This research was carried out to study the relation between Capital structure and Profitability on selected companies as Aditya Birla Group, Arvind Textile Ltd., Hindustan Unilever Limited, ITC Limited, Berger Paints India Ltd. and Asian Paints from manufacturing industries of India. The existing literature primarily consists of studies regarding relationship between financial leverage, firms size and fixed assets includes 5 financial years, viz. 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-18 and 2018-19. Literature regarding the nature of impact of capital structure on profitability is scarce. Also how the size of the firm and growth influences this relationship is also not very well known. Additionally, most of the studies are related to the developed economies and researches in emerging economies like Indian are very few. Thus, there is a need to flash some light on this relationship in Indian context. This study seeks to study the effect of capital structure on the profitability of Indian Manufacturing Industries such as textile, FMCG and paints listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). With the help of the past five years profitability and capital structure parameters we tried to predict the future impact of with the help of the forecasting models.

During 2014 Indian Government agreed to revise the figures and promised survivors who have never received compensation that, they would get what they were entailed to. One another reason behind compensation claims dragging on decades after leak is due to incorrect figurers. The figures of dead and injured are disputed. Activists and Government agree the initial settlement was based on incorrect data. According to the report from Union Carbide they have provided immediate relief to victims and attempted to set up a process to resolve their needs. Union Carbide continued to provide interim relief funds and work with victims providing them economic support, legal action, medical support and other benefits. Government has constructed an alternative work plan to the people who got affected by gas that is work shed program. Numerous actions have been performed to support these victims. Demonstrations, sit-ins, hunger strikes, marches combined with pamphlets, books and articles. Often these include marches around old Bhopal ending with burning effigies of Government officials, politicians or Union Carbide officers

Information and communication technologies (ICTs) can facilitate access to timely and accurate & real information for an improving agricultural production & productivity. ICTs, especially mobile applications are playing very vital role in facilitating access to these resources by the poor. Now days, the agriculture is the single source & having largest employer in the world over which sustaining more than 40-45 percent of livelihoods in the worlds population. The Irrigation is among the major parameter and as it is a measuring scale, which can able to measure & provide remedial and relevant solutions for improving not only the quality & quantity of yields but also reduce vulnerability to changing rainfall patterns as well enabling multiple cropping patterns. The ICT is having an important key role and plays very vital direct & indirect impact on the economy as well as GDP growth of any country. Also, it plays very important role for any category of farmers to decide & select the cropping pattern, type of using high-yielding seeds(HYS), applications of proper fertilizer composition including pest management, Product-Market etc.. It is the only way, which can revolutionize more than 90% of the worlds primary energy is produced from fossil fuels and which is having a limited storage of fossil fuels in the world now days. Agriculture is hampering badly due to lack of timely irrigations to the crops. The world is now focusing on an effective Utilization of Solar Energy (USE) as an alternative resources for agricultural irrigation purposes through ICT to reduce the dependence level on the monsoons.

Tannins are polyphenolic biomolecules having an astringent property which is useful for the anti-aging effect on skin by protein precipitation mechanism. That is how the tannin shows anti-bacterial activity by the same astringent property which induces the cell aggregation of cell membranes. In our present study, the tannin is collected from two natural sources Betel leaf (Piper betle) and amla fruit (Phyllanthus emblica). The aqueous extracts of both are evaluated by phytochemical screening and microbiologically tested through the disc-diffusion method. The combined effect of both extracts shows better results and with that three cosmetic formulations Toner, Gel (for oily skin), and Cream (for dry skin) are prepared. As the extracts are positively showed antimicrobial activity so that the formulations can be claimed as anti-aging cosmetics.

Colour is everywhere and the advancement of technology makes the colour more communicating. In animated characters, there is plenty of figures which are rich and creating a symbolic significance too. These colours hit the psychology of the human mind in many ways. The colour is communicating the idea of the individuals and creating a bridge between the spectators and the creator. The electronic and social media is making a mark in the minds of the individuals and colour is the utmost part of it. In the recent age, the animated characters are full of life and keep an important place in the minds of the movie lovers. These characters have so many things and the creative process also has a variety of approaches. These approaches include drawing, animation and colours. The characters do not havevalue without the application of colours and sometimes it is very important to use colour to narrate the idea behind the creation of the characters. The paper aims to discuss the application of colours in some animated characters which have been created with 3D animation. The animated characters which are connecting the thread of multimedia and animation industry have a different approach to the psychology of the spectators.

