Indian securities market is a highly volatile and sensitive market where portfolio construction is highly important to get good returns. Risk and recovery relationships are an important part of investing in decision-making. Although studies have examined the risks and relationships of relapses, the investor remains willing to invest in a high-yield and low-risk financial institution; and it is very necessary to create a portfolio that meets the goals and objectives of investors. The investor is trying to make a high profit with minimal risk. The main focus of this research is to construct an optimal portfolio with the help of CAPM. In this research, banks and companies has been taken into consideration for constructing the optimum portfolio. Eight banks and companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Infosys, L&T, Reliance Insurance, Bharthi Airtel, NTPC and Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd been selected and excess to beta ratio has been calculated and ranked the companies based on that ratio. The cut-off point was calculated based on the highest value and cut-off point should be used to calculate the proportion of money to be invested in each stocks. This research findings and suggestions would be helpful to investors for investing in banks and companies.

The main objective behind the facial recognition system is the certitude that every person has a unique face. As we know that every person has unique fingerprint, similarly every individual face have unique features. Here we use features of face of an individual. We can stored the features of the faces of many individuals and they can be identified according to their face features. Facial testimony and facial recognition are difficult and challenging piece of work. For facial recognition systems to be authentic, they must work accurately and precisely. The facial recognition technique captured the image using the camera and mapping it for comparison to the images stored in the database. If the captured image is matched with any of the stored images then it shows face matched otherwise it shows face not matched. This paper elaborates in detail the entire process of facial recognition system using OpenCV library. We use Har cascading algorithm using OpenCV library for the face detection.

Over the past three decades, a great deal of interest has been generated regarding the use of structural protective systems to mitigate the effects of dynamic environmental hazards, such as vibration, on mechanical engineering structures and automobile sectors for human comfort, earthquakes and strong wind, on civil engineering structures. These systems usually employ supplemental damping devices to increase the energy dissipation capability of the protected structure. One of the most promising new devices proposed for structural protection is magneto rheological (MR) fluid dampers. MR fluids possess rheological properties, which can be changed in a controlled way. These rheological changes are reversible and dependent on the strength of an excitation magnetic field. MR fluids have potentially beneficial applications when placed in various applied loading (shear, valve and squeeze) modes. Magneto rheological dampers, or as they are more commonly called, MR dampers, are being developed for a wide variety of applications where controllable damping is desired. MR fluid dampers have the capability of changing their effective damping force depending on the current input to the damper. These applications include dampers for automobiles, heavy trucks, prosthetic limbs, gun recoil systems, bicycles, and possibly others related to mechanical discipline like brake, clutch etc. Magneto rheological (MR) fluid dampers having very good mechanical simplicity, high dynamic range, low power requirements, large force capacity, and robust ness, this class of devices has been shown to mesh well with application demands and constraints to offer an attractive means of protecting infrastructure systems. This work issues the design and analysis of the linear magneto rheological damper. Basic information concerning the characteristics of the typical magneto rheological fluid and the damper incorporating it, were presented with the detail description of the applied fluid developed in our premises. With reference to the computations, the prototype damper was designed, manufactured and tested under different operating conditions. Performed calculations were verified with the experimental results and their accuracy was evaluated. The conclusions and observations from the research were compiled in the summary.

Single crystals are a type of solid state material that can be classed, depending on the arrangement of the component atoms, ions, or molecules, polycrystals and amorphous materials are formed. An ideal crystal is an infinite lattice of atoms arranged in patterns that repeat with repeat distances in all three dimensions. Real crystals are limited in size and contain defects. Crystal growth is a multidisciplinary field that encompasses physics, chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, metallurgy, crystallography, and mineralogy. The presence of functional groups and modes of vibration of crystals were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared analysis. The absorption spectrum revealed that the crystal possess lower UV cut off wavelength. UV- visible analysis revealed that the ZTS crystal is good in quality and optically transparent. Microhardness study indicates that the crystal belongs to the class of soft materials. The Thermo gravimetric analysis confirmed that the grown pure, 1 mole % and 2 mole % of KI doped ZTS crystals are thermally stable up to 236.92?C, 238.77?C and 242.52?C respectively. The SHG efficiency of KI doped ZTS crystal is enhanced by KI dopant. Elemental compositions of grown crystals were obtained by using Energy Dispersive X-ray analysis.

