Arbitration is the process of dispute settlement through agreed individual or group if individual done in a private setting after considering evidences and contentions of the parties involved. It is similar to a court trial but is speedy and less formal. Individual or group of individual chosen by the parties to mediate the dispute is/are called Arbitrator/s. Arbitrator is an individual who is neutral to the dispute and has been vested with the power of making binding decision on the parties involved. Alternative dispute resolution processes are gaining immense amount of popularity due to their non-orthodox approach, which gives the advantages of efficacy and consensual decision making. Considering the ever increasing pendency of the cases with the Judiciary of India which has surged 8.6% and drastic shortage of governmental institutes and officials to address them, Arbitration is seen to gain momentum over time. Main reason of why people are avoiding the hassle of litigation is because of its time consuming nature. These factors are pushing people aggrieved with civil wrongs like contractual disputes, towards alternative dispute resolution or Arbitration which comes under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 ("Arbitration Act").

In this paper Design and energy Consumption Issues in wireless Sensor network is focussed. Energy consumption is the most important factor to determine the life of a sensor network because usually sensor nodes are driven by battery. Sometimes energy optimization is more complicated in sensor networks because it involved not only reduction of energy consumption but also prolonging the life of the network as much as possible. The optimization can be done by having energy awareness in every aspect of design and operation. This ensures that energy awareness is also incorporated into groups of communicating sensor nodes and the entire network and not only in the individual nodes.

Submerged floating tunnel is an innovation which introduces a new trend in transportation engineering. It provides a fast and easy access of transportation where the conventional methods are not applicable. SFT is adopted when the water bed is too deep, rocky and highly undulated where submerged tunnels and bridges are not economical. SFT is based on principle of buoyancy and they are acted upon by different loads. Hence SFT is to be designed for desired strength, stiffness and durability. Since SFT is not constructed till now, the design analysis is difficult. Various researches were conducted to analyze SFT under different environmental, accidental and varying loads. Continuous evaluation and inspection of the structure is required to eliminate the chances of damages. Proper repairing and replacements are to be done without affecting the working of the structure to increase the life span of SFT.

In recent years Power Quality has become an important issue for both utilities and customers. The increasing use of power quality sensitive equipment forced the distribution utilities to adopt a new method for continuously monitors the power quality of grid. Poor power quality may cause overheating of lines, inaccurate metering, and reduced efficiency of appliances. This dissertation proposes a new method to classify certain power quality disturbances. The power quality disturbances such as voltage sags, voltage swells, and voltage interruptions will be considered under study. In this dissertation work simulation of an electrical power system with power quality disturbances is done in MATLAB Simulink. Capturing of voltage signal is done for analyzing the power quality disturbances. The simulation results are further analyzed for the classification of power quality disturbances using MATLAB programming. The captured voltage signals are decomposed by using the signal processing techniques namely Wavelet transform. The estimation of statistical parameters is done from the decomposed signals for feature extraction. The extracted features are further used to classify the disturbances using soft computing techniques namely KNN. The proposed Wavelet-KNN approach classify these frequently occurring power quality disturbances accurately and with less computational complexity