Man-made brainpower (artificial intelligence) frameworks are innovative, capricious, autonomous, self-governing, reasonable, advancing, equipped for information assortment, open, proficient, precise, and have free decision among alternatives. Similar to people, computer based intelligence frameworks can self-governingly make and produce imaginative works. The utilization of computer based intelligence frameworks in the creation of works, either for individual or assembling purposes, has gotten regular in the 3A period of computerized, self-governing, and cutting edge innovation. In spite of this advancement, there is a profound and normal worry in present day society that man-made intelligence innovation will get wild. Man-made consciousness has risen as a key supporter of social, monetary, and social turn of events. Astute programming progressively assumes a more prominent job in each inventive industry. These businesses depend on licensed innovation insurances to keep up harmony between efficiency, compensation, and seriousness. Policymakers, notwithstanding, have given little consideration to the crossing point of man-made reasoning and copyright assurance. There is in this manner a call for social and legitimate apparatuses for controlling artificial intelligence frameworks capacities and results. This Article tends to the inquiries of the copyrightability of fine arts created by computer based intelligence frameworks: possession and responsibility. The Article discusses who ought to appreciate the advantages of copyright assurance and who ought to be answerable for the encroachment of rights and harms brought about by computer based intelligence frameworks that freely produce inventive works. In this way, this article look at the current lawful structure for copyright assurance in India and regions of expected change, the Court's treatment of innovation helped works and how copyright collaborates with falsely wise machines and artificial intelligence made works. The paper finishes up by proposing the requirement for a transformation in the field of IP laws just as different enactments to oblige new types of innovative turns of events.

Macula lutea, in anatomy, the small yellowish area of retina near the optic disk that provides central vision. In the centre of the macula is a depression, called the fovea toward the center of the macula there are no blood vessels to interfere with vision; thus in this area, vision in bright light and color perception are keenest(1) . Aim: To find out the foveal thickness difference in old age group and adult group. Design: prospective study Methodology: This study was a prospective study conducted in tertiary eye care institute of Amritsar from a period of December 2019 to February 2020. All patient whose age is more than 50 & below 50 but more than 18 was taken & by the help of OCT. Patients who have normal retina were included in this study. Any retinal disease or any reason which can affect the normal foveal thickness (ERM, VMT) were not included here except dry ARMD (which is normal age related changes and commonest). First comparing above 50 years then compare below 50 years patient then compares above 50 years patients with below 50 years patients. Lastly all measurement in foveal thickness is done manually by the caliper in OCT machine software. Results: After collection of data, the average foveal thicknesses of all data in different group were evaluated and comparison was done

In the background of the COVID-19 pandemic, the most vulnerable and severely affected section of the Indian population have been informal sector migrant workers. Despite a slew of government policies and schemes being announced and subsequently implemented in the short term, effective mitigation of the pandemic and subsequent lockdown will need to deal with several barriers, such as an inconsistent and outdated data base on these workers . The reverse migration phenomenon that has taken place may further the rural-urban income gap and create an unprecedented health crisis in the previously unaffected rural regions. This paper aims to analyse the social and economic impact of the pandemic on Indian migrant workers and assess the effectiveness of measures announced by the state to mitigate the impact on them.

In computer science digital image processing is the part of the computer algorithms to perform image processing on digital images. As a subcategory or field of advanced sign handling, computerized picture preparing has numerous points of interest over simple picture handling. Visual bends on pictures brought about by awful climate conditions can negatively affect the exhibition of numerous open air vision frameworks. One regularly observed terrible climate is downpour which causes huge yet complex nearby force variances in pictures. The paper targets building up a viable calculation to expel special visualizations of downpour from a solitary downpour picture, for example separate the downpour layer and the de-down-poured picture layer from a downpour picture. Most picture preparing strategies include disengaging the individual shading planes of a picture and regarding them as two-dimensional sign and applying standard sign handling procedures to them. There are a great deal of strategies have been proposed to decrease the raindrops and snowflakes in recordings. In this paper, two popular techniques are employed, namely image decomposition and dictionary learning Built upon a non-linear generative model of rain image. We propose a word reference learning based calculation for single picture de-pouring. The rot is practiced by the blend of storm/snow disclosure and a guided divert in the data picture.

In this paper we present the patient specific system proposed for accurate and robust detection of ECG heartbeat pattern. In recent years many works have been proposed for ECG data classification. Detection of any disorder in heart rhythm or any change in morphological pattern which an indication of arrhythmia so finding that change for the treatment of heart patients at the early stage play an vital role . we required an effective diagnostic system as human eyes are poorly suited to detect the morphological variation of ECG signal also it is difficult for doctors to analyze long ECG records in the short period of time .In this proposed system feature extraction for the morphological feature, which are projected onto a lower dimensional feature space using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and temporal feature from ECG data. Artificial neural network ANNs is used for pattern recognition. ANN is powerful tools for pattern recognition, as it having potential to learning complex and nonlinear surfaces. The ECG pattern classification performance strongly depends on the characterization power of the features extracted from the ECG data and the design of the classifier. Nonstationary ECG signal is effectively analyzed by the TI-DWT due to its timefrequency localization properties. PCA is well-known statistical method that has been used for data compression, data analysis, redundancy and dimensionality reduction, and feature extraction. PCA is the optimal linear transformation in which we ?nds a projection of the input pattern vectors onto a lower dimensional feature space that retains the maximum amount of energy among all possible linear transformations of the pattern space .The proposed classification system can adapt significant interpatient variation in ECG patterns by training the network structure, and thus we achieves higher accuracy over larger datasets.
