Abstract: As the ages go by we enter into the modern era where we have to focus on where there is a need to consider where we are now and what lies ahead. Most of the classroom practice revolves around the ideas generated in the world very different from the one which we willdwell in the years to come. Current paper will make an attempt to travel around some of the social and scientific changes that we may have to get familiarity with as how we are going to spent into the next century and learn how these have impact on the practice of language teaching.

Data mining describes the task of going through big data sets to seek relevant or significant information. This type of task is actually an example of the old axiom "looking for a needle in a haystack." The idea is that services gather enormous sets of data that may be homogeneous or automatically accumulated. Decision-makers require access to smaller sized, much more certain pieces of information from those large sets. They use data mining to uncover the items of details that will certainly inform management and help chart the course for a company.

The creation of emotional situations in television commercials is insufficient to generate customers for a company. Advertisements must be oriented and decisional for both new and existing customers. People who already own the goods depicted in the advertisement have a stronger attachment to them, which leads to increased sales. Advertisers use reasonable appeals to elicit passionate demand for their products. By comparing and demonstrating obvious differences between competitors' products, the advertisement encourages logical thinking. In advertising, endorsements have a significant impact on customer acquisition intentions. Celebrity product endorsements are becoming increasingly common in today's fast-paced market, as most corporations use celebrities to boost the appeal of their wares. For a long time, celebrities have been used in advertising. Celebrity endorsers have a variety of positive effects on happy moods. a favorable attitude toward the commercial and the brand, as well as a higher purchase intention for the brand. In a crowded marketplace, celebrities can help commercials stand out. Celebrity-endorsed products have been shown to help celebrities stand out and attract more attention for quite some time.

We Know that the gravitational waves and electromagnetic waves are important as carriers of energy and information. This paper is deals with the study of the propagation and interaction of Gravitational waves in plasmas, with emphasis on nonlinear effects and applications within astrophysics. The physical systems are described by the Einstein-Maxwell-fluid equations or Einstein-Maxwell-Vlasov equations, when a kinetic treatment is required. The small amplitude and high-frequency approximation is employed for the gravitational waves, such that Perturbative techniques can be applied and space-time can be considered locally flat, with a gravitational radiation field superimposed on it. The gravitational waves give rise to coupling terms that have the structure of effective currents in the Maxwell equations and an effective gravitational force in the equation of motion for the plasma. The Einstein field equations describe the evolution of the gravitational waves, with the perturbed energy-momentum density of the plasma and the electromagnetic field as a source. The processes that are investigated are gravitational waves exciting electromagnetic waves in plasmas, altering the optical properties of plasmas and accelerating charged particles.

Child marriage was a widely prevalent custom in India among all castes across the country. It was usual to get girls married off before they attained puberty and it was rare to find a girl above the age of 11 or 12 unmarried. This custom was criticized by Christian missionaries and commented upon by British administrators and scholars. The Sarda Act also famous as the Child Marriage Restraint Act (CMRA) was a pioneering legislation when it was enacted in 1929 with the enormous efforts of Rai Sahib Har Bilas Sarda. However this was not the first attempt at banishing the evil from the face of humanity. The movement against early marriage began with the socio religious reform movements of the nineteenth century. The first piece of legislation against early marriage was the Civil Marriage Act or Act III of 1872 initiated by Keshub Chandra Sen and the Brahmo Samaj in Bengal, which recommended 14 and 18 as the minimum age in which girls and boys can get married. But this Act had its own limitations and was not applicable uniformly to all religions. Later on in the twentieth century, several amendments took place in this Act, under pressure from the orthodoxy, and its purpose of restricting the marriage age was lost.

The activity of 5-FU is markedly limited by its rapid degradation into 5-FUH 2fluoro-5,6-dihydrouracil) via the action of the cytosolic enzyme DPD (Dihydro pyrimidinedehydrogenase), the first enzyme in the catabolic cycle of 5 -FU. It has been demonstrated that this enzyme deactivates more than 85% of the injected dose of 5-FU. Little drug is thus left for anabolism. This encourages the need of prodrug of 5 F-U.

