 Abstract

This paper discusses the effects of mobile ad hoc black hole attacks in the networks. To achieve this, it simulated the mobile ad hoc network scenarios which include black hole node using NS Network Simulator program. To simulate the black hole node in a mobile ad-hoc network. Network security is one of the riskiest jobs carried out by network administrators. Network administrator carried out different security settings and configurations. This is a tedious task as the risks of network arise dynamically from time to time. The drawback of this is that network administrator needs to spend much time and needs expertise in safeguarding the network. Software Defined Networking (SDN) is the technology that helps in managing network security dynamically with programmatic approach. With SDN network administrator can programmatically and dynamically configure network security settings and control the network with ease. This invention is pertaining to network security architecture enables network administrators to control the security of the network from a central SDN controller in order to efficiently manage network security.

 Abstract

Dry and wet segregation using CNN with robotic arm is used to segregate the waste into dry and wet class. The aim of this research work is to segregate the trash between dry and wet using image classification technologies and deep learning algorithm for detecting trash. This research paper will help to improve trash management systems. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) are based on the transfer learning architecture, were developed to search for trash objects in an image and separate dry and wet items from the trash objects, respectively. In this reseach paper, we are using dataset of trashNet where we train and test the dataset of trash to classify the class between dry and wet. Using TrashNet image dataset we achieved great performance. Then the system was trained and tested on real images taken by the user in the intended usage environment. Using the image data, the first CNN achieved a preliminary 84.97% accuracy to identify dry and wet items on an image dataset of assorted trash items. Finally, a robotic arm controlled by the microcontroller(Raspberry Pi) is used to pick up the garbage and places it in the bin. As this model segregates waste automatically without any human intervention, this model can be very useful in handling waste which can pose a huge risk on human life.

 Abstract

Crop yield estimation is one of the most significant issues for agricultural management, and one of the areas that precision farming techniques can offer the greatest benefit. Crop yield prediction is an art of forecasting the yield of crop before harvesting. Prediction of crop yield will be very useful for the government to make food policies, market price, import and export policies and proper warehousing well in time. Remote sensing technologies, together with the use machine learning have been shown to be effective in monitoring crop yield, improving land management, and facilitating the implementation of precision farming techniques. The main goals of crop yield estimation of precision agriculture is achieving maximum crop yield at minimum cost with a healthy ecosystem using combination of technologies. In India climatic conditions effected more on crop yield estimation. Other environmental factors also need to concentrate while studying crop yield such as temperature, rainfall, vegetative index, soil type, texture and nutrients. Crop yield prediction and estimation is very important to our government on the aspect of making food policies, crop insurance, market price, import and export policies etc. Use of remote sensing technologies is currently recognized to be the next generation of technical innovations that have the potential to refine the quality of within-field yield mapping technologies. we can implement various machine learning algorithms like ANN and Decision Tree on this research for crop estimation. The performance of ANNs can compare with four conventional modelling methods, namely, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Simple Ratio (SR), Photochemical Reflectance Index (PRI), and Stepwise Multiple Linear Regression (SMLR) models. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) can also use to reduce the dimensionality of the hyperspectral imagery. The prediction can be of two types they are classification or regression. Classification can be to identify in which classes the crop growth falls. For example: Classes such as, well grown, medium grown and under grown. Another type is regression where it will give numerical estimated value. So that value of percentage for the estimated crop yield can be obtained.

 Abstract

In today's world, a security bear becomes a big concern for female, children and even elders. Women are getting assaulted, children are getting kidnapped, elder citizens are also facing many problems like a robbery, etc. The working women feeling unsafe because of larger crimes and also missing child cases are increasing rapidly all over the world. Child care is major issue in solving this epidemic. The best solution for this problem is safety. So we design safety system for women & child security using Raspberry Pi. Raspberry Pi is interfaced with camera, GPS, GSM and Panic Button. This device is activated by the click of a button by the women/children that will fetch current location of the women/children and also capture the image of the attacker via Raspberry Pi camera. Link of the captured image and location will be sent to predefined mails through IOT. Alternatively GSM sends alerts SMS to family and friends.

 Abstract

Domestic abuse is always brought up in the context of women. The perpetrator is always thought to be a man. Domestic violence, however, is no longer limited to women due to recent socioeconomic developments altering family structures. Men are also subjected to verbal, physical, emotional, psychological, and sexual abuse. Men are silent victims of these harmful practises since they do not report them. Because our culture's laws favour women as victims of abuse, these unfortunate males are denied justice for their deplorable situation in the family and society. This article aims to investigate the scope of the problem as well as its sources and consequences. There is a demand for gender-neutral domestic abuse legislation. Spousal violence should be classified as domestic violence.

 Abstract

This study aims to highlight the misogynistic attitude towards women through proverbs. It tries to state that almost seventy percentage of proverbs are strongly prejudiced against women. And it should not forget that there are proverbs which support women as mother , wife , sister and daughter , but it is specified in this paper that most of the proverbs deal with oppressing and suppressing women. Almost all proverbs are constructed to justify male supremacy in the society . Proverbs which emerge as result of conflict which had happened in the history. So it is important to study such proverbs which derogate women in general. Proverbs which are orally transmitted from one generation to another , so it is important to note such proverbs with misogynistic attitude. Here this study tries to question the metafolklore about proverbs that 'there is no chaff in proverbs'

 Abstract

Crouzon syndrome is a rare genetic disorder with autosomal dominant inheritance. Crouzon syndrome is caused by malformations of the mesenchyme and ectoderm. The purpose of this paper is to report a case of severe Crouzon syndrome in children, focusing on diagnostic and its management. A case of Crouzon Syndrome in a 17 months old male has been reported. The patient was consulted to Growth and Development outpatient clinic because there was a lack of normal physiological development. Operation procedure preference is when a child is 9 to 11 months of age unless clear signs so increased ICP are identified earlier in life. The goals at this stage are to provide increased intracranial space in the anterior cranial vault for the brain, increase the orbital volume, which allows the eyes to be positioned more normally for better protection from exposure, and improve the morphology of the forehead and upper orbits. This first surgery of this patient was performed when he was 17 months old, but there was no significant result for visual improvement. The growth and developmental aspects of this patient have not been evaluated furthermore because after surgery he never came back to the outpatient clinic.

 Abstract

Currently, Technology is transforming the entire world into a sophisticated scientific arena, and the healthcare sector is no exception. With the implementation of information technology, hospitals can improve the quality of healthcare and lower their operational costs. Also, with the use of technology, the healthcare industry has been able to bridge the gap between rural and urban areas. With the right tools, Medical Profession can ensure providing better and more efficient care to their patients. The healthcare sector faces various challenges such as storing medical records of patients, maintaining hospital information systems, maintaining medical equipment, records of any medication errors, and related. Now, hospitals rely on ICT in transforming the entire healthcare revamping process. If the medical profession has the right communication channels, it is easy for them to provide treatment and care to patients wherever they are and in whichever part of the world. ICT technology helps physicians continuously monitor patient medical history, diagnostic reports, and track current health status. Doctors can also interact with patients and recommend physical exams and prescriptions from a distance. In this paper, the latest trends in information and communication technology in healthcare are being discussed.
