Since ancient time the teachers are respected in India like God in our vedas it's said ????????????? ????????????? ?????????? ????????, ????? ????????? ???????? ????? ???? ????? ??? it means The guru is Brahm?, the guru is Vi??u, the guru is Mahe?vara (?iva), the guru is the self-revealing limitless Brahman. Salutations to that revered guru.even Kothari commission said ,"Future of India is building in its classroom".Teachers are those who gives birth to other professions therefore importance of teachers becomes more important by which education a person become teacher is known as teachers education and those people who teach students in teachers education that how to become teachers are known as teachers educators .The history of modern teacher education in India is given by Britishers The first normal school was established under the management and with the finances of the British government in Madras(Chennai) in June 1826. At the beginning it was prepared teachers for district schools. Later, this normal school developed into the Presidency College. Bombay(Mumbai) started a normal school in the year 1847 in the Elphinstone Institution and Calcutta(Kolkata) also started a normal school in the year 1849 Wood's Despatch 1854, on education brought out the need for teachers' training, as it desired" to see the establishment of training schools and classes for masters in each presidency in India." The grant- in-aid rules framed made a provision of salary grant to those schools only having teachers who had obtained a certificate of teacher trainingtion. The lady Irwin College set-up in New Delhi. Andhra University stated a new degree in teachers education named B.Ed in 1932. Bombay launched a post Graduate degree in M.Ed in 1936.In 1937, M.K. Gandhi convened Wardha Educational Conference and propounded a new system of education popularly known as 'Basic Education'. Gandhiji felt the need of making teacher-training more practical and functional. He introduced craft-centred education for child, correlated with life situations. With this, the emphasis in teacher-training now shifted to the type of education which was practical and based on the needs of the pupils and the community. This basic Education stated by Mahatma Gandhi leading to the training of teachers for basic schools. In 1938, a Basic Training College was set-up at Allahabad .While after independence all teachers training courses were controlled by N.C.E.R.T later on after the recommendations of Education Commission 1966 an autonomous body was set up in 1973 to regulate teachers education and after Education policy of the 1986 and 1991 N.C.T.E has become statuary body at present time every teacher education course has to be recognized by N.C.T.E . Following are some programs of teachers education which are approved by N.C.T.E

The healthy newborn infant born at term between 38 and 42 weeks, cries immediately after birth, establishes independent rhythmic respiration, quickly adapts with the extra-uterine environment, having an average birth weight and no congenital anomalies [1]. Some parents and their family members adjust easily to the new changes in their lifestyles, whereas others find it difficult to cope with these changes and feel varying degrees of turmoil and anxiety [2]. This is especially true if the baby is not the robust, healthy, lovable infant who was expected [3].

Abstract : The most frequently utilized structure material worldwide is concrete. Concrete that has been strengthened with short, irregular fiber is known as fiber reinforced concrete( FRC). The fiber used in FRC can be made of a variety of accoutrements , including glass, aramid, asbestos, polypropylene, jute, steel ,G.I., carbon, and others. The compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact strength of concrete can all be significantly bettered by including this fiber into the concrete mass. FRC has multitudinous uses in the world of civil engineering. steel fiber reinforced concrete( SFRC) cell and cylinder samples with fiber of 0 and 0.50 volume bit of hook end have been constructed grounded on the laboratory trial on fiber reinforce concrete( FRC). Without amalgamation,53.8550 steel fiber comprising 0 and 0.25 percent by weight of cement with a 12 mm cut length were employed. This composition proved the salutary effect of colorful fibers with chance increase in contraction and splitting enhancement of instance at 7 by comparing the results of FRC with plain M30 grade concrete. The perceptivity of adding fibers to concrete with different strengths was examined after 7 and 28 days.

As a management concept, corporate social responsibility (CSR) integrates social and environmental concerns with the interests of business partners and stakeholders. Section 135 of the 2013 Companies Act governs India's CSR industry. For the first time, India has made corporate social responsibility (CSR) a legal requirement and created a framework for selecting appropriate CSR operations. The evaluation of direct and indirect changes to the target beneficiaries and the environment around them by CSR projects is called 'Impact Assessment Studies'. This study proposes a legislative framework for implementing CSR in company law efficiently. In this we study the evolving CSR regime in India and emphasizes significant characteristics of the developing frameworks. It begins an outline of the new Companies Act of 2013, and corporate governance reform to comprehend backgrounds of CSR regime in India.

