This commentary paper studies Dalit assertion in Maharashtra through the lenses of political economy, it describes Dalit political assertion as counter elite capture. The major argument the paper put forth is that the Dalit assertion as counter elite capture in Maharashtra was not successful because of the fragmentation and disunity among sub-castes existing within Dalit and wherever it has been successful to some extent the benefits are skewed in the favor of specific sub-caste groups.

Portland cement as ingredient in concrete is one of the fundamental development materials generally utilized particularly in creating nations. The expanding interest for concrete is relied upon to be met by fractional bond substitution. The look for elective fastener or concrete substitution materials prompted the disclosure of possibilities of utilizing modern side-effects and farming squanders as cementitious materials.A portion of the waste items which have pozzolanic properties and which have been considered for use in mixed bonds incorporate Wood ash, sugar cane bagasse ash, Rice husk ash. It is a waste material coming about because of the mechanical processing or preparing of timber into different shapes and sizes. The issues of profitability, economy, quality and condition, they need to rival other development materials, for example, bond, aggregates, sand and so forth.

This study was conducted to examine the status of livelihood of people after liquor ban in Bihar. It was conducted in three districts of Bihar eg. Jamui, Buxar and Gaya. Total 300 samples were taken for an in-depth study. Case Study was also undertaken with some respondents. Data was analysed on SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). In this study it was found that after the implementation of liquor ban in Bihar a problem of livelihood arose before the local people of the state, who were earlier engaged in liquor business. Since most of these communities belonged to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe, it was found to be necessary to make a better arrangement for their livelihood before total ban was imposed in the state.

ABSTRACT The present paper deals with the detection of amino acids in the seed extracts of Bitter Gourd. Bitter Gourd is a good source of medicines and proteins. Bitter gourd has been used in various traditional medicine systems for a long time, for preventing and treating various diseases. Its fruits and pulp are used in treating asthma, constipation, colic, diabetes, inflammation, skin diseases etc. 5 g of germinated seeds were grinded in 25ml. of 80% alcohol in mortar and pestle. The tissue homogenate was centrifuged at 7000 rpm for 15min.After centrifugation the supernatant was filtered and evaporated on water bath followed by addition of 1ml of distilled water to the dried filtrate. Now a drop of extract was spotted slowly to the chromatographic paper which was placed in chromatographic jar containing solvent (n-butanol: acetic acid: water-4:1:5) for its movement. When the solvent reached near the top, the paper was taken out from the jar, dried and sprayed uniformly 0.1% ninhydrin with the help of atomizer. The paper was dried in an oven at 900c for 5 minutes. Coloured spots of amino acids appeared on the chromatogram and the identification of the amino acids was confirmed with their Rf values. On the basis of Rf value and colour, five amino acids namely Leucine, valine, ornithin, Arginine and phenylalanine were detected in the seed extract of Bitter Gourd.

In latest years, with the recognition of social media, customers are an increasing number of eager to categorical their emotions and opinions in the structure of pics and text, which makes multimodal records with textual content and photos the con tent kind with the most growth. Most of the statistics posted via customers on social media has apparent sentimental aspects, and multimodal sentiment evaluation has end up an necessary lookup field. Previous research on multimodal sentiment evaluation have principally centered on extracting textual content and photograph aspects one by one and then combining them for sentiment classification. These research frequently bypass the interplay between textual content and images. Therefore, this challenge proposes a new multimodal sentiment evaluation model. The mannequin first eliminates noise interference in textual statistics and extracts greater necessary photo features. Then, in the feature-fusion section based totally on the interest mechanism, the textual content and pics study the interior points from every different via symmetry. Then the fusion elements are utilized to sentiment classification tasks. The experimental effects on two frequent multimodal sentiment datasets reveal the effectiveness of the proposed model.

The present study is carried out on the partial replacement of cement with fly ash / micro silica for the development of Blended Concrete. Previous studies have led to the development of binary, ternary, quaternary blended concrete (depending on the number CCM and their combinations). Compressive strength of ternary blended concrete at the ages of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days for various combinations of micro silica and fly ash mixes was investigated. Micro silica of 0%, 5%, and 10% and15% along with fly ash by 10%, 20% 30% and 40% were used as replacement materials and were studied at different water cement ratios.

Cathartic picture classification is critical in clinical teaching and treatment tasks. The conventional method, on the other hand, has already reached its performance limit. Furthermore, their application necessitates a significant investment of time and effort in the extraction and selection of taxonomic features. Deep convolution neural networks are a new machine learning method that has shown promise for a variety of classification tasks. Notably, on various image classification tasks, the agglomeration neural network dominates with the simplest results. However, medical image datasets are difficult to create because labelling them requires a high level of expertise. As a result, this paper investigates the use of a cumulative neural network (CNN) algorithm to classify pneumonia using a chest X-ray dataset. Three techniques were tested experimentally. It is a linear support vector machine classifier with local orientation and rotational freedom functions, and it communicates learning across two cumulative neural network models. Data augmentation is a data pre-processing method that can be used with any or all of the three methods. The results of the tests show that increasing the data is a good way for all three algorithms to improve their performance. Transfer learning, on the other hand, may be a more useful classification method on an extremely small data set than a support vector machine with strongly directed independent key features and binary rotation; however, to improve performance, specific features must be retrained on an alternate target dataset. The second important factor may be the network's relative complexity.

Phishing is known as one of the oldest forms of Cyber attacks. A phishing website is a domain similar in name and appearance to an official website. They're made in order to fool someone into believing it is legitimate. Today, phishing schemes have gotten more varied, and are potentially more dangerous than before. Artificial intelligence based machine and deep learning techniques is capable to predict the phishing websites. This paper presents the review of prediction of phishing websites using machine learning approaches.

The properties of concrete by partial replacement of cement with waste glass powder (10%, 20%, 30% and 40 %) are being studied in the present work. The different properties of concrete, compressive strength, tensile strength, workability, and flexural strength are determined using experimental testing. It was found that the compressive, flexural and tensile strength of concrete improve initially as the replacement percentage of cement by glass powder increases and peak was reached at 20% replacement. Finally, it was concluded that the replacement of cement as much as about 20% of glass powder can be accomplished without sacrificing the compressive strength.

Comparison between effect of vertical and horizontal planes on visual motor integration was done by formulating three age groups of 20-39 years, 40-59 years and 60-79 years. Bender Gestalt Test was assessed for all three groups. It was performed twice by each participant. The designs were shown to the subjects, once in horizontal plane and once in vertical plane, and both attempts were scored. Upon analysis data showed that vertical plane had more effect on Visual Motor Integration than horizontal plane.

Flooring is an important component and the largest part of the industrial structure. As in the case of the casting industry while the production is going on the intensity of forces is high and due to these impacts, it leads to cracks/damage to the flooring. They are constantly subjected to a high load due to abrasive and mechanical wear, as well as thermal, chemical, and dynamical impacts. In the case of pharmaceutical industries, the modified type of concrete floor was used by providing an overlay to make it hygienic and not allow bacteria or any kind of dust. Hence this paper deals with different types of conventional flooring materials commonly used and their limitations.
