Abstract This paper aspires a vision for the welfare of Dalits through the government policies and programs of India. After independence, the Indian government had launched many government policies and programs for the empowerment of Dalit. The major aim of these government schemes was to the upliftment of scheduled castes and scheduled tribes communities for their welfare in social, economic, political, and educational to come in the mainstream of the society. But on reviewing all these government policies and programs, it is found that this scheme has been unable to benefit the entire Dalit community equally. Through this paper, Evaluation of policies and programs and find out behind reason for the failure of these. All the data of the study have been taken from the secondary data and government sites. In conclusion, There is a need to change the implementation methods of policies and programs for the upliftment of Dalits, And at the same time drawing attention to the new issues (creamy layer concept among Dalits) emerging in Dalits in the contemporary era.

There is another new respiratory problem arises in china threatening the world with the emergence and spread of 2019 novel corona virus (2019-nCoV) or the dauce respiratory syndrome corona virus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The according to some scientist infection started from the bats and it was spread to people through middle person creatures in Wuhan, Hubei region, China in December 2019.The illness is communicated by inward breath or contact with infected person when sneezing and the incubation period goes from 2 to 14 day. Mostly symptoms are fever, cough, sore throat, breathlessness, fatigue, malaise among others. The disease is mild in most people like who is strong and has good immunity power; in some cases it may progress to pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and multi organ dysfunction. Many people are asymptomatic. There are many cases seen in which after the covid-19 people suffering from typhoid it means typhoid test become positive. The case fatality rate is estimated to range from 2 to 3%. Diagnosis is by demonstration of the virus in respiratory secretions or by the nasal fluid and by special molecular tests. Common laboratory test include normal/ decreasing white cell counts with increased C-reactive protein (CRP). CT scan of chest is nearly abnormal even in those who are covid-19 positive and no symptoms or mild disease. Treatment is very important like supportive, role of antiviral agents are frequently increases day by day but WHO declare that no any especially medicine is effective. Best way to prevent covid-19 is keep separate to suspected person and those who is with mild illnesses and serious cases are referred to government hospital. Now these day covid-19 become grew faster. The world faced the first waves of Corona and the second wave. People died in the first wave but the second wave caused havoc. And now these day there are many covid-19 vaccine are available in market.

Fiber optic technology has dominated the market due to its high data rate and ability to transmit data over great distances it has been proven that fiber optics is a significantly superior technology over metal wires. Fiber optics has reduced signal loss and is less vulnerable to interference. Optical fibers can be used in light transmission applications since they are waveguides. An outer layer of glass or plastic surrounds the optical fiber core, which has a lower refractive index than the fiber core. The complete internal reflection phenomena are necessary to achieve fine confinement of light within the waveguide. The majority of telecommunication networks use fiber optics as a data transmission medium. (1) Today's fibers are made from chalcogenide glasses, fluoroaluminate crystalline materials, and fluorozirconate materials. (2) In the last few decades, the field of fiber optic sensors has advanced dramatically. A higher sensor quality ensures greater data reception. (3) New improvements are being made in technology, such as in free-space technology.

There are empirical findings that supports the proposition that the women entrepreneurs can play a salient role in the economic development of a country. Their growth can also be pivotal in reducing the regional disparity in the economy of a country. This economic growth can in turn lead to mold the human development, although it is not the only antecedent to the human development. This paper will attempt to explore the current status of women entrepreneurs in Manipur keeping in faith that academic exercises of such character will sure enable to push the economy and human development of Manipur to certain acknowledgeable level.

In this research work the experimental investigation on distillery spent wash for removal of COD and Colour using electrochemical process. The electrochemical chemical (EC) process is used to treat the distillery spent wash (DSW) using bare and punched Iron (Fe) & Aluminum (Al) electrodes. The proposed work directs the exclusion of colour and COD in the distillery spent wash. This research has been conducted with aim of optimizing the different factors of effecting, process of COD and Colour reduction with constant time (0-120 min), voltage (5-20 V) and distance between the electrodes (3-6 cm). It is absorbed that the removal efficiency is directly proportional to the electrode contact time, voltage and distance between the electrodes. Also, we compared the experimental results between punched and bare iron & aluminum electrodes.

Industry manufacturing refined edible oil with a capacity of 18000 tones/annum generated wastewaters and solid waste ( chemical and biological sludges). During production of edible oil , different types of oilseeds are processed and that generate huge amount of different waste including wastewater , organic solid waste (i.e. seeds ) and inorganic residues .mainly in edible oil industry waste and by products are hulls , miscella , wastewater , sludge , soapstock , waxes , in process of wastewater in edible oil industry depends on ETP (Effluent treatment plant )

This study aims to identify the challenges that are facing by agro-based business vendors in South Andaman. The study is based on a primary source of data collected from four market places i.e. Mohanpura , Ratna , Junglighat, and Bathubasti vegetable markets. A sample size of 120 respondents was collected for this study. The data is entered in SPSS for analysis by using statistical tools such as frequency, mean, ranking test, etc. The finding of the study results shows that storage facilities, transportation facilities, infrastructure facilities, supply chain inefficiency, and inefficient supply chain cause losses of agro based business in South Andaman. These are the major issues which are seriously affected, due to which an overall growth of agro- businesses is affecting in Islands. The finding of the study revealed improper storage facilities on the Island. The improper facilities affect large volumes of vegetables to spoil and its quality. Due to which Agro- vendors are facing huge economic loss in Islands. The study suggests that local government intervention should focus on improving infrastructure of storage facilities for better yield in Agro-business in Andaman and Nicobar islands.

The Indian Himalayan Region holds an unusual status in the mountain ecosystems across the globe. The Himalay, which splits the Indian Peninsula from the Central Asia, due to its diverse flora, fauna, topography, ecosystem, socio-cultural and esthetic values have great mystical and ecological implication. The entire region is rich in both biological resources and traditional wisdom. The paper deliberates on the survival mechanism of mountain communities with a special focus on indigenous healthcare practices. It discusses a diverse range of issues, including ethnobotanical facets of medicinal herbs, traditional healing techniques, etc. It attempts to exemplify diverse therapeutic methods followed by the folk healers and their implication in the life of the Himalayan people. The importance of preserving indigenous wisdom in the context of the cultural milieu of the region is crucial. From a socio-cultural viewpoint, it suggests precise interventions that must be made for the perpetuation of this knowledge.
