Liver is an important and major vital organ. It showed an accurate function in metabolism and excretion of drugs from the body. Along with that, it also mimics the metabolism and excretion of medicine. The most important purpose of the liver are carbohydrate, protein, fat metabolism and detoxification, secretion of bile and storage of vitamins. Worldwide toxicity of liver, liver cirrhosis and liver illnesses are the major cause. Liver disease (Hepatic disease) is a term that impacts the cells, tissues, systems or factures of the liver. Liver cell harm resulting from various toxic chemical compounds (along with anti-biotic, chemotherapeutic retailers, thioacetamide and paracetamol and so forth.), excessive alcohol intake and microbes are nicely studied. A number of natural tablets show promising hepatoprotective activities in acute and chronic liver damage. In medication the natural products play an essential role because of their protection, efficacy and price effectiveness. Medicinal plants might also function as vital source of doubtlessly useful for the development of effective therapy to fight several liver diseases. In this review we focused and reviewed the various medicinal plants for hepatoprotective effect against hepatotoxicity and other liver diseases.

The researcher while being the Senior Market Coordinator of the Tarlac City Public Market focused on the evaluation of the implementation of the 2020 Omnibus Market Code of Tarlac City in the areas of Market Stalls, Common Usage Service Areas, and Facilities, Awarding of Market Stalls, Rules and Regulations, and Prohibited Acts, Rates of Market Fees and Charges, Authority to Declare Special Market Zones, Private Markets, Funding of Public Utilities and Other Economic Enterprises, Authority to Allocate Special Market Stalls for the use of Non Traditional market Enterprises, Authority to Allocate Franchise Stalls, Food Terminal, Authority of the Tarlac City Consumer Council, Cancellation of Lease Right and Ejection, Fines and Penalties. The study evaluated the many concerns and obstacles that Tarlac City encountered throughout the installation and execution of its omnibus market code and noted the implications of the study to Public Administration. This study makes used three (3) different tools, including a questionnaire, an interview guide, and a documentary analysis. The results of the survey concluded that the finding that implementation of the Tarlac, through the City Economic Enterprise Management Office (CEEMO), ensures that the Tarlac City Omnibus Market Code is Often implemented. On the other hand, the implementation of the market code in the uptown market is seldom implemented therefore reduces its effectiveness and efficiency. This requires action as the researcher noted action points that may be used. Moreover, it recommends a thorough action plan supported by evidence has to be put up comprehensively to provide the Evaluation of the implementation of the 2020 Omnibus Market Code of Tarlac City. It has been determined that the city may expect and encourage the active cooperation and collaboration between stallholders, market authorities, local market committee and marketgoers to properly implement the provisions of the omnibus market code in response to the challenges the city has encountered in implementing the code.

Medical services is vital to have a decent existence. Nonetheless, it is hard to get the discussion with the specialist for each medical issue. The thought is to make a clinical chatbot utilizing Artificial Intelligence that can analyze the infection and give essential insights concerning the illness prior to counseling a specialist. This will assist with lessening medical care costs and improve availability to clinical information through clinical chatbot. The chatbots are PC programs that utilization normal language to connect with clients. The chatbot stores the information in the data set to distinguish the sentence watchwords and to settle on an inquiry choice and answer the inquiry. Positioning and sentence likeness computation is performed utilizing n-gram, TFIDF and cosine closeness. The score will be acquired for each sentence from the given info sentence and more comparable sentences will be gotten for the question given. The outsider, the master program, handles the inquiry introduced to the bot that isn't perceived or is absent in the data set.

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are stromal cells that have the ability to self-renew and also exhibit multilineage differentiation. MSCs can be isolated from a variety of tissues, such as umbilical cord, endometrial polyps, menses blood, bone marrow, adipose tissue, etc. This is because the ease of harvest and quantity obtained make these sources most practical for experimental and possible clinical applications. Recently, MSCs have been found in new sources, such as menstrual blood and endometrium. The multipotent properties of MSCs make them an attractive choice for possible development of clinical applications. Future studies should explore the role of MSCs in differentiation, transplantation, and immune response in various diseases. Mesenchymal stem cells can also regenerate and repair damaged liver cells. In mouse models of liver fibrosis, mesenchymal stem cells delivered to the liver were shown to improve liver function by reducing inflammation and necrosis and inducing hepatocyte regeneration.

The first tomb built by the Baburids in India is Humayun's Tomb in the early 1900s, it was the first Indian mausoleum to be built in the char bagh style. This Tomb was also the inspiration for the world's most famous mausoleum, the Taj Mahal and it was designated as a UNESCO world historic site in 1993. However, the commander of this exquisite mausoleum and the architectural style chosen is still unknown. We shall try to identify the commander of Humayun's Tomb and determine which architectural styles were used and whose traditions were used to influence this legacy in this study. Furthermore, we examined the restoration of this tomb and how it has evolved over time, depending on whether it was maintained by the local government or by private citizens. Some of the changes have also occurred as a result of significant events in India's history. The Aga Khan Trust for Culture (AKTC) recently rebuilt the complex, jeopardizing the preservation of major historic events that occurred there.