Abstract: The concept of regional Economic Development in India has emerged due to the fact that India is a large federal nation and there are widespread disparities in the levels of economic and social development among different regions of the Indian nation. Indian economy started its journey to economic development from a closed economic set-up having considerable faith in centralized planning and with commanding heights reserved for the public sector. At the initial stages of national economic development economic disparities got increased and as a result there arose the necessity of initiating deliberate policy measures to curb these regional disparities. Having recognized the existence of widespread heterogeneity among the regions and their accompanying problems decentralized planning technique has been adopted. The idea of Decentralized planning has been familiar to planners for a long time with a view to achieve development of widely dispersed areas and to provide solution to locality specific problems. The second and the third plans had mentioned local horizontal plans, preparation of state plans based on district and block level plans and devolution of responsibilities to Panchayeti Raj Institutions. However these ideas did not really take off, particularly due to inadequacy of planning capabilities at such levels. With the outbreak of COVID-19 and consequent lockdown the entire economy has become a sufferer. Complete stoppage of production of goods and services has wiped out the supply chain. . COVID has hit the external sector as well. Within a moment of time nothing can be changed much. Gradual recovery process with conscious and judicious efforts is to be started.

Current trends in construction industry demands taller and lighter structures, which are also more flexible and having quite low damping value. This increases failure possibilities and also problems from serviceability point of view. Now-a-days several techniques are available to minimize the vibration of the structure, out of the several techniques available for vibration control, concept of using TMD is a newer one. This study was made to study the effectiveness of using TMD for controlling vibration of structure. At first a numerical algorithm was developed to investigate the response of a shear building fitted with a TMD. Then another numerical algorithm was developed to investigate the response of a 2D frame model fitted with a TMD. A total of three loading conditions were applied at the base of the structure. First one was a sinusoidal loading, the second one was corresponding to compatible time history as per spectra of IS-1894 (Part -1):2002 for 5% damping at rocky soil with (PGA = 1g) and the third one was 1940 El Centro Earthquake record with (PGA = 0.313g). From the study it was found that, TMD can be effectively used for vibration control of structures. TMD was more effective when damping ratio of the structure is less. Gradually increasing the mass ratio of the TMD results in gradual decrement in the displacement response of the structure.

This research is a field research conducted by interview and observation by utilizing literature using fikh books both classical and contemporary. The results of the study show that various models of sharia contracts on the use of inheritance can be carried out by the community such as Mudarabah, Musyarakah, Ijarah, muzara'ah, mukhabrah and musaqah. , rahn / pawn, and waqf. These various sharia contracts can be carried out both between the heirs and the heirs with other parties. To strengthen the implementation of this sharia contract, it is necessary to carry out a written contract in order to strengthen the process of realizing the contract and assist the interests of each party and for their benefit. Of course, the application of this contract can be carried out based on various principles, both economic principles, maqashid, contract principles and customary inheritance law principles

Ahara is ranked first, indicating the importance of maintaining and sustaining life. The foundation of dietetics is the Ahara-vidhi-vidhana mentioned in Ayurvedic literature, which specifies the practice of Ahara, i.e., ushna, snigdha, matravata (appropriate quantity), and jirne ashniyat (food after digestion of previous meal). Acharya Charak has provided ahara vidhi vidhan (dietary guidelines) that can help prevent various illnesses caused by poor eating habits. Each component is given a scientific explanation. Diet and intake methods play a vital role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Dietary guidelines and practises are useful in maintaining health as well as curing various illnesses. Ayurvedic classics are a treasure trove of excellent ideas; yet, in today's society, no one seems to care about one's health or the repercussions of one's eating and drinking habits, which leads to a variety of illnesses. When it comes to dietetics, knowing when to eat and when not to eat is crucial, since many diseases may be avoided just by changing one's eating habits. In light of this, the current literary research aims to discover Ayurvedic dietary ethics. In order to validate the literary allusions, the study also suggests that there is a large scope of scientific testing in this area.

Under the study of the origins and development of the Abstract Expressionism movement, this article would show the comparative analysis of the creative process of the pictorial work of the South East Asian, Malaysian artist Awang Damit Ahmad and the South American, Peruvian artist Fernando de Szyszlo Valdelomar. The visual development of each artist is the subject of artistic expression which is intrinsic to them. In this parallel practice of both artists the study of the visual language and expressive elements are identified. This shows in one hand that through their symbolic language they create life, death, and love and on another it also shows an intimate sense of the personal struggle of Awang Damit Ahmad as it is expressed throughout his artworks; and Fernando de Szyszlo, expressing his mythical language of the pre-Columbian images that he built to form a coherent metaphor. Finally, this paper also evaluated the intercultural references that are part of the visual artistic expression and language of both artists, their artistic practices that produces a pictorial and a cultural proposal.

Automatic text summarization is a method to generate summary of any input text. Commonly, it is classified as extractive summarization or abstractive summarization. Extractive summarization is used for extracting important sentences, whereas, abstractive summarization is used to generate entirely new phrase. The proposed method uses a hybrid approach, in which both extractive and abstractive summarization is performed. So, the generated abstractive summary will only have the important data obtained from the extractive summary. This will help to remove irrelevant information, and will produce more grammatically correct summary of any input text. In our study, we have found our method is performing better than some other summarization techniques. The hybrid approach helped to produce more precise summary in abstractive form. The proposed method produced an average ROUGE score of 0.239.