The Internet of Things (IoT) must be able to include a huge number of various and heterogeneous end systems transparently and smoothly, while also allowing open access to specified subsets of data for the development of a plethora of digital services. Building a generic architecture for the Internet of Things is thus a very hard endeavour, owing to the incredibly wide range of devices, connection layer technologies, and services that may be included in such a system. One of our key environmental issues has been solid waste management, which, in addition to disrupting the environment's equilibrium, has negative consequences on society's health. One of the most pressing issues of our day is the identification, monitoring, and management of trash. The conventional method of physically monitoring rubbish in waste bins is a complex, time-consuming procedure that requires more human effort, time, and money and is in no way compatible with modern technology. This is a sophisticated way of trash management that is automated. This IoT Garbage Monitoring Technology idea is an extremely unique system that will assist to keep cities clean. This system monitors the garbage bins and provides information on the amount of waste collected in the bins via a web page. All information is also sent to waste collection vehicles via this website.

In any construction design, the important thing is economy. Economy is a great thing of concern since past years. Several techniques are being adopted to achieve it. Bamboo can be used as a structural replacement for steel. One of the properties that would make bamboo good substitute to steel in reinforced concrete is its strength. This study aims to determine the mechanical properties of bamboos which can be used as data for construction of a low-cost structure. Two types of bamboo, Dendrocalamus Strictus and Balcooa Bambusa are selected as tested materials. In order to determine the compression and tensile testing we use (IS 6874:2008). According to IS specifications samples are taken from top, middle and bottom location of bamboo. Compressive strength of dry bamboo is greater than that of wet bamboo for both the species, it is adequate to use dry bamboo as structural element. From this finding, it assures that flexural strength of bamboo is 3/4th of the steel reinforcement. Bamboo cannot be employed as a main structural member in buildings and other heavy engineering works but can be used for partition walls, ceilings, roofs and other areas of light weigh engineering construction that is not heavy load bearing

Himachal Pradesh since its formation has been dominated by the leadership emanating from the Khasas of the Sirmour and Mashu Hills. Colonial state has enumerated Khasa tribe as warriors of the hill thus categorising them as Rajputs.Although their cousins in Garhwal were categorised subsequently as Scheduled tribe.Even in Himachal communities living in Kinnaur , Lahaul & Spiti , Pangi and Gaddis of Bharmour also got their tribal status but within these communities also existed the concept of castes and a sense of social differentiation. Now the Trans-Giri region of Sirmour has been witnessing a political mobilisation to gain tribal status from Khasas of this region but the pre-recognized Scheduled Caste community in this region may not feel this movement as just. Democracy and adoption of the constitutional values has led to the great political awareness among the castes like Giraths , Jihirs, Kolis, Chamars , Dumans who were traditionally categorised into less pure and inferior categories in Himachal. Colonial records of the regions can also give a glimpse of the community and caste based mobilisation. The 1925 edition of the District Gazetteer mentions an ongoing struggle between the Girths and the Rajputs because the Girths were challenging the restrictions imposed upon them by the Rajputs to claim higher status in the varna hierarchy. This conflict asserted itself in the economic dimension when Girths demanded a better share of the crops which Rajputs landlords were denying. Rajputs started witnessing erosion of their status hierarchy and to balance the scale they reached an agreement with Kolis and in return offered them clean caste status. Kolis always believed in their Kshatriya origin although they accepted the myth of being fallen from grace. These castes were after the 1936 census were categorised into Schedule Caste and after Independence others like Girths were categorised as OBCs due to their related backwardness and pressure of competitive politics. Before independence Kolis of Kangra fought in Lahore High Court their enumeration in SC categories and they had got a decision in their favour and Mandi Koli association also fought their case against inclusion into SC category after the formation of state. But subsequently old generations of Koli leadership faced backlash from the youths of their own community who started enjoying fruits of reservation in jobs, and political representation in SC seats in the Legislative assembly. They chose economic and political grains over alleviating themselves in the ladder of Varna vyavastha which their older generation has fought before the implementation of affirmative action programmes.

Gibberellic acid (GA3) is a plant hormone that stimulate the growth, cell expansion, division and development of a plant. They are an important natural phytohormone, a member of gibberellin family. It was discovered in 1930. It has a wide application in agriculture area and in horticulture. Gibberellin can be obtained from fungi, bacteria, and plants. Fungi especially Gibberella Fuzikuroi are preferred for gibberellic acid production. Bacillus, pseudomonas and Rhizobacteria isolates were isolated and characterized by Gram staining, motility test, plating on selective medium and performing biochemical test are done for the production of Gibberellic Acid. It effects stem elongation, elimination of dormancy, germination, flowering, sex expression, leaf and fruit senescence. Along with development there is an interaction of different environment stress situation viz., light, temperature, nitrogen and water etc. Its production by fermentation and new advances that are being carried out with special interest on SMF technique