The purposed study was to attempt the preparation of sustained released microspheres with thenatural polymers. The main obstacle in the preparation of the microsphere was the swelling ability and solubility of the banana flour that the microspheres. This restricts the preparation of microspheres of Venlafaxine HCL by simple techniques of double emulsion technique. In the present study the sustained release microspheres were attempted to prepare with Banana flour as a main natural polymer and xanthan gum, gaur gum as a co-polymer. The ionic gelation technique was used to prepare sustained release microspheres with Venlafaxine HCL. The prepared microspheres were characterized for scanning electron microscopy and micromeritic properties. Other studies like drug content, drug entrapment efficiency and drug release studies were also caried out. The resulting microspheres of batch V4 were found to be shown good at drug content , drug entrapment efficiency and also the drug release studies which was found to be 97.08%. From this study we can conclude that the microspheres can be prepared using banana powder as a natural polymer.

Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) are currently a prominent research area in medicine and it is believed that they will receive extensive application to biomedical systems in the next few years. At the moment, the research is mostly on modeling parts of the human body and recognizing diseases from various scans (e.g. cardiograms, CAT scans, ultrasonic scans, etc.). Neural networks (NN) are ideal in recognizing diseases using scans since there is no need to provide a specific algorithm on how to identify the disease. Neural networks learn by example so the details of how to recognize the disease are not needed. The present paper focuses on the Artificial Neural Network and its application in medicine or medical research. This paper will also provide an up-to-date introduction to the increasingly important area of Artificial Neural Networks in medical, and its implementation in the form of technological innovations for medicine and Medical Diagnosis System

Ayurveda Aims to Maintain the health of a healthy person and to cure the diseases of the patients. Ayurveda has given three sub pillars-Ahara, Nidra, Bramhacharya, which supports the body itself, Ahara is one among them. The food articles which maintain the equilibrium of dhatus are to be regarded as Hita Ahara, otherwise, they are Ahita Ahara. Such physicians are conversant with the Ahara dravyas in ascertaining the Hita Ahara in practice according to the disease and Patient. Hence an attempt is made here to throw light on the Concept of Hita and Ahita Ahara in Charaka Samhita.

Despite the reality that plastic waste is among the biggest ecological problems of our period, there still is a lack of knowledge on the local delivery of plastic products, which really is necessary to minimise its detrimental impacts and to develop mitigation strategies. The handling of plastic garbage is indeed a worldwide issue. Scientists have developed computerized management approaches that improve the effectiveness of the reprocessing since manual garbage disposal is a difficult and expensive operation. Artificial intelligence (AI), particularly deep reading, and picture processing algorithms can be used to autonomously identify plastic debris from of the waste disposal belt. Large categories of materials including papers, plastics, metals, & glasses are all subject to the same waste management techniques and procedures. The hardest issue, though, is to distinguish among various item kinds inside the group, for instance, to separate various glass or plastic hues. It is significant since some forms of polymer may be recycled (PET can be converted into polyester material). They must therefore determine how to segregate such garbage. Utilizing in-depth training and convolutional neural network (CNN) is one of the potentials. Plastic products, particularly those polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, and polystyrene, are the largest source of domestic waste. The primary issue addressed in this article is how to develop an automation process for disposing of plastic garbage that can sort waste into PET, PP, HDPE, and LDPE types and operate in either a filter plant or a resident's house. To find rubbish that really can help with resolving urban waste issues, we've proposed an approach it can be used on mobile devices

Advances in imaging technology have made the capture and display of digital images ubiquitous. A variety of displays are used to view them, ranging from high-resolution computer monitors to low-resolution mobile devices, and images often have to undergo changes in size and aspect ratio to adapt to di?erent screens. Also, displaying and printing documents with embedded images frequently entail resizing of the images to comply with the overall layout. Straightforward image resizing operators, such as scaling, often do not produce satisfactory results, since they are oblivious to image content. In this work, we review and categorize algorithms for content-aware image retargeting, i.e., resizing an image while taking its content into consideration to preserve important regions and minimize distortions. This is a challenging problem, as it requires preserving the relevant information while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing image for the user. The techniques typically start by computing an importance map which represents the relevance of every pixel, and then apply an operator that resizes the image while taking into account the importance map and additional constraints. We intend this review to be useful to researchers and practitioners interested in image retargeting

Concrete is a major civil engineering construction material, because the ingredients of concrete are locally available materials. Generally, the cement is used as major binding material. The usage of cement in concrete causes lot of environmental pollution due to emission of greenhouse gases so that, it is necessary to reduce usage of cement by introducing new supplementary cementitious materials which are the by-products of industries to reduce debris. Rice husk ash (RHA) is an agricultural based pozzolanic material, generated by rice mills in huge quantities. This paper summarizes the experimental work on concrete in which Plain Portland cement (PPC) cement were replaced by Rice husk ash (RHA). Concrete specimens were prepared with 5%, 10% and 15% % RHA as a replacement of cement by weight, The most important mechanical property of concrete is compressive strength and it is evaluated on 150 mm sized cubes. The compressive strength is obtained for 7 and 28 days strength and results are analysed.
