Heart disease is the most prevalent degenerative disease in seniors in which progression can be prevented or delayed by early diagnosis. Heart disease is a term casing any disorder of the heart. Some heart disease leads to death. In order to reduce the number of deaths from heart disease, there has to be a quick and efficient detection technique. This work presents a Machine learning model, involving the mining of texts integrated into the mining of structured data. This model aims to assist specialists in the diagnosis of patients with suspicion of Heart disease. Firstly, we need to collect a set of medical records of different patients who are all having heart disease. Then, a new structured attribute was created from a text mining process. It was the result of predicting the patients pathological history information stored in an unstructured textual attribute. J48 algorithm creates a decision tree for machine learning that was applied to obtain the risk level. We may also implement RFID for patients. RFID is known for its distinctive ID number. Using this advantage, in the first part, the monitoring of a patient is done whenever he arrives at the hospital. In case of any shifts from the hospital, the information is still accessible. Every patient is provided with a unique RFID number and all the details relating to the patient and treatments are store in a federal database that is retrieved by the server.

It has become a craze these days because comfort becoming major priority in 21st century. This paper presents a proposal for home automation using voice via Voice Controlled by IoT (Internet of Things (IoT) is ideal buzzing technology to influence the internet and communication technologies). This paper presents a proposal for home automation using voice via Voice Controlled by IoT(Internet of things(IoT) is an ideal buzzing technology to influence the internet and communication technology). Dometicsterm for home automation 1st coined by Jim Hill has been evolving totally and drastically in Home Automation. We saw many home automation technologies introduced over these years from Zigbee automation to Amazon Echo, Google Home and Syska Home. To implement these systems it will cost around 200$ (USD)-300$(USD) makes expensive to implement such system by everyone. Well, this paper describes the implementation of such a system in cheap and effective method. The system is implemented using ordinary appliances used in household.Voice commands are given to the Google Assistant which is natural language and with the help of IFTTT (If This Then That) application. The Blynk application is used for the commands given by IFTT that are decoded and then sent to the microcontroller. The microcontroller in exchange controls the relays connected to it as required, turning the device connected to the respective relay commanding of On or OFF as per the request of the user to the Google Assistant. NodeMCU is microcontroller used and the communication between the microcontroller and the application is established via Wi-Fi (Internet).

In developing communication systems, to achieve diversion, improve network capacity and to get stability, Small Cells is one of the main approaches. Despite the availability of advanced devices there are various problems that are still unresolved. The problem like blind area is considerably high. To solve the problem of blind area, various steps are taken among which one is to cut short the distances between small base stations and users. But this comes up with complex disturbances and large amount of energy consumption. To overcome this, we can come up with the system of dual-antenna passive repeater which consists of a microstrip patch antenna in combination with an algorithm of machine learning. Our proposed system can be used in co-operation with small base stations to replace the function of the small base station in a certain point and achieve wide-angle scattering to realize the blind area signal coverage. The Unsupervised Learning approach in machine learning can be used to calibrate the parameters of antenna. The conclusion of this study can come up with reduced losses and improved signal power.

The In-vivo hepatoprotective activity of C.T.EA and C.T.Mth extracts were estimated by using carbon tetrachloride induced hepatotoxicity model. The degree of protection was estimated by measuring levels of biochemical markers like SGOT, SGPT, Total Bilirubin and Total Protein. The histopathological study was also carried sout and compared with carbon tetrachloride treated group. The interpretations of results were done by subjecting the data to statistical analysis using mean S.E.M. The C.T.Mth extract at dose of 200mg/kg shows promising Hepatoprotective effect than C.T.EA extract. The C.T.Mth extract of plant shows significant antioxidant activity at the concentration of 125?g/ml than C.T.EA extract at the concentration of 125?g/ml. The results suggest that the pods of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L. possess potential antioxidant and hepatoprotective activity.

Metro project becomes more challenging day by day due to modern challenges. Management structure needs to redefine to overcome these challenges. To manage all the streams and huge resources, matrix management structure is the most suitable structure for any metro project. But due to its size and dual nature, this management structure faces some issues. These issues may create significant problem if not treated well and can put the success of the project in danger. Most of the projects failed to meet their specific goals. Project faces time delay and budget overrun significantly. Main problems with this system are conflicts, power struggle, improper communication and coordination, non-alignment of the goal, uncertainty in authority, unclear roles and responsibility, low project spirit, distrust, lack of motivation etc. This calls for effective management of the projects. All these problems are structural and functional in nature. These problems can be solved by adopting some structural and functional improvement which are suggested in this research paper. Responsibility-authority balance, documentation of problem solving approach, new reward system are the modifications proposed under functional improvement and integration of staff function of line and staff organization with matrix organization structure at execution level as a structural improvement. This proposed modification and existing structure is evaluated for its efficiency and performance by analytical tool like paired t test and scoring model analysis

