The study of Public Administration in India is quite different from the Western approach. It depends upon the interrelationship of the different stakeholders of our Democracy and so the research techniques adopted should be contextual and real-time rather than theoretical. There is a lack of scholars engaged in active research in this discipline and also a gap in understanding the essence of the subject. The research methods are highly dynamic and varied but the researchers suffer from lack of institutional support and this hampers the growth of the subject. Survey research methods are most acceptable but after avoiding extraneous influences. There is a scope of inter-disciplinary research in this field which will widen the scope of understanding. New research techniques based on modern technology are emerging which are capable of handling the present complex scenario. So the need of the hour is to restructure the course based on our fundamental understanding of the knowledge so that it could be applied in real-life situations.

The present study focuses on the retellings in Indian mythology with special reference to the tales of Ramayana and how these tales have gone through a change over the years. Mythological works which are actually rigid in nature have been going through many interpretations in the various parts of culture. Ramayana itself has 300 versions of itself. While we may have seen many different tales and interpretations revolving around the epic Ramayana, this particular book of Devdutt Pattanaik retells the epic, drawing attention to the many oral, visual and written retellings composed in different times, different places, by different poets, each one trying to solve the puzzle in their own unique way. The authors today have also tried to change the forms of conventional mythology to address the contemporary issues of today. Even though the retellings are changing with a different face each time the core essence of the story remains the same. There will be a continuous upsurge in the mythological content as long as the faith and culture is intact in the society. The researcher has tried to study the aspects involving the constant demand for the mythological tales in present generation with a qualitative approach, the aspects been social, political, cultural and commercial. The researcher also has analysed the content varying in the tales of Ramayana with special reference to the book Sita a book by Devdutt Pattanaik, a modern day writer and revival of mythology.

The Internet is a source for thousands of web-based applications. For each web application, there is a database associated with storing information related to users. These databases often store confidential data like login credentials, user transaction details, addresses, so on and so forth. Intruders are in a constant race to be able to hack and exploit the sensitive data stored in such databases. SQL (structured query language) injection is a threat that attacks the databases used for storing data collected from various web-based applications. The intention behind such attacks is to mainly steal or exploit the data stored in a database, by illegally accessing and gaining ownership. Weakly protected databases are the ones that are vulnerable to such attacks. SQL injection is mainly about entering malicious queries in the input fields. In this paper, we propose a model wherein we focus on encrypting the data stored.

A large proportion of the Indian population is excluded from basic banking services. Just one in two Indians has access to a savings bank account and just one in seven Indians has access to bank credit (Business Standard, June 28 2013). There are merely 684 million savings bank accounts in the country with a population of 1.2 billion. Branch per 100,000 adult ratio in India stands at 747 compared to 1,065 for Brazil and 2,063 for Malaysia (World Bank Financial Access Report 2010). As more people, especially the poor, gain access to financial services, they will be able to save better and get access to funding in a more structured manner. This will reduce income inequality, help the poor up the ladder, and contribute to economic development. There is a need for transactions and savings accounts for the under-served in the population. Mobile banking has been evolved in last couple of years with the help of Mobile penetration, which has shown phenomenal growth in rural areas of India. The rural subscription increased from 398.68 million at the end of December 2014 to 404.16 million at the end of January 2015, said in a statement by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. Banks in India are already investing in mobile technology and security from last couple of years. They are adding value in services such as developing smartphone apps, mobile wallets and educating consumers about the benefits of using the mobile banking resulting in adoption of mobile banking faster among consumers as compared to internet banking.

The environmental problems of the upper and lower basins of Jiadhal river are different but interrelated. Integrated watershed management trigger to mitigate natural hazards including land degradation, soil erosion, floods, sediment transport, siltation and sedimentation. It includes the integration of many scattered programs of soil conservation, afforestation, minor irrigation, crop production, tree plantation, fodder development and other development activities into a well prepared watershed project. These are mainly based on climate, land, water and plant resources on the one hand and man and animal resources on the other. Therefore, it offers hope for bringing about sustainable development and management of natural resources. The study area selected for the study is a part of lower basin of Jiadhal river which is a phenomenal river system with lots of sediment carrying capacity and intensive flood frequencies making it havoc for the inhabitants of the areas it drained. The phenomenon of siltation by sediments brought down by the river system from the upper basin is the real cause of the situation of the degradation of the agricultural land, land use pattern as well as the socio- economy of the population dwells in the lower Jiadhal Basin. Thus, the paper includes the study of environmental geomorphology and highlight the serious land degradation and to propose planning strategy for Integrated Watershed Management of the Lower Jiadhal River Basin of Assam, north east India.

