The main aim of this project is to control the devices and to ask the basic needs like water, food or medicine by using MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems) technology. MEMS is a Micro Electro Mechanical Sensor which is a highly sensitive sensor and capable of detecting the tilt. This sensor finds the tilt is to the right side then the device will be on for the first time then next time it will be off. In the same way, if the tilt is to the left side then another device is going to be controlled. The tilt is in upwards or downward direction the related need will be announced. This device is very helpful for paralysis and physically challenged persons. This device is portable and this system operation is entirely driven by wireless technology. User can wear it to his head like a band and can operate it by tilting the MEMS sensor. This project makes use of a Relay for switching the devices and APR-9600 voice chip for audio announcements and Micro controller, which is programmed, with the help of embedded C instructions. The MEMS based sensor detects the tilt and provides the information to the microcontroller. And the controller judges whether the instruction is right movement or left movement instruction and controls the operation respectively.

Data migration is the process of selecting, preparing, extracting, and transforming data and permanently transferring it from one computer storage system to another. Additionally, the validation of migrated data for completeness and the decommissioning of legacy data storage are considered part of the entire data migration process. Data migration is a key consideration for any system implementation, upgrade, or consolidation, and it is typically performed in such a way as to be as automated as possible, freeing up human resources from tedious tasks. Cloud migration comes along with both challenges and advantages, so there are different academic research and technical applications on data migration to the cloud. Data migration occurs for a variety of reasons, including server or storage equipment replacements, maintenance or upgrades, application migration, website consolidation, disaster recovery, and data center relocation

The use of waste material like crumb rubber in road construction is being increasingly encouraged, so to reduce the environmental impact. The rubber tyre waste increasing rapidly due to rise in automobiles/vehicles. Tyres from vehicles is made up of synthetic crumb rubber. Disposal of these rubber is a serious environmental problem. This waste rubber can be used to partially replaced the conventional material which is lead to improve the mechanical characteristics of road. Concrete is a composite material consist of cement, water, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate. High strength concrete was prepared of w/c 0.35. In this present study a comparison is carried out between the conventional concrete blocks and the advanced concrete blocks which is made-up of partially replacing fine aggregate with crumb rubber, i.e. 2%, 4% and 6% of unit weight of sand and analyse them.

Human resource management plays a significant role in ensuring that a firm realized its mission, goals, and objectives. To determine the importance of HRM within the insurance industry, this paper specifically focused on the Well Point, one of the leading health insurance companies in the India. After critically analyzing the operations of the firm and supporting the findings with the arguments from the literature that was covered, it emerged that the Well Point group takes into consideration several measures to ensure that its recruitment and selection process is effective and efficient. First, the company undertakes a rigorous procedure to ensure that the jobs that have been designed specifically meet the needs and requirements of the firm and its clientele and most importantly, the job description attracts only qualified candidates to apply for the posts. More stringent measures are also taken to ensure that the interviewing, selection, training, placement, and supervisory processes are conducted in a manner that is considered fair, transparent, and consistent with the values, rules, and regulations of the organization. These considerations not only ensure that Life Insurance Corporation comprises of the most qualified personnel who make up its workforce but also increases their level of motivation and productivity hence ensuring that the firm stands at a competitive edge over its rivals in the short run and in the long run

Electric vehicles (EVs) have actually pulled in critical thought accordingly did the headway of the battery developments. Yet the battery development has been basically front line, the open batteries don't totally fulfill the energy needs of the EV power use. One of the central requests is non-monotonic use of energy joined by unremitting changes during the battery conveying participation. This is incredibly malevolent to the electrochemical course of the battery. A practical arrangement is to couple the battery with a supercapacitor, which is by and large an electrochemical cell with a relative arrangement, however with a higher rate limit and better cyclability. In this plan, the supercapacitor can give the wealth energy required while the battery neglects to do taking everything into account. In any case the battery and supercapacitor as the singular units, organizing the arrangement of the relating cream system as indicated by an electrical planning viewpoint is of most outrageous importance. The current creation studies the new works provided for the utilization of various battery/supercapacitor cross variety systems in EVs.

