There is high global consumer demand for citric acid due to its low toxicity compared to other acidifiers used mainly in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The pharmaceutical, food, beverage, detergent and cosmetic sectors employ microbial citric acid extensively. It is mainly produced by microbial fermentation using Aspergillus niger. Increasing the productivity of citric acid would be of potential interest and therefore there is a clear need to consider all possible ways to achieve optimal citric acid production. With increasing demand and growing markets, the discovery and development of better manufacturing techniques, solutions to improve manufacturing yields and product recovery efficiency are of prior importance. Production of citric acid is affected by various parameters viz., selection of potential citric acid-producing microorganisms, raw materials, fermentation strategies, fermentation conditions and strategies for citric acid recovery. Other prospects for the citric acid manufacturing sector are the improvement of citric acid-producing strains, which have been achieved through mutagenesis and breeding.

Nagaland is the 16th state of India which flourishes in agrarian sector and have rich fertility in land. The Department of Horticulture Nagaland aims to harness the vast potentialities of the region so that the livelihood of the farmers gets improved through economic prosperity in the region. The production and productivity of the spices are not planned because of lack of irrigation purposes, lack of investment, problem of using insecticide and pesticide, lack of market knowledge, and the farmers lack using proper fertilizers for proper growth of the spices planting. The study had found that Ginger spice has the highest productivity among all the spices that cultivates in Nagaland. The growth rate of ginger production was found 20.79M.T from 2010-11 to 2020-21, followed by Naga King Chilli with found 5.378 M. T, turmeric with 3.59 M. T and cardamom with 0.27 M. T in the same period.

Shakespeare's powerful women cannot, therefore, be discussed in a social or political context, but there are many strong female characters in Shakespeare. They occasionally exert political power in the shadows by influencing their spouses to achieve a certain political goal. Shakespeare can also portray some women in a way that permits them to be regarded seriously by exploiting the Elizabethan theatre habit of women disguising themselves as men. The women always return to the traditional female role after the plays where he does that, and the resolution is marriage and declarations of their subservience to men. However, every guy in those civilizations is surrounded by women, some weak but many powerful. Even if she may be dressed in clothing that denotes her subservient status, such as head and face coverings, complete body wraps, etc., every man has a grandmother, mother, sister, or daughter who he knows to be powerful. Shakespeare's depiction of powerful women is one of his most intriguing themes. This essay focuses on 10 of the most compelling female characters from the plays he chose.

Hypertension is chronic condition which mostly needs combination treatment for effective clinical management of the disease. Nebivolol is beta blocker agent used to reduce heart rate and hypertension while indapamide is a thiazide diuretics used to remove excess water thus to reduce hypertension. Nebivolol and Indapamide are being used in combination to treat heart failure and hypertension. In present research work, a bilayer tablet formulation containing sustained release indapamide part and immediate release Nebivolol part was prepared and evaluated. Results of the compatibility study revealed that both drugs are compatible with each other as well as with the excipients used in the formulation. Six trial batches of Sustained release Indapamide tablet were prepared using varying amount of HPMC K5, K15 and K100. Batch S6 prepared with HPMC K100 showed optimum drug release and other in vitro parameters. Immediate release layer was also prepared using wet granulation method. Amount of pregelitinised starch, SLS and Croscarmelose sodium was optimized. Among different trials, trial S6 for indapamide SR part and trial I10 for nebivolol IR part showed satisfactory in vitro dissolution profile so these two were selected for the preparation of bilayer tablets. Dissolution profiles of drugs in bilayer tablet were very similar to that of individual part. In vitro evaluation parameters for both individual part and bilayer tablet were found to be in specified and acceptable range. The result of stability study showed no significant change in physical and chemical parameters of the tablet; hence the formulation was found to be stable.

The uncontrolled disposal of yeast factory wastes is not properly designed in most areas. The most common practice followed is evaporation pools or direct discharge for drying on soil which causes severe harm and damages the soil properties affecting its quality and, subsequently deteriorating the quality of groundwater and surface water of the adjoining areas. India being an agriculture-based country has a great demand for water for irrigation purposes. The use of wastewater for irrigation purposes is quite a common practice in India resulting accumulation of toxic substances on the soil. So far there is a lack of reliable information regarding the long-term effects of YFW application on agricultural land. This study assesses the effects of YFW disposal on underlying soil properties in the wider disposal

As we all are familiar with investments, whereas both stock market and crypto market are the element of investment market. In view of the fact that, both crypto and stock market are immense in nature with their own investment prototype and conception. The main aspiration of this study is to recognize the impact and crash of crypto market on Indian stock market, if crypto markets get legitimately authorized in the country. In Indian investment field as of now stock market is ruling the investment sector by its abundant investors. However, there is no lawful consent intended for crypto trading in the country; though countable number of investors is credibly trading in the crypto market due to high rate of returns with in shorter period of time when weigh against stock market.

Wastewater contains elements toxic to humans and the ecosystem discharge of domestic and industrial wastewater of surface or groundwater very dangerous to the environment. Therefore, treatment of any kind of wastewater to produce discharge of good quality is necessary. As such, choosing an effective treatment process is very important. Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) is modification of activated sludge process, which has been successfully used to treat municipal and industrial wastewater. SBR process due to its operational flexibility and excellent process control possibilities is being extensively used for treatment of wastewater. The process is applied to remove nutrients high biochemical oxygen demand, chemical oxygen demands, toxic material such as cyanide, copper, chromium, lead, nickel, total dissolved solids etc. As the SBR process can be effectively automated, it is known to save significant operating expenses and is able to achieve high effluent quality in a very short aeration time. The process advantages are single tank configuration, small foot print, easily expandable, simple operation and low capital costs. SBR process is gaining immense popularity in the recent years and many researches and investigations have been conducted on this treatment technology.

Abstract The framework of gender studies in the present times is relevant as it is the subject, we all want to know about yet we abstain to discuss either due to lack of knowledge or concern. What we understand from the word Human is that we belong to a certain species called homosapiens, who are the most abundant and widespread primate species on the earth, developed with advanced tools, varied cultures, languages, ethnicities, religions, beliefs, understandings, lifestyles and above all these a common bond called Humanity. Compassion, empathy, acceptance and congruence are keys to humanity. We witness life in all its colors, potentials, diversities and divisions. The celebration of being alive, the colors of ethnicities, the thrill of discovering diversities help us understand what it means to be the greatest wonder of the world called Human. So let us try to comprehend what it means by colors, divisions and diversities. KEY WORDS: HOMOSAPIENS, LGBTQIA, GENDER INCLUSIVITY, HIERARCHIZATION, GENDER SENSITIZATION.

Tumor is an abnormal growth of cell in human brain which is fatal if treatment is not provided at right time. Various imaging technique such as MRI, ultrasound are used to detect the tumor. Earlier, initial stage of tumor were detected manually through observation of image by doctors and the results obtained were sometimes inaccurate and process was time consuming due to large volume of data generated by MRI Scan. Automatic classifications methods are required for proper diagnosis of tumors which can be provided by image processing techniques. Image processing techniques involves four stages such as feature extraction, image segmentation, image pre-processing. In this paper a classifier based on a convolution neural network (CNN) is considered. Experimental result shows that CNN provides 97.33% accuracy.