The lethal concentration of ozone in water of three stations (Saryu River, deep well and municipal water) has been determined for bacteria i.e. total coliform, E. coli, salmonella and staphyllococci. The threshold concentration of ozone gas for the microbes is found to be in the range of 0.082-0.112 mg/1 and the effective time is obtained to be in the between 15-20 min. It seemed evident that, in the treated cultures the ozone attacked the primary structure of nucleic acid or their decomposition products only after they had been released into the medium by leakage or lysis. Indeed, this method is found to be technically feasible and economically viable for the treatment of polluted water for different purposes.

ABSTRACT: A creative man starts his creativity by controlling his faculties, in order to handle life this is holds the key for success. The organizational excellence depends on innovative ideas of worker, who possesses divergent thinking, and harmony of mind and soul, and balance of temperament. Triguna theory of personality based on Samkhya philosophy of yoga (Kisor, 2001) describes that balance of gunas for exhibiting creativity. Based on the descriptive analysis, the following four types of personalities were identified: Sattvic, Rajasic, Sattvic-Rajasic, and Sattvic-Tamasic personalities. Kaur and Sinha (1992) identified that Sattvic personality performance is superior than other personalities, and correspondingly the results on creativity scale show that all personality groups have a urge to be creative, thus showing their balance and harmony of mind and soul.

Through this research work, I will examine the characteristics and standard tools of Satyagraha of Gandhi. Satyagraha has been described in a variety of ways. Some people have equated it with compromise and the way of the coward. That Satyagraha is very different from compromise can be gauged from the fact that although agreement or consensus is an essential ingredient of the goal of Gandhian Satyagraha, in the process the Satyagrahi is never prepared to yield any position which he holds to be the truth. What results from the dialectical process of conflict of opposing standpoints as acted upon by Satyagraha, is a synthesis, not a compromise. While Gandhian philosophy does not exclude compromise as device for accommodating different positions till such point where basic principles have not been challenged, it is qualitatively different from compromise. Ideally, compromise proceeds in a manner which admits to sacrificing some portion of an initially held position in exchange for a similar sacrifice on the part of an opponent.

Studies have shown significant associations between parenting practices, life satisfaction, and self-esteem, and the role of parenting practices in adolescent adjustment, emphasizing its influence on wellbeing. Objectives: To analyze the relationships between parenting practices, self-esteem, and life satisfaction, and test the mediating e ect of self-esteem on the relationship between the di erent parenting practices and life satisfaction of adolescents. Method: The sample came to a total of 742 adolescents, with an average age of 15.63 (SD = 1.24; range 1319). The Parenting Style Scale, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and the Satisfaction with Life Scale were used. Results: Perception by adolescents of high levels of a ect and communication, self-disclosure, and a sense of humor related to their parents, as well as low levels of psychological control, explained the life satisfaction of the adolescents. Self-esteem exerted a partial mediating e ect on the relationship between parenting practices and satisfaction with the life of the adolescent. Finally, self-esteem also appeared to be a moderator variable, specifically in the e ect of self-disclosure on the life satisfaction of the adolescent. Conclusions: The results reinforce the role of personal variables, especially self-esteem, in parent-child interaction and in the improved subjective wellbeing of the adolescent.

Drunk driving, or officially driving under the Influence (DUI) of alcohol, is a major cause of traffic accidents throughout the world. Drunk driving is the reason behind most of the deaths. In this paper, Proposed system aimed at early detection of alcohol consumed driver. Crashes caused by impairment of alertness in vehicle drivers pose a serious danger to people, not only to drivers themselves but also often to the general public. According to the report of U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), more than a million people have died in traffic crashes in the United States since 1966. During these tragedies, drunk driving is one of the main causes. Proposed Drunk and Drive Detection (DDD) system detects drunk driving in the vehicle itself. System constantly monitors the sensitivity of alcohol sensor for drunk driver detection. If driver is drunk, the processor instantly stops the system ignition by stopping the motor. This system can also be giving the location of the vehicle using GPS to the pre-programmed numbers by using GSM. We can use the system to control the accidents caused by the alcohol consumption. This system provides the effective development in auto mobiles industries by reducing accidents.