With the rapid development of mobile games and the roaring growth of market size, mobile game addiction is becoming a public concern. Hence, understanding the reasons behind mobile game addiction is worthwhile. Based on research done so far along with two salient features of mobile games (e.g., hedonic and sociality), a research model is developed to examine the antecedents of mobile game addiction. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to explore the antecedents of mobile game addiction by considering the hedonic and social nature of mobile games. Playing games in order to get flow experiences, this may lead to addiction to mobile games ultimately. On the other hand, some players might not enjoy mobile games but still keep playing to sustain social relationship or gaining social presence. Thus, our model is based on the hedonic and social traits of mobile games.

That the initiation of breast feeding must rank as one of the earliest and most important postpartum decisions made by both the mother and her child in their newly modified, postpartum relationship. Throughout our Health is a fundamental human right. It is central to the concept of quality of life. Health and its maintenance is a major social investment and is a world-wide social goal. Health is multidimensional. This health may be assessed by such indicators as death rate, infant mortality rate and expectation of life. Ideally, each piece of information should be individually useful and when combined should permit a more complete health profile of individuals and communities.1 Breast feeding has been universal and necessary for the survival of the newborn. It is widely recognized that breast feeding has many health benefits both for the newborn and for the mother. Breast feeding not only provides for the fundamental nutritional and emotional needs of the infant, but breast milk provides growth factors, hormones, and maternal antibodies. Breastfeeding is a significant component of this dependency, so species, evolutionary past, and in most contemporary non-industrial settings, at the same time, breastfeeding limits an infants exposure to food borne diseases that may be present with alternative feeding methods.2

Textile wastewater is nowadays a major source of surface water contaminations, where different technologies have been applied for treatment of these carcinogenic effluents. Among the dyes, vat dyes are insoluble in water and are highly stable compared to other dyes. They are used for colouring cellulosic fiber specially cotton fiber. Removal of this vat dye can be a challenging process. Due to the unique physical and chemical characteristics of hydrogels, such as hydrophilicity, swellability and modifiability, there is increasing research interest in the development and application of novel hydrogels in water and wastewater treatment. Hydrogels have exhibited superior performance in the adsorptive removal of a wide range of aqueous pollutants including heavy metals, nutrients, and toxic dyes. Chitosan and guargum are among the worlds most abundant and low-cost biopolymers that is natural, renewable, environmentally benign, cost-efficient, nontoxic, biodegradable, and biocompatible. Chitosan guargum based hydrogels were found to be very effective in the removal of Vat Orange 3G dye. The effect of various parameters such as pH and contact time on the adsorption process by the hydrogel was studied with synthetic wastewater. The effect of pH was studied initially by batch experiments and found that better efficiency in dye removal was at a lower pH of 4. The study on effect of time showed an increase in percentage removal with increase in time and reached a maximum value of 85% within 2 hrs. From the adsorption kinetics study it was found that the adsorption process by the chitosan guargum hydrogel followed pseudo second order kinetics. Thus chitosan guargum based hydrogels is a promising technology in the removal of vat dye which is an ecofriendly method.

Today India is turning towards a new era, that of web series. These web series seem almost tailor-made for the younger generation of Indians, who practically live on the internet. What possibly guarantees brownie points for these series is the fact that its creators have webbed stories centring around the everyday Indian. Gone are the days of protagonists sporting heavy make-up and heavier ancestral jewellery for each scene. The flamboyance has toned down to flannel shirts and flip-flops coupled with casual Hinglish and 21st century modernity. Through dark humour and intelligent scripting, the writers of the series have decided to tap into the everyday problems of the ordinary middle to upper-middle class Indians. Additionally, the characters are quite grounded and ordinary in contrast to the overtly moralistic bahu and the evil saas of the K-serials. Viewers can relate to this new generation of protagonists and their stories without a blink of the eye.

The country's economy highly depends on its agricultural productivity That is why disease detection in plants plays a significant role in the agriculture field as having a disease in plants are quite normal. If we don't take good care of this, then it will cause serious effects on plants and due to which respective product quality, quantity or productivity is affected. This paper presents a way for early detection of leaf diseases in plants based on some vital features extracted from its leaf images. In the proposed system, the image of leaves is captured and compared with images in the database of the leaves that are pre-stored in the device memory. This detection may be resolved by laboratory analysis, however this a process that is often time-consuming and expensive.