Lung cancer has been responsible for the major deaths all over the world for the past few decades. The mortality rate of lung cancer has been at the peak in comparison with all other cancers worldwide. The most adequate way followed by radiologists for analysis of cancer in lungs is using computed tomography as it provides a detailed picture of cancer cells. The usual method followed is visual interpretation which can sometimes be wrong due to human error and is always time consuming. Therefore an efficient Lung cancer detection system is required by everyone all over the world. Thus this paper presents an automated approach for premature analysis of lung cancer using CT scan images. A numeral methodologies have been discovered to increase the efficiencies of the system for detecting the tumours in the lungs. Thus this algorithm is proposed using support vector machine, watershed segmentation and extraction of geometrical and textural features using gray level co-occurance matrix.

A new method for classifying cardiac abnormalities is here proposed based on the electrocardiogram (ECG). The ECG may manifest abnormal heart patterns, which are generally known as arrhythmias. MIT-BIH arrhythmia database and AAMI standards are used for machine learning purposes considering the patient-oriented scheme. Heartbeat time intervals and morphological features processed by a 2-D time-frequency wavelet transform of ECG signals are combined into an image, which carries relevant information from each heartbeat. These dataset images are used as input to train and evaluate the classi?er, which is essentially a 6 layers convolutional neural network(CNN),resulting in powerful artifact discrimination. The training set is arti?cially augmented to reduce the imbalance of the ?ve heartbeat classes, achieving better results. A signi?cant achieved overall accuracy of 95.3% of the proposed method, compared to some of the most relevant published methods, permits to expect effective results when applied to real patients.

In the present world of Space age and automation era, nearly all human beings appear to be living a more and more inactive life. They like riding instead of walking, sitting instead of standing and watching instead of participating. So, there is great need for physical education as a part of balanced life and it is widely recognized that physical education and sports is relevant and important in developing an active and healthy life-style and the solution to rising obesity rates worldwide. The matter of concern is the deteriorating status of physical education and sports. It is a great challenge for the developing countries of the world to set up a connection with other developed nations to get guidance from their coaches and authorities. Some people are confused by this term and do not know what it teaches. It is mostly misunderstood as 'Physical training drills' (P.T. exercises). Others consider physical education as playing activity like football, hockey, races and other competitive activities whereas this is also not true. Some opine that it is for physical culture to make body-shape. Few others consider physical education is meant only for recreation, fun and enjoyment. In fact, these wrong opinions have led to many misconceptions about the subject. Structured physical education must be made an integral part of school curriculums in India. For such a young and socio-economically diverse population, physical education through schools can become a powerful holistic development tool for Indian Children. Physical Education ensures the social growth of children by providing them self confidence, promoting leadership, teaching teamwork and encouraging inclusion and championship.

Jhumpa Lahiri came to literary scene in 1999 with the publication of Interpreter of Maladies. This short-story collection has earned popularity with the readers a lot. It has won the Pulitzer Prize for fiction in 2000. As it was the first effort by Lahiri, it gained a lot of name to her in literary world. There are nine interesting stories in the collection which create different impacts on the readers. These stories talk about the Indians living in America who are navigating between the tradition they have inherited from their native land and the kind of life they are encountering in US. The aim of this research endeavor is to focus on the stories which deal with the theme of migration and its impact. First story the Temporary Matter talks about the broken married life of a second- generation migrants. They resist everything from Indian culture but still they cant stop themselves in having relationship with their native culture through their kitchen. The loss of their unborn kid set them apart. They start going away from each other but the temporary thing like power cut brings them together. Shukmar even after being in his 30s works as a student and his wife Shobha who is practical, works as proof-reader. Till the last of the story, we dont know the attitude of the writer for the cultures but the relationship of husband and wife in spite of their lack of vulnerability in each-others presence come back to normalcy. They share things with each other but when Shukumar realizes the purpose of Shobha to start the game of telling each other things which they didnt tell earlier is to talk about her staying away in home from Shukumar, then he feels shocked. He feels that now it is all futile to keep away the secrets from each other out of love. He tells her that though they have promised each other not to reveal the gender of their kid before its birth, but now when love is not there between them, then it is waste to keep things a surprise. He tells her that kid was a boy who was like Shobha. Their shared grief brings them closer to each other.
