EI has a major role in social sciences; it directly impacts the behavior of the teacher in an organization and it is significant for the success of their occupation. Teacher's role is considered to be the pillar of the educational system. The transmit of knowledge happens through the teachers who are the moderators to the students who represent the foundation of the society. Teachers can be the effective source of knowledge when they possess the required skills, knowledge and talents. In the modern era, the educational industry has identified the important role played by EI of teachers. It is a fact that EI comes under the broad wings of social intelligence through which we can control own and others' emotions; make choices between them and use them to set life. So, EI has become very necessary for the effective performance of the teacher. This skill helps the teachers to deal not only with the students but also the peers. Changes and reforms are obviously seen in the worldwide educational systems to impact the job performance of teachers. In spite of these changes, discussions still exists about how to evaluate or measure the performance of the teacher. This research addresses the gap in the literature by investigating the competencies of EI in teaching and learning environment. The researcher identified 6 factors about emotional intelligence scale, Self-Awareness, Empathy, Relations, Self-Development, Emotional Stability and Value Orientation.

Children primarily learn by observing, listening, experimenting and asking questions at their school life. Usually school environment provides plenty of unstructured, balanced formal lessons and play to enhance learning. There are certain factors which affect learning, a specific and persistent difficulty in understanding numbers which can lead to a diverse range of difficulties with mathematics is seen in certain children. An estimated 25% of people have learning difficulties which can be caused either by neurodiverse conditions or external issues such as a traumatic learning experience related to mathematics at school. These children are termed Dyscalculia. A group of such children, are administered, Occupational Therapy intervention and the interested findings are reviewed in this study.

Unplanned disposal of municipal waste, mining, use of intensive pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, and other agrochemicals uses are significant causes of environment pollution and causes of most concern. Heavy metals, like cadmium, copper, lead, chromium, manganese, iron and mercury are major soil pollutants, particularly in areas with high anthropogenic pressure. Heavy metal accumulation in soils is of concern in agricultural production because of the adverse effects on food safety, marketability and crop growth because of phytotoxicity, and environment health of soil organisms. Bioremediation is that the use of microorganisms and beneficial plants for the treatment of metal polluted soils. Heavy metals get transformed from one organic complex or oxidation number to a different and become either less toxic, easily volatilized, more water soluble and simply off from the polluted soils. Ayurvet Research Foundation undertakes various research initiatives to enhance soil health index and educates farmers of the region on ill effect of pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, over usage of chemical fertilizers on crop productivity and food safety. The Organization, time to time, demonstrates the methodology of organic farming, usage of fine quality of irrigation water, vermicompost and 0 tillage techniques for optimal crop productivity and environment sustainability.

Farming is a conventional method that is considered to be time-consuming and needs a lot of work and effort. The greenhouse is designed for proper monitoring and controlling the health of the crops by developing a system; as not every time a human can look after their crops. The system will help to monitor and maintain crop health automatically. There are multiple challenges for plant growth that could control with the help of a greenhouse. A greenhouse is an exceptionally outlined homestead structure building to give a more controllable environment to better harvest generation, crop security, product seeding and transplanting. Also, the accessible space of area for developing yields has been altogether diminishing, following to more space of area is vigorously utilized for housing and commercial ventures as a part of this present day period. In most tropical nations, the utilization of greenhouse has been developed for cost effective farming i.e. organic products, new blossoms and vegetables generation. The effectiveness of plant creation inside greenhouse depends fundamentally on the conformity of ideal atmosphere development conditions to attain to high return at low cost, great quality and low natural burden. To attain to these objectives a few parameters, for example, light, temperature and humidity, soil moisture must be controlled ideally given certain criteria through warming, lighting, ventilation and water creation. Persistent checking and controlling of these ecological variables give significant data relating to the individual impacts of the different elements towards acquiring most extreme harvest creation. Greenhouse situations present remarkable difficulties to great control. Hence the proposed work consists of developing an automatic monitoring system using sensors which can be helpful to produce better quality crops. The proposed system will be implemented using Arduino. The system consists of sensors that can monitor water levels in the crop, soil moisture control, control C02 concentrations, pH sensor, regulate the humidity in its environment. Thus, by introducing different types of sensors, crop diseases can be detected and the live tech 720 p camera will be used to detect animals before they damage the crops in the fields.

