The recent historical development by the Hon'ble Supreme Court about section 124A of the Indian Penal Code and the invocation of sedition charges against Jawahar Lal Nehru University students has sparked controversy about the legality of sedition legislation. India, in the twenty-first century, is on the verge of a being a developed nation, having experienced significant changes since colonization. The Indian legislative has achieved significant progress in a variety of areas. Law is not the tool for the growth of a nation; nonetheless, a good law is a tool for progress. Almost all of India's laws now are either from the colonial period or have roots in that period. Many of these laws were enacted solely for the purpose of oppressing Indians, but they have unhappily made their way into the post-independence period as well, and have become a source of tremendous debate, much like the sedition laws. In this research paper, the researcher has analyzed the law relating to sedition in India.

An intelligence system is developed to recognize emotions of customers from Arabic speech with help of supervised machine learning method. The proposed system uses Cubic-Support Vector Machine classifier to recognize three emotions such as Happy, Angry, and Surprised from an Arabic speech. Publicly available benchmarked Arabic Natural Audio Dataset is employed for the experimental analysis. The classification model performed well with a good value of precision, recall and F1-score.

The application of steel in multistorey buildings plays a vital role. Steel has self-weight, so it has less force to damage itself under seismic shaking. In vertical irregular Multistorey building is more prone to earthquake load. Therefore, high-grade steel material is most suitable for such a structure. This Research paper is to find out the seismic behavior of vertical irregular steel structures with various seismic resilience. Setback vertical irregular Multistorey steel structures will consider for the Nonlinear Time-history analysis. Severe time history data of zone -V is considered for the analysis. Built-up steel sections will use for primary beams and columns. sections of primary members are designed accordingly to the requirement of loadings conditions. This evaluation will consider a comparison of the basic model with the Seismic resilience model. In which different seismic resilience will apply to buildings and check seismic behavior. That seismic residences are Fluid Viscous dampers, Elastomer bearing base isolations systems, and Inverted V bracing compare all the results. The multistorey pre-engineered steel structure will evaluate by analytical by using software SAP 2000 v23. Nonlinear time history analysis is suitable for these multistorey complex structures. Peak ground acceleration (PGA) data will be required for the evaluations. This analytical process will obtain important aspects of results such as base shear, story drift, relative displacements, etc.

The fifth and greatest cranial nerve, the trigeminal nerve (V), is in charge of detecting sensory inputs that come from the craniofacial region. The trigeminal ganglia house the cell bodies of the three branches of the nerve: the ophthalmic (V1), maxillary (V2), and mandibular (V3). These branches connect to second-order neurons in the trigeminal brainstem sensory nuclear complex. Trigeminal neuralgia is one of the most prevalent types of facial and cranial discomfort. Trigeminal neuralgia is characterized by abrupt, fleeting, and painful facial pain episodes in one or more of the V branches. As a result, the quality of life for those who suffer from the condition is drastically reduced.

Asthma is the most common respiratory disorder in Canada. Despite significant improvement in the diagnosis and management of this disorder, the majority of Canadians with asthma remain poorly controlled. In most patients, however, control can be achieved through the use of avoidance measures and appropriate pharmacological interventions. Inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) represent the standard of care for the majority of patients. Combination ICS/long-acting beta2-agonist inhalers are preferred for most adults who fail to achieve control with ICS therapy. Biologic therapies targeting immunoglobulin E or interleukin-5 are recent additions to the asthma treatment armamentarium and may be useful in select cases of difficult to control asthma. Allergen-specific immunotherapy represents a potentially disease-modifying therapy for many patients with asthma, but should only be prescribed by physicians with appropriate training in allergy. In addition to avoidance measures and pharmacotherapy, essential components of asthma management include: regular monitoring of asthma control using objective testing measures such as spirometry, whenever feasible; creation of written asthma action plans; assessing barriers to treatment and adherence to therapy; and reviewing inhaler device technique. This article provides a review of current literature and guidelines for the appropriate diagnosis and management of asthma in adults and children.

In this paper the goal is to provided the personnel management system, an application-based system, consists of two applications that have been developed. While one program is used by companies to keep track of employee information, the other is used by employees to track their attendance. Information systems[2.] are used by every company, public or commercial, to maintain personnel data. However, it has been shown that many small businesses in India still keep records using paper and pen. Although several high-tech devices can do this function, they are all pricey for reasons related to unpromising sectors. In this essay, we'll talk about how to solve their problems more cheaply. This system will monitor each employee's attendance, and at the end of the month, their wages will be calculated. It determines the regular working hours and overtime for each employee. The employer is allowed unlimited discretion over how to handle each employee's holidays and workweek because every small firm has its own preferred holidays and week off policy.

Folic acid is part of the B group of vitamins specifically, B9. It occurs naturally in our body, and the natural form is called folate. For the mother, folate is especially important as it is responsible for the development of blood cells, it reduces incidents of certain types of anaemia. And with the right haemoglobin levels, a pregnant mother can nourish the developing foetus well. All this helps in reducing the chances of IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Retardation) in the baby. Folate supplements also help the mother manage pregnancy symptoms such as tiredness and fatigue better

A decision maker's ability to choose and purchase a new car is critical.Choosing the best option from a range of options is a difficult undertaking because numerous aspects are taken into account. The right car model might help one raise his competitive capability by increasing the efficiency. In this study, we combine Shannon's Entropy with PROMETHEE II. Shannon's entropy method was utilized for weight determination of every criterion and PROMETHEE II being employed to rank the assorted options.. PROMETHEE (Preference ranking organisation method for enrichment evaluation) is a useful multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach that is frequently used to solve difficult situations. The suggested effort will assist in making a decision.

Medium Access Control (MAC) protocols play an essential role in wireless communication networks. MAC allows several users simultaneously to share a communication channel in order to achieve maximum of channel utilization with minimum of interference and collisions. Medium Access Control (MAC) protocols are needed in wireless communication networks to allow several users simultaneously to share a common medium of communication in order to gain maximum of channel utilization with minimum of interference and collisions. Various proposed schemes for MAC in Wireless Communication include assigning different inter-frame spaces (IFS), scaling the backoff contention window and assigning different frame sizes according to the traffic priorities. Thus the scheme to provide QoS aware MAC protocol should firstly supports fairness to both real time traffic having high priority and non-real time traffic having low priority. In this paper Performance Evaluation of MAC Protocols based Quality of Service in MANET is presented.
