 Abstract

Our nineteenth century social thinkers visualised the social degeneration, seeing our inadequate education system, the pitiable condition of the masses, the narrow lanes of religion, the less privileged location of women, and tried to sensitise the society. Their responses to society and nation as relevant as they were in their own days. The present paper aims at reflecting upon the thinking of Swami Vivekananda how he formulated his ideas of religion to create a better society, and how his ideas are relevant in the contemporary sense.

 Abstract

The concepts of GMP is not new, it is from ancient times. The concept required for GMP are explained in this report. The main purpose of GMP is preventing mistakes and errors involved in any manufacturing activities. To achieve agreement of guidelines and laws of the manufacturing of medical products for human use there are some public and also private organizations institutes and regulatory authorities who work and cooperate with pharmaceutical industry. GMP guidelines provide minimum requirements for pharmaceutical or a food product manufacturer must meet to assure that the products are of high quality and do not pose any risk to the consumer or public. Good manufacturing practices (GMP) is a part of quality assurance which ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled to the quality standards appropriate to their intended use and as required by the marketing authorization.

 Abstract

The thought of a Sustainable Village is brought up by development in the geographic region that has solutions to issues that occurred and improves the standard of life. In most rural areas, the issues found - low economic condition, smart quality education, water management system, waste management system, and restricted access to technology, due to this there's a lack of awareness regarding schemes and subsidies in varied areas provided by the government. The project work is applied to implement a sustainable village model that's capable to be a model for every village to develop towards a higher future. In major agricultural countries, the main part of the offered land is roofed by the agricultural areas; but, they typically stay outside the thought of innovative development processes. Still, rural areas have potential and are very important for implementing the extremely valid thought of persistent and sustainable development. The main aim of this project is to gift the sustainable village system thought as a way sensing weather parameters, soil moisture detector, LDR primarily based street light and every one of the parameters square measure uploaded to cloud platform, farmers will monitor remotely and a few schemes and subsidies in varied areas provided by the government, also are displayed and it may be conveyed to farmers through peer entity as they lack education. The sustainable village thought may help facilitate the sustainable development of rural areas.

 Abstract

Speaking disability community use hand gestures as a communication tool with the abled community. It is useful for connecting people with computers. This paper mainly focuses on converting sign language that has been communicated through the means of digital media such as live video chats, video messages, etc. to text. The speech-impaired individual performs the necessary signs/gestures that indicate the message they want to convey to the camera that records the video. This video is then pre-processed and implemented in the model that has been trained to recognize similar object patterns in videos. The model is trained using a dataset comprising of images. The model is then checked for accuracy and necessary steps are taken to ensure that it predicts accurately. This model is used to recognize sign language gestures performed by speech-impaired individuals for easier communication.

 Abstract

Bacteria that colonize plant roots and promote plant growth and their yield are referred to as plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR). In this regard soil sample was collected from rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric region of a potted plant and preserved in polythene bag, later serial dilution was performed and incubated on LB media. For identification and characterization of bacterial species, combinations of DNA barcoding, biochemical tests- ammonia test, KOH test, organic acid test, catalase test, methyl red and voges-proskauer test, oxidase test and Sanger sequencing was performed. In this study, we have targeted universal gene 16srRNA for sequencing. The obtained species were identified as Achromobacter xylosoxidans 17SIN-B2, Brevibacillus brevis strain JZY2-32, Bacillus subtilis subsp. Subtilis strain WXZP9, Serratia sp. XT-1 and Achromobacter xylosoxidans strain MT3, which are PGPR bacteria help in growth of plant.

 Abstract

The current work uses a study of fundamental thermodynamical features( product of thermal expansion coefficient and bulk modulus remains constant under pressure) to describe the behaviour of certain nanomaterials with equal first order pressure derivatives of bulk modulus under high pressure . Different Equation of states [EOS] have been applied and compared with the experimental result. An equation is formulated and is used to investigate the isothermal compression of nanomaterials i.e.?-Fe2O3, CuO, AlN, TiO2(anatase phase) , Ni(20nm),Ge(49nm),CNT(single walled Corban Nanotube, CdSe (Rock salt Phase) . Moreover the present EOS model specifies close conformity with the experimental data. This demonstrates the legitimacy of the current strategy ,the obtained results are discovered to be in perfect agreement with the experimental data that is already known, proving the correctness of the formulation used in this study.

 Abstract

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) can cause adverse consequences to both mothers and their newborns. However, pregnant women living in low- and middle-income areas or countries often fail to receive early clinical interventions at local medical facilities due to restricted availability of GDM diagnosis. The outstanding performance of artificial intelligence (AI) in disease diagnosis in previous studies demonstrates its promising applications in GDM diagnosis. Candidate predictors included maternal demographic characteristics and medical history (maternal factors) and laboratory values at early pregnancy. The models were derived from the first 70% of the data and then validated with the next 30%. Variables were trained in different deep learning models and traditional logistic regression models. Deep Learning classification algorithms like Support Vector Machines (SVM), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) etc., are used in the prediction of gestational diabetes mellitus. Different validation dataset is used in the prediction of GDM and fetal monitoring. Different scientific approaches based on deep learning in the field of GDM prediction research for collecting the evidence based descriptions related to deep learning classification techniques are described in this paper. The survey on the analysis of fetal monitoring system has been presented and review to describe the performance patterns and impact of research in the area of GDM prediction. The limitations and advantages of the paper are also discussed.