Whether efforts to bring about greater gender equality take place directly through changes in government policy or indirectly through efforts by civil society groups to change public attitudes, it is important to consider where the original drive for such change came from. The researcher conducted a survey, to look find out the public opinion in which the questionnaire was circulated, manually as well as online to find the problem and the solution on the issue of gender inequality. Before we look into the solution, let us now look into the public opinion of the circulated questionnaire in which sixteen questions were asked from the people, the targeted crowd include all the people who are above eighteen years of any gender and any profession even the unemployed and the homemakers are targeted too. The questionnaire is attached in the Annexure no.1 of the research while around 50 public Reponses are attached in Annexure-II, A compendium of the public opinion will also be submitted by the researcher with this paper, separately.

Exosomes are nanosized extracellular vesicles that can be released by almost all types of cells. Initially considered as the garbage bins acting to discard unwanted products of cells, exosomes are now recognized as an important way for cellular communication by transmitting bioactive molecules including proteins, DNA, mRNAs, and non-coding RNAs. The recent studies have shown that exosomes are critically involved in human health and diseases including cancer. Exosomes have been suggested to participate in the promotion of tumorigenesis, tumor growth and metastasis, tumor angiogenesis, tumor immune escape, and tumor therapy resistance. Increasing evidence indicate that exosomes play important roles in gastric cancer development and progression. In this review, we summarized the current understanding of exosomes in gastric cancer with an emphasis on the biological roles of exosomes in gastric cancer and their potential as biomarkers for gastric cancer diagnosis as well as potential targets for gastric cancer therapy.

Background: Syringomyelia is a developmental cavitary expansion of the cervical cord that is prone to enlarge and produce progressive myelopathy. The classic presentation is a central cord syndrome consisting of a dissociated sensory loss and areflexic weakness in the upper limbs. In present case patient diagnosed as Arnold chairi malformation type-1 with Syringomyelia presented with quadriplegia was treated with Sarvanga vata chikitsa principle. Methods: A 35 years old male patient came on wheel chair (OPD N0- 18536 on 02/07/2022) presented with loss of strength in bilateral upper limbs since one and half year, reduced strength in lower limbs and difficulty in standing, slurred speech since 1 year, unable to walk and reduced appetite, stiffness of the neck and low back ache, pain in left shoulder joint since 4 months was treated with panchakarma procedures such as Greeva basti, Shastikashali pinda sweda, Nasya and Mustadi raja yapana basti along with oral medications. Result: Marked improvement was noticed in bilateral lower limbs in bulk and power. Symptoms like stiffness in the neck and back, pain in left shoulder joint got reduced. Appetite improved. Patient is able to stand without any support and walk with support for short duration. Conclusion: The present case of syringomyelia managed with the treatment principle of Sarvanga vata.

A neuro-disease known as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) affects a human's ability towards engage & communicate among others on a lifelong basis. Autism is referred towards as a "behavioural disorder" since symptoms typically develop in first two years about life, but it can be diagnosed at any point in one's life. According towards ASD theory, problems begin in childhood & persist into adolescence & maturity. This paper attempts towards investigate potential use about machine learning algorithms for predicting & analyzing ASD problems in children, adults & adolescents. On three separate publicly accessible, non-clinically relevant ASD datasets, suggested approaches are assessed. There are 292 instances & 21 attributes in first dataset relating towards screening for ASD in children. Adult individuals make up second dataset for ASD screening, which has a total about 704 instances & 21 attributes. There are 104 cases & 21 attributes in third dataset, which is focused on ASD screening in dolescent individuals. Convolutional neural network based models had higher accuracy about 99.53 percent, 98.30 percent, & 96.88 percent for the three datasets respectively. The results are after applying various machine learning techniques.
