This review discusses the pathophysiology, epidemiology, risk factors, classification, clinical evaluation, and current non-operative and operative treatment of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are defined as the symptomatic enlargement and distal displacement of the normal anal cushions. The most common symptom of hemorrhoids is rectal bleeding associated with bowel movement. The abnormal dilatation and distortion of the vascular channel, together with destructive changes in the supporting connective tissue within the anal cushion, is a paramount finding of hemorrhoids. It appears that the dysregulation of the vascular tone and vascular hyperplasia might play an important role in hemorrhoidal development, and could be a potential target for medical treatment. In most instances, hemorrhoids are treated conservatively, using many methods such as lifestyle modification, fiber supplement, suppository-delivered anti-inflammatory drugs, and administration of venotonic drugs. Non-operative approaches include sclerotherapy and, preferably, rubber band ligation. An operation is indicated when non-operative approaches have failed or complications have occurred. Several surgical approaches for treating hemorrhoids have been introduced including hemorrhoidectomy and stapled hemorrhoidopexy, but postoperative pain is invariable. Some of the surgical treatments potentially cause appreciable morbidity such as anal stricture and incontinence. The applications and outcomes of each treatment are thoroughly discussed.

In this research paper, ANFIS modeling of 5 kW wind turbine is performed. The turbine modeling is performed by deriving the non?linear dynamic equations of different subsystems. Then, the model parameters are identified to match the actual response. ANFIS is an artificial intelligent technique which creates a fuzzy inference system based on input and output information of the model. In this research, the ANFIS algorithm combines neural network and fuzzy logic with 5 layers which utilize different node functions for learning and setting fuzzy inference system parameters. After learning, by assuming constant parameters, a hybrid method is used to update the results. Employing the proposed method, computation time and complexity are remarkably reduced. Results of the proposed method are then compared and it is shown and concluded that the proposed model performs favorably well.

Sandhigata Vata is the commonest form of articular disorder. It is a type of Vatavyadhi which mainly occurs in Vriddhavastha due to Dhatukshaya, which limits everyday activities such as walking, dressing, bathing etc thus making patient disabled or handicapped. It being a Vatavyadhi located in Marmasthisandhi and its occurrence in old age makes it Kashtasadhya. Vata Dosha plays main role in the janusandhigata vata disease. Shula Pradhana Vedana is the cardinal feature of the disease associated with Sandhishotha with Vata Purna Druti Sparsha, lack of movements of the joints or painful movement of the joints. In this study total 60 patients having the complaints of Osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups. In Group A, patients were treated with Chinchadi taila janubasti and in group B patients were treated with Rasona taila. The data shows that Rasona taila i.e. group B has provided better relief in the disease Sandhigata Vata.

Social media was a common place for abusive communication in the modern day. More than 80% of online social networks have abusive or vulgar speech on their user profiles, according to a recent survey report. Cyberbullying is the act of threatening or harassing another user via the use of inappropriate, abusive, or vulgar online social media posts. The major purpose of putting these kinds of unpleasant statements on user walls is to harass teenagers, preteens, and other kids. I created the present programme to limit vulgar communication on online social media since, up until now, no application has been able to stop this cyber material from spreading in social networks online. In this suggested application, our major goal is to provide a novel representation learning approach to address the issue of recognising and preventing abusive statements in online chat. Here, we attempt to categorise the misused and legitimate text messages using well-known machine learning methods, including Porter Stemming Algorithm and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The NLT Package (Natural Language Toolkit), which divides the entire message into pieces and then assigns tokens for each and every unique word, is known as Porter Stemming. Here, we divide online bullying into five types, including "HATE, VULGAR, OFFENSIVE, SEX, and VIOLENCE," that are found in the literature.

The comfort of human life vastly depends on the ease of availability of energy. Renewable energy sources are at par from their counterparts as far as cost factor is concerned. Solar energy can be converted to electrical energy using a solar cell which is a device based on photovoltaic effect. It has got a wide range of applications ranging from calculators, watches etc. to remote area power stations, earth orbiting satellites, space probes etc. The materials used in solar cells show preferential absorption of the wavelengths of solar spectrum that reach the earth surface. Since the process cost of silicon wafer based solar cells is very high, attempts are being continuously made to find an alternative. In the present study the performance of various solar cells based on perovskite materials having comparatively lower photo-catalytic activity, stability against photo-corrosion and stable photochemical properties has been discussed. These systems have already reached conversion efficiencies exceeding 20%. More than one technique used for fabrication and the role of the size of the nanoparticles in the film and film thickness has been studied.

