Purvanchal is the eastern part of Uttar Pradesh comprises of seventeen districts. MSMEs are the registered enterprises as per the criteria defined under the MSMED Act, 2006. The MSME sector contributes a significant part in the export, employment and GDP of the country. The government of Uttar Pradesh is concentrating on this sector and initiated work on project of Ganga Expressway, Purvanchal expressway, Gorakhpur Link Expressway and MSM parks in various districts of Purvanchal. The critical issues regarding this sector are lack of skilled workers, inadequate capital, promotion, inadequate infrastructure facilities, lack of access to new technology, etc. The measures to overcome these issues could be: providing credit facilities, promotional platforms, introducing new technology, run programs that focus on skilled labour etc. The districts need to focus on the exportable items, manufacturing and service clusters as these have potential for the same, so that the growth and expansion of MSME sector can be ensured.

Covid-19 is a contagious infection caused by the newly identified corona virus, which was originally seen in Wuhan city, China, in December 2019. It has now spread all over the world in a very short time of a few months. This is a brand new virus so scientists are trying their best to understand it. There is a lot to learn about the corona virus. Overall, it has been estimated that the corona virus can survive for 3 to 6 days at different material surfaces and for several hours in the air. It is mainly spread by droplets containing saliva or droplet particles when an infected person coughs or sneezes and that is why the virus sometimes lands on the surface. Hands touch many surfaces and come in contact with virus and get contaminated, from these contaminated hands virus can transmit to the eyes, nose or mouth. When the virus enters in to the body the person becomes infected and get ill, thus to stop the spreading of infectious corona virus rapidly, keep hands away from contaminated unknown surfaces, wash hands regularly using either soap or water and maintain physical distancing, and avoid social gatherings. These are considered to be as the most important activities to prevent the spread of the virus. However, the question arises, what should we do to keep our homes away from getting contaminated from virus and how can we fight the virus? During the study, we will discuss methods and chemistry for preventing and controlling the spread of corona virus. Chemistry plays a key role in understanding the structure of the virus and in developing chemical preventive measures, and also introduce new drugs to cure Covid-19 infection. The collaboration between Chemists and biomedical researchers and also the interdisciplinary interactions between different branches of the chemical community are all together essential to develop the needful result in time. This study relies on the literature available online. Still further new studies, researches are required to eliminate and prevent infection.

Over the years the number of students dropping out of school is growing rapidly. High enrolment rates have become a major threat to many educational institutions or universities. The student enters the institution with many dreams and expectations. When expectations do not meet or certain factors such as demographics will begin to degrade them from their registered system. It is a major threat to all educational institutions. Various process of size reduction, including feature selection and feature removal. Feature selection is a step-by-step process used to select an appropriate attribute from a given attribute set. In the process of feature extraction, it involves the conversion of high-density data with low corresponding size. Feature selection includes things like academics, personal characteristics, psychological factors, health issues, teacher perspective, student behaviour. The project we introduce a student dropout prediction method by using K Nearest Neighbour, Random Forest, Naive-Bayes, Decision Tree in Python language. Student-related information is collected from a variety of sources as large data is required to predict things. The data collected contains detailed information including basic information, parental educational background, family-student relationships, community performance and student learning. Machine learning strategies are applied to selected features that target students and our main task is to apply different techniques to selected features after which to apply different metrics to each algorithm. Comparisons are made for machine learning algorithms for each metric and the model that provides the best results is considered the best. There are many factors that affect a student's ability to do school, as mentioned above. Early prediction of resignation helps an organization to keep students from the right curriculum.

Every year it implements a large number of water supply projects throughout the country using local funds as well as foreign donor funds. Many of these projects experience extensive delays and thereby affect the socio economic development of the country. This study takes an attempt to identify the causes and effects of delays in construction of medium scale water supply projects. The method for this research is based on, a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. Data collection survey was obtained by secondary and primary method via interview to the contractor and consultants. Results of the analysis of the responses to the questionnaire indicate that inclement weather conditions, contractors' financial difficulties, shortage of labor, rules and regulations of road authorities, delays in sub contractors' work, material import delays and ineffective planning and scheduling of project.

Education is regarded as an essential tool for progress and social transformation. Through education, individuals will be able to achieve significant transformational changes by improving everyone's socio-economic conditions. In India, the existing caste system and hierarchical society's access to educational opportunities are unequal and unfair, so the present study is about the Scheduled Caste and higher education. It primarily examines Scheduled Caste's higher education scenario, constitutional requirements for Scheduled Caste educational growth, and variables affecting Scheduled Caste's higher education status. This paper emphasizes how Caste forms the perceptions of those at the very bottom of the higher education caste hierarchy and provides an innovative perspective on Caste throughout modern India. There are similarities to that same discrimination, especially among elite context. The whole paper moved away first from Dalit mainstream in higher education by focusing not on the policy of numbers or reservations but the inner lives and struggles of Dalit students. Based on traditional untouchable practice, the Scheduled Caste categories' castes are characterized by significant social, educational, and economic backwardness. The Constitution, which addresses the present paper, has some provisions for scheduled castes' educational and economic advancement. There is a positive trend in literacy and higher education enrollment among Scheduled Caste students in India, but the rise in the Gross Enrolment Ratio is slow.

India is a developing country. It is considered young with only seventy five years of Independence, but with a population of the nation being the second largest in the world in terms of area occupied, it also has one of the largest economies in the world. But owing it to its underdeveloped state and its overpopulation with over fifty percent of dependent on the Agriculture and Agro-based industries, the Indian economy can only be considered barely adequate compared to its counterparts. It ranked fifth most contributing nation for the GDP of the world by 2017 with contributing 3.28% of the total world GDP indicating its global contribution and its position as one of the largest economies. But it also has some of the glaring disadvantages or loopholes, which were often ignored or dismissed due to lack of resources, urgency or responsibility among the policymakers. As the Global Pandemic of COVID-19 hit, some of the disadvantages and drawbacks were laid bare. This paper is an attempt to analyze what kind of impact this Global Pandemic has on an already struggling economy.

The present study was done to compare the performance of the three vegetable oil (i.e. coconut oil, soybean oil, and sunflower oil) based cutting fluids during the turning operation of EN24 steel using a high-speed steel tool. The cutting speed (levels 80 m/min,100 m/min and 120 m/min), feed rate (levels 0.1 mm/rev, 0.2 mm/rev and 0.3 mm/rev) and depth of cut (levels 0.5 mm, 0.75 mm and 1 mm ) were taken as the input parameters while the surface roughness, of the machined workpiece, and machining temperature were taken as the response parameters. The experimental design was based on Taguchi's orthogonal array and S/N ratio and ANOVA analysis were used to analyze the results using the MINITAB and MS excel software. Results reveal that feed rate is the most significant machining parameter followed by feed rate then cutting speed. Overall performance of coconut oil-based cutting fluid was the best followed by soybean oil-based cutting fluid and then sunflower oil-based cutting fluid.