Dosage form means a suitable form of drug administration. These are essentially pharmaceutical products in the form in which they are marketed for use, typically involving a mixture of active drug components and nondrug components (excipients), along with other non-reusable material that may not be considered either ingredient or packaging [1]. The term unit dose can also sometimes be encompasnon-reusable packaging as well (especially when each drug product is individually packaged, although the FDA distinguishes that by unit-dose "packaging" or "dispensing.". Depending on the context, mthe multiunit dose can refer to distinct drug products packaged together, or to a single drug product containing multiple drugs and/or doses. The term dosage form can also sometimes refer only to the chemical formulation of a drug product's constituent drug substance(s) and any blends involved, without considering matters beyond that (like how it's ultimately configured as a consumable product such as a capsule, patch, etc.). Because of the somewhat vague boundaries and unclear overlap of these terms and certain variants and qualifiers thereof within the pharmaceutical industry, caution is often advisable when conversing with someone who may be unfamiliar with another person's use of the term.[2,3]

The rapid growth of the global drone industry and particularly that of Europe has brought about a revolution in urban air mobility. The current Air Traffic Management rules cannot not directly apply to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and therefore their integration into the airspace is associated with several challenges. Drones are operated without a pilot onboard, they fly at low altitudes, they are numerous, and therefore not compatible with the rules designed for manned aviation. This creates challenges ranging from safety, privacy, the management of traffic between the drones and manned aviation. In Europe, the European Union adopted the U-Space regulatory framework (EU Regulations 2019/947 and 945 representing the Commission Implementing Regulation and the Commission Delegated Regulation) in April 2021 which provides a set of technical requirements, services, and operational standards for drones in the Open, Specific and Certified categories of the U-Space Airspace. This U-Space concept aims at facilitating the integration of drones in the European airspace in a safe and efficient manner. This paper examined what challenges currently impede the smooth integration of drones into the European airspace. To effectively answer the problem at stake, a qualitative research method is used. It involved an exploratory process by means of in-depth interviews conducted with industry players including manufactures, service providers, regulators, and drone insurance companies. A total of 12 stakeholders participated in the interview sessions which were virtually conducted and lasted an average of 45 minutes. The results from the interview reveal that there are certain barriers that currently impede the smooth integration of drones in the European airspace including the dynamics of the U-Space regulation itself, segregation of airspace management, bureaucratic and administrative processes, etc. The study recommends a reinforced collaboration between public and private stakeholders to achieve the objectives of U-Space. The study concludes that the drone industry is very important in the growth of the EU member states and the U-Space regulation is the solution to the safe integration of drones in the airspace.

Wildlife forensics deals with the identification of the animals and animal products that are confiscated during smuggling, trading, and illegal possession of the animals. Though identification of species can be done physically, it is not be possible at all times. However, identification at molecular level is one of the fail proof method to make sure of the animal in possession. Chrysopelea ornata also known as gliding snake, golden tree snake and ornate flying snake is unique in reptiles, as it is the only snake species from Colubridae family that can modify its body to glide from one tree to another. This makes the snake one of the exotic pet in trade. Over the years, researchers have standardised the identification of any animal species and its by-products with the help of DNA barcoding. Animal by products that are caught during smuggling or possession of those by products that are illegal to possess with oneself are at times hard to identify from the fake ones. Among the genes that are used to identify the animal are COX1 or COI, CYT-B, 12s and 16s. Along with the above-mentioned genes, it has proven that COX2 gene can also be used to identify the species. This research for the first time has isolated COX2 region of Chrysopelea ornate and has submitted it to NCBI. Which will be helpful in identification of Chrysopelea ornata.

Material selection is a delicate process, typically hinged on a number of factors which can be either cost or environmental related. This process becomes more complicated when designers are faced with several material options of building elements and each option can be supplied by different suppliers whose selection criteria may affect the budgetary and environmental requirements of the project. This paper presents the development of a decision support system based on the integration of building information models, a modified harmony search algorithm and supplier performance rating. The system is capable of producing the cost and environmental implications of different material combinations or building designs. A case study is presented to illustrate the functionality of the developed system.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a widespread need for social distancing in order to slow the spread of the disease. In many cases, this has meant the closure of public spaces and the implementation of strict rules regarding the maximum number of people who can be in a given space at one time. However, enforcing these rules can be difficult, particularly in large spaces. In this paper, we propose a system for automatically monitoring social distancing in public spaces using a combination of person detection and tracking. Our system is based on the YOLO v3 object detection algorithm, which we fine-tune for better performance on person detection. We then use the deep sort algorithm to track the detected people and ensure that they are complying with social distancing rules. Our system is capable of monitoring multiple people simultaneously and can provide alerts if people are not following the rules. Overall, our system provides a simple and effective way to monitor social distancing in public places. It is accurate, scalable, and can be easily deployed in a wide range of settings. Our system achieves an accuracy of 97.5% for person detection and 95.4% for social distancing compliance.