Primary hyperparathyroidism has been associated with bone loss, especially at cortical skeletal sites. Results from studies evaluating the mineral density of cancellous bone have been more difficult to interpret. Most densitometry studies support the concept that the parathyroid hormone appears to be catabolic at cortical sites and may have anabolic effects at cancellous bone sites. Studies completed to date, however, have been limited by design, definitions of fracture and inadequate control groups. Primary hyperparathyroidism is now increasingly being detected during the asymptomatic phase. The need for parathyroidectomy has been questioned in such patients because there may be no disease progression in the absence of surgery. Medical management of primary hyperparathyroidism has to date been limited to estrogen replacement therapy in postmenopausal women. Identification of the calcium receptor has improved our understanding of calcium homeostasis, and significant reductions in calcium receptor levels have been detected in parathyroid adenomas. Thus, a new class of therapeutics may include the calcimimetic agents. Bisphosphonates are also currently being evaluated with regard to their impact on fracture prevention and their beneficial effects on bone mineral density.Recently a decline in the incidence of primary hyperparathyroidism has been reported. With the limitation on screening that is now occurring in the United States and Canada, the incidence of primary hyperparathyroidism could decline further. Currently the prevalence rates are about 1 to 4 per 1000, with a female: male ratio of 3:1. In Sweden about 3% of postmenopausal women are affected.

Exploring Entrepreneurial skills is a rapidly evolving field of research. A growingnumber of researchers use entrepreneurial skills as an important theoretical framework in their studies to understand entrepreneurial efficiency, competency etc., However it is pertinent to mention here that a major part of this research works lacks systematization and categorization, and every researcher has to start anew activity with every study and no much synchronizing is seen. Therefore, there is aneed to take the stock of current knowledge in this field and understand the status of the research took place in this field of knowledge. In this context, this paper carries outa review of the literature on entrepreneurial skills. A total of 1543 papers addressingentrepreneurial skills, published during 2008 to 2022 (March), have beenanalysed. The purpose and contribution of this analysis is to get a clearer picture of citations and co-citations, countries showing interest in the entrepreneurial skills research. The present study is divided into two parts namely outside Indian Environment and within Indian Environment. First the study was made to understand the present status on this research outside India and then the status within our country.

EI has a major role in social sciences; it directly impacts the behavior of the teacher in an organization and it is significant for the success of their occupation. Teacher's role is considered to be the pillar of the educational system. The transmit of knowledge happens through the teachers who are the moderators to the students who represent the foundation of the society. Teachers can be the effective source of knowledge when they possess the required skills, knowledge and talents. In the modern era, the educational industry has identified the important role played by EI of teachers. It is a fact that EI comes under the broad wings of social intelligence through which we can control own and others' emotions; make choices between them and use them to set life. So, EI has become very necessary for the effective performance of the teacher. This skill helps the teachers to deal not only with the students but also the peers. Changes and reforms are obviously seen in the worldwide educational systems to impact the job performance of teachers. In spite of these changes, discussions still exists about how to evaluate or measure the performance of the teacher. This research addresses the gap in the literature by investigating the competencies of EI in teaching and learning environment. The researcher identified 6 factors about emotional intelligence scale, Self-Awareness, Empathy, Relations, Self-Development, Emotional Stability and Value Orientation.

Children primarily learn by observing, listening, experimenting and asking questions at their school life. Usually school environment provides plenty of unstructured, balanced formal lessons and play to enhance learning. There are certain factors which affect learning, a specific and persistent difficulty in understanding numbers which can lead to a diverse range of difficulties with mathematics is seen in certain children. An estimated 25% of people have learning difficulties which can be caused either by neurodiverse conditions or external issues such as a traumatic learning experience related to mathematics at school. These children are termed Dyscalculia. A group of such children, are administered, Occupational Therapy intervention and the interested findings are reviewed in this study.

Unplanned disposal of municipal waste, mining, use of intensive pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, and other agrochemicals uses are significant causes of environment pollution and causes of most concern. Heavy metals, like cadmium, copper, lead, chromium, manganese, iron and mercury are major soil pollutants, particularly in areas with high anthropogenic pressure. Heavy metal accumulation in soils is of concern in agricultural production because of the adverse effects on food safety, marketability and crop growth because of phytotoxicity, and environment health of soil organisms. Bioremediation is that the use of microorganisms and beneficial plants for the treatment of metal polluted soils. Heavy metals get transformed from one organic complex or oxidation number to a different and become either less toxic, easily volatilized, more water soluble and simply off from the polluted soils. Ayurvet Research Foundation undertakes various research initiatives to enhance soil health index and educates farmers of the region on ill effect of pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, over usage of chemical fertilizers on crop productivity and food safety. The Organization, time to time, demonstrates the methodology of organic farming, usage of fine quality of irrigation water, vermicompost and 0 tillage techniques for optimal crop productivity and environment sustainability.
