Osteomyelitis in children is a serious disease requiring early diagnosis and treatment to minimize the risk of sequelae. Therefore, it is of primary importance to recognize the signs and symptoms at the onset properly. Otherwise, it could lead to a chronic osteomyelitis which treatment is always a challenge to orthopaedic surgeons and requires great dedication and perseverance. We present a case of Chronic Osteomyelitis and MRSA of a 7-year old girl that have no prior injury in her limb with penicillin resistance S. aureus of a 7-year-old girl due to prior infection in her lungs and with a contracture of lower limbs.

The stock market will witness the ups and downs of the economy. It is one of the alternative tools to measure the performance of economic conditions. Global markets react to internal events and external affairs depend on the trend. In this research, an attempt is made to evaluate the impact of corporate action like an announcement of stock splits on the shareholders' return and liquidity in both spots as well as futures. The standard event study is considered to calculate the abnormal returns if any. To find the liquidity the changes in the daily turnover of volumes of share traded are evaluated. Announcement of stock splits yields negative returns for near month, mid-month and equity spot respectively but it is observed that there is no information leakage prior to the event. The abnormal returns compared with the study are not statistically significant for pre-split and post-split data along with equity spot and futures. The volumes were in trend between -3 to +5 days and become normal reduction in the liquidity position but not statistically significant. The results of the study shows that Indian capital markets are in semi-strong form of efficient.

Abstract- The Eruption of the Novel Corona virus or the COVID-19 in various parts of the world has been affected by the epidemic. The world as a whole and caused millions of death number this remains an inauspicious caveat to public health and will be stained as one of the greatest pandemics in world history. The proposed work utilizes a support vector regression model to predict the total number of the case found total deaths and recovered cases, the cumulative number of confirmed cases and several daily cases. The data is collected for the time period of 1st March to 30th April (61 Days). The total number of cases as of 30th April is found to be 35043 confirmed cases with 1147 total deaths and 8889 recovered patients. The model was developed in Python 3.6.3 to obtain the predicted values of the aforementioned cases until 30th June. The proposed methodology is based on a prediction of values using a support vector regression model with Radial Basis Function as the kernel and 10% confidence interval for the curve fitting. The data has been split into train and test set with test size 40% and training 60%. The model performance parameters are calculated as mean square error, root means square error, regression score, and percentage accuracy. The sample has above 97% accuracy in predicting deaths, recovered, the cumulative number of confirmed cases, and 87% accuracy in predicting daily new cases. The results suggest a Gaussian decrease in the number of cases and could take another 4 to 5 months to come down to the minimum level with no new cases being reported. The method is very efficient and has higher accuracy than linear or polynomial regression. In addition, this paper also analyses the current trends or patterns of Covid-19 in India. With the help of the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare dataset, this study proposes different trends and patterns experienced in different parts of the world.

Abstract: This study presents an experimental investigation on self-compacting concrete (SCC) with cement (Portland pozzolanic cement) replacement of a Silica Fume (5%, 10%, 15% and 20%) Metakaolin (5%, 10%, 15% and 20%) and addition of chemical admixtures like Poly carboxylate ether super plasticizer (SP). Self-Compacting concrete is a concrete that exhibit the high flow ability and avoid the segregation and bleeding. There are several methods for testing its properties in the fresh state: the most frequently used are Slump?flow test, V?funnel L?box and U-box. The slump, V-funnel and L-Box test are carried out on the fresh SCC and in harden concrete compressive strength and split tensile strength values are determined. Attempts have been made to study the properties of such SCCs and to investigate the suitability of Silica Fume(SF) and Metakaolin(MK) to be used as partial replacement materials for cement in SCC.

With the evolution of information technology , the sharing of information/data has advanced with a high pace. We have become dependent on technology to make our day-to-day lives smoother .The outbreak of the pandemic has also resulted in hefty dependence on technology by the people. The truth is, by being more and more active in cyberspace we are making ourselves prone to all kinds of digital assaults by cyber criminals which invariably make us a victim of cyber crime. No doubt technology is a necessary evil but one should be aware of the serious threats posed by the online data leakages, the vandalization caused by cyber criminals to individuals ,organizations and to some extent the government itself which can have some adverse effects and a morbid scenario in the long run. This article revolves around the progression of cyber crimes in India ,the steps taken by government in establishing cyber law enactments to tackle it, some safety measures that could become nifty in adverse situations to avoid getting victimized.

Myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) was first described over 80 years ago. The term has been widely and inconsistently used in clinical practice, influencing various aspects of disease classification, investigation and management. MINOCA encompasses a heterogenous group of conditions that include both atherosclerotic and non-atherosclerotic disease resulting in myocardial damage that is not due to obstructive coronary artery disease. In many ways, it is a term that describes a moment in the diagnostic pathway of the patient and is arguably not a diagnosis . Central to the definition is also the distinction between myocardial infarction and injury. The universal definition of myocardial infarction distinguishes acute myocardial infarction, including those with MINOCA, from other causes of myocardial injury by the presence of clinical evidence of ischaemia. However, these ischaemic features are often non-specific causing diagnostic confusion, and can create difficulties for patient management and follow-up. The purpose of this review is to summarize our current understanding of MINOCA and highlight important issues relating to the diagnosis, investigation and management of patients with MINOCA

Background: A road traffic accident (RTA) is any injury due to crashes originating from, terminating with or involving a vehicle partially or fully on a public road. It is projected that road traffic injuries will move up to the third position by the year 2020 among leading causes of the global disease burden. They are considerable economic losses to victims, their families, and to countries as a whole. Aim and objective: A study was planned to assess the knowledge of road safety among adolescents. and to find out an association between the knowledge of adolescents regarding road safety with selected demographic variables. Material and method: A Quantitative approach and survey design used for this study. The study was conducted on three hundred adolescents of junior colleges. The data gathering technique used was self-reporting and non-probability convenient sampling. Results: The analysis and interpretation revealed that it was observed that there is association between knowledge score of adolescents and the 3 colleges. It was observed that there is association between knowledge score of adolescents and the gender. It was observed that there is association between knowledge score of adolescents and the class in which they are studying. i.e., 11th class and 12th class. Conclusion: The finding of the study showed that, the knowledge regarding road safety among adolescent was good except some adolescent gave the wrong answer. It was also observed that female adolescents gave more correct response than male adolescents. Adolescents are more curious to finding out the correct answers. Many of them would like someone to come and teach them correct concepts of various health related topics. Knowledge of the adolescent was more may be because of the more exposure to social media.

The guideline made by the public authority influences how the instruction framework functions in a country. The training framework in India actually utilizes the single direction correspondence. The educators remain before in the class and clarify every one of the materials, while the understudies simply plunk down on their seats and pay attention to the instructors. Single direction correspondence effects affects the understudies. They become unconfident to impart their insights or even pose an inquiry. The public authority ought to work on this schooling to a superior one. Two-way correspondence is considered as a superior way in instructing technique. The advancement of innovation contributes a lot of effect on the instruction. It very well may be extremely helpful for some individuals to get the instruction. Instruction is fundamental in human's existence. As time passes by, arrangement of instruction changes progressively following the necessities of people.
