methods for synthesis of polyaniline based adsorbent materials for the removal of dyes contaminants and heavy metals from solutions along with the influenceof the synthesis method on their size, morphology, and properties. In addition, the study evaluatesthe adsorption efficiency of various developed materials and nanocomposites for the adsorption of heavy metals and dyes from aqueous solution.

Green synthesis of selenium nanoparticles (Se-NPS) was done using plant extract in place of the capping and reducing agent and sodium selenite (Na2SeO3) as the selenium source. UV-Vis spectrum confirmed the formation of Se-NPs in the solution. The average particle size was estimated at nm according to the XRD pattern. The TEM shows the shape of Se-NPs. Antibacterial effects were observed against bacterial strains, including Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus mutans, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Based on the outcomes, the nanoparticles displayed stronger antibacterial activities towards the Gram-positive bacteria. This review article focuses on the bactericidal significance of such kinds of activities.

Present paper focused quality of water samples from bore wells, dam in order to find out contaminants and physical and chemical parameter present in water from selected villages like Tambhere, Wadner, Kangar, Rahuri (Mula Dam), Loni and Nimgaon Jali. The natural quality of ground water tends to be contaminated by human activities due to pesticides, chemical fertilizers in rural areas so there is need to check out water quality from different locations for human welfare. The parameters studied were pH , Total hardness, Sulphate, Turbidity, TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium. EMF (electromotive force). Electrochemical conductance, Temperature The Ion concentrations were expressed in mg/L. The study of different water samples reveals that study of quality of ground water. Six sample were selected for study.

Inheterocyclic compounds Indazole-containing derivatives represent one of the influential heterocycles in drug molecules. Diversely substituted indazole derivatives bear a variety of functional groups and display versatile biological activities such as antibacterial, analgesic, antipyretic, antiinflammatory, antitumor, antifungal, and anti-HIV. Hence, they have gained considerable attention in the field of medicinal chemistry. The various molecular properties and structure features which determine whether particular molecule is similar to known drug is known as Druglikeness property. In the present work attempts were made to study the druglikeness properties of synthesized indazole derivatives using Molsoft databaseprediction tools.

Chalcones are reported to possess varied physiological and biological activities. The activities exhibited are antibacterial, insecticidal, antirhinovirus, antipicornivirus, pesticidal, herbicidal, fungicidal, germicidal, carcinogenic, antitubercular, antiparasitic and anti-inflammatory activity. The complex balance of various molecular properties and structure features which determine whether particular molecule is similar to known drug is known as Druglikenessproperty. The drug likeliness properties of synthesized compounds were determined using various tools likeADMET Predictor,QikProp, Molinspiration and Osiris drug like property calculators. These properties, mainly hydrophobicity, electronic distribution, hydrogen bonding characteristics, molecule size and flexibility and of course presence of various pharmacophoric features influence the behavior of molecule in a living organism, including bioavailability, transport properties, affinity to proteins, reactivity, toxicity, metabolic stability and many others. In the present work attempts were made to study the druglikenessproperties synthesized compounds druglikenessproperties of 1(2'-hydroxy-3'-nitro-5'-methylphenyl)-3- aryl/heteryl-2-propen-1-ones using Osiris drug like property calculators and Toxicity Prediction Tools. The comparative study of the various physico-chemical properties like clogP, solubility, drug-likeness and drug score and also toxicity related risks as tumorogenicity, mutagenicity, irritation, and reproduction effectively were calculated of synthesized compounds by the methodology developed by Osiris. The results of this study of drug-likeness properties of synthesized compounds were found to be encouraging.