This descriptive study has conducted about; the worldwide pandemic COVID-19 has lead incalculable existing examples and patterns to the surface. In spite of the fact that, we have various shortcomings and weaknesses: these incorporate an emphasis of disparity, chances that follow from the privatization of training, and exactly how ill-equipped we were for a huge shift to computerized and separate learning. What's more, on the off chance that we see the other hand, some certain highlights inside our social orders have additionally gotten progressively noticeable. We are seeing fortitude and a solid, versatile reaction to challenges in numerous social orders. We see expanded thoughtfulness regarding the public great. We saw cleverness, devotion and inventiveness from the numerous instructors, families and understudies who are cooperatively constructing surprising learning encounters. It has brought hazardous occasions for state funded instruction, with dangers of crumble and disentangling as we remain to lose the two educators and understudies who may not get back to schools once they return. Along these lines, the differently privatization exclusively, when taking in moves from schools into the home. We ought to be likewise concern that we would already be able to hear claims that the current crisis and specially appointed measures ought to be changed into enduring changes. All things being equal, we likewise need to perceive that numerous guardians and networks have stirred to an enthusiasm for educators' work and their polished methodology. An ever increasing number of individuals are becoming mindful of the different jobs that schools play in accommodating the prosperity of kids and youth, and in guaranteeing wellbeing and nourishment, close by scholastic learning. It is a conjuring to feel that web based learning is the way forward for all. We additionally learn about the term preventive right to training under the phenomenal conditions made by the pandemic, and to work with the degrees of trust important for worldwide cooperation in activating assets to help the general right to instruction, we approach all schooling partners to screen that schooling assets are utilized for the sole reason for propelling the interests and capacities of students. It is important to be particularly careful of defilement and forestall the catch and redirection of instruction assets to propel private points. It has seen that the media assume a vital part in this worldwide crisis. Thus, a dire assignment in the Covid-19 pandemic is to effectively connect with individuals, organizations, ventures, examination, and public conversations to advance fundamentally and brilliantly educated praxis. The article contends the various things about media and education system to post Covid-19 pandemic and also help to look for and foster basic applied exploration approaches and make plan standards for vote based and emancipatory digitalization of schooling. Also, we need more extensive cultural discourse about reasons for instruction and about the sort of society we need to create in the with Covid-19 world. Innovation and their suppliers ought to take action accordingly.

In India agriculture contributes approximately 20% of GDP with employed workforce of 41%. India is the second-largest producer of agriculture crops. The technological contribution may help the farmer to get more yield. The research focuses mainly on South Indian agricultural crops from Karnataka ,Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. In this study we have proposed a system for crop selection and to identify parameters that are responsible for growth of certain crops. There are many machine learning algorithms that can be used for such predictions one among them is Random Forest Regressor. Here we have used Random Forest Regressor algorithm to know the exact crop to be grown based on the parameters entered by the user along with other crops suitable for that region .The data of crop cycle for summer, Kharif, rabi, autumn and whole year is used. The dataset is resourced by gathering data from kaggle and climate-data.org .The experimental parameters considered for study are cultivation area, crop, state, district, season, year , rainfall ,soil pH and temperature. The concept of this paper is to implement crop selection method by identifying the features responsible for growth

The challenging process industry requires true power for its smooth functioning and here comes the importance of good power or power. The term Power Quality (PQ) aims at supplying true power to the process. The scope of the power quality increased with the introduction of newly designed sophisticated devices like computers and microcontrollers. The performances of these devices are extremely sensitive to the various power quality problems. The mainly occurring PQ problems are voltage sag, voltage swell, voltage flickers, harmonics distortions etc. The concept of power quality became increasingly complex and vital with the introduction of recently designed sophisticated and sensitive devices, whose real time performance is extremely subjective to sensitiveness of the supply. Power Quality (PQ) has turned to be a serious issue to electricity consumers at all levels. Power quality is a major concern to electricity consumers today. The sensitivity factor of the power electronic equipment and non-linear loads to the input excitations voltages are widely used in process control as well as individual consumers which lead to the PQ problem. The paper gives a brief review in accordance with relevant literature surveys classifies the various electric power quality disturbances using wavelet transform analysis. The survey includes detection voltage disturbances and categorization of the type of event. The power quality analyzer is designed and used to measure the occurrence and classification of PQ events. Malfunction of the equipment will happens when the power failure occurs. Several signal processing techniques for the detection and classification of these disturbances are studied and discussed here. The detection techniques are mainly based on signal averaging, RMS method, Kalman Filter method, Fourier Transforms, Wavelet Transforms etc. Wavelets and fast Fourier transforms are of major importance in the classification.
