The conventional method for the production of ethanol is the usage of fossil fuels. A constant use of fossil fuels can lead to global warming and many other environmental problems. An alternative method for the production of ethanol is the use of biological sources. In the current study, Corn cobs, a potential waste product is used for the production of bioethanol. Iron oxide nanoparticles which are synthesized from the medicinal plant, Andrographis paniculata is incorporated to the fermentation medium in order to increase the production of ethanol. Both nanotechnology and ethanol production are important for todays society and the combination of both can be an answer for many of the environmental issues faced today, such as increased fuel demand etc.

The method of preparing a strategic and long-term vision of a city based on which a short-term executive plan is prepared is very important and fundamental. In recent decades, various schools and paradigms have emerged in the field of urban literature, some of which have a great impact on They had urban spaces. Among these, the approach of the urban development strategy is one of the most important of these issues. Strategic management is very important in urban planning. This Management program is different from other types of past urban planning patterns, emphasizing the constant participation of the people, and drawing a vision for the city. The abundance of urban problems and challenges, on the one hand, and the new conditions of cities for globalization, on the other hand, require a change in the approach to urban planning. Using this new approach in urban planning in Afghanistan can save cities from the current situation that faces many problems and issues. A special feature of the urban development strategy is the emphasis on solving urban problems within the framework of a clear picture of the current situation and the future of the city and the participation of more and more citizens in the affairs of the city. The current trend of cities being created one after another is only reminiscent of urbanism, not urbanism. The Urban Development Strategy has so far been implemented in more than 300 cities around the world. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the feasibility of implementing urban development strategy projects in Afghanistan with the approach of strategic management based on the current situation in the Afghan urban management system in cooperation with the Ministry of Urban Development of Afghanistan.

Media and communication can influence the behaviour of people. It not just tells what to think about but also how to think about any issue (McCombs and Ghanem, 2001). It helps to form a mindset on any topic and thus shape opinions. Communication for social change or Development Communication is something where messages if designed in the right way can produce the desired output and lead to a behavioral change. When it comes to Bihar the media can play an active role in making farming a profitable affair and to check migration due to unemployment. The way agriculture is being practiced is changing globally. Production has become very demand- supply oriented. Those who will have the better understanding of it will stay ahead and others will be eliminated. Traditional ways of production and farming need to acclimatise and adapt according to the modern market conditions. New ideas need to be disseminated from the research institutes and labs to the practitioners in the field for implementation and at this juncture the role of mass media becomes crucial. How to convince people to adopt more efficient, productive and economical ways of farming is the role media can play. Growing excessive food grains but which fetches less money has turned farming into an uneconomical business in Bihar. The state has been predominantly an agricultural society. What are the changes which can be brought in the current situation and what can be the role of media and communication in it is the main aim of this article.

Cloud is used in various fields like industry, military, college, etc. for various services and storage of huge amount of data. Data stored in this cloud can be accessed or retrieved on the users request without direct access to the server computer. But the major concern regarding storage of data online that is on the cloud is the Security. This Security concern can be solved using various ways, the most commonly used techniques are cryptography and steganography. But sometimes a single technique or algorithm alone cannot provide high-level security. So we have introduces a new security mechanism that uses a combination of multiple cryptographic algorithms of symmetric key and steganography. In this proposed system 3DES (Triple Data Encryption Standard), RC6 (Rivest Cipher 6) and AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithms are used to provide security to data. All the algorithms use 128-bit keys. LSB steganography technique is used to securely store the key information. Key information will contain the information regarding the encrypted part of the file, the algorithm and the key for the algorithm. File during encryption is split into three parts. These individual parts of the file will be encrypted using different encryption algorithm simultaneously with the help of multithreading technique. The key information is inserted into an image using the LSB technique. Our methodology guarantees better security and protection of customer data by storing encrypted data on a single cloud server, using AES, DES and RC6 algorithm.

In recent years, there has been a large vary of applications of crowdsensing in mobile social networks and vehicle networks. As centralized learning methods cause unreliability of information assortment, high price of central server, and concern of privacy, this majorly motivated to use distributed servers using distributed algorithms and network analytics. It is dedicated to develop a possible framework that expeditiously and accurately learns the parameters in crowdsensing networks, well generalizes the previous learning ways during which it supports heterogeneous dimensions of information records determined by totally different nodes, similarly as supported non-smooth error functions. Specifically, implementation uses a completely unique Distributed Record Completion rule that permits every node to get information by communicating with neighbors, and a Distributed Data Acquition that achieves the potency of minimizing traffic, delay, noise. Distributed server concept tends to evaluate the performance of the framework with experiments on artificial and real-world networks.

Text Summarization as a phenomenon has always been present and rather an evolving one with the advent of new technologies both in terms of data collection as well for the processing of this data. One reason of using text summarization is the huge amount of data floating over the internet in the form of text files, comments which is though potent enough to be used to extract useful information. but since the amount of text present in these sources is too huge, so the need of text summarization becomes justified by every argument. Some of the areas where text summarization is vastly used is applications involved in providing capsule information such as compact news applications, or websites providing academic notes for various examinations This paper presents an auto text summarizer application which takes the URL of a web page as input, performs summarization on the selected elements and then presents this summarized text content on the front end of a web application. At the backend, the process of scraping of web page content (if an http URL is provided as input) using beautiful soup library or reading of text provided takes place. news in short forms, or micro blogging websites. The scraped content after being preprocessed properly is summarized using a suitable library which in our case is one among NLTK, Spacy, Gensim and Sumy. The summarized content is presented at the front end using flask framework of Python. The results produced using different libraries are compared in the end in terms of reading time of the summarized content. The application uses extractive text summarization technique in order to achieve its result which is a compact summary of the textual data prepared

In todays world it is difficult to configure each mobile device with configuration settings manually. Device provisioning aims at managing brands for the devices and also manages primitive implementation for all the configuration settings to the newly added devices. The main aim of the project is to design a system so that a single instance of the system can control multiple customers, each with different network configurations, access control, policies, device types and external interfaces. To properly enable mobile broadband, SADM (Server Device Manager) facilitates remote management of settings, applications, user data content, security and updating a firmware in mobile devices connected to the wireless mobile network

Vehicle number plate recognition is that the foremost exhilarating and challenging research topic from past few years. Number plates are of various shapes, size and even have different color in different countries. In India the foremost common vehicle number plates used have yellow or white as background and black as foreground color. General problems faced by the captured image while moving is quite missing all its originality due to the addition of noises and due to the environmental situations. The captured image which is analyzed by our eyes can only see a few lines of the image obtained. So we are in need of the better algorithms for processing. In this paper we proposed a system for localization of number plate for vehicles and segmented the numbers as to identify each number separately. We generally focus on two steps: one is to locate the number plate and second is to segment all the numbers and letters to identify each number separately. Modified Edge detection is an important task for the resulting clear cut image output and it is the midpoint between the image and its background. The developed system first detects the vehicle then captures the vehicle image. Vehicle number plate region is extracted using the image segmentation in a picture. The data which came is used for comparing with some records on database and getting the precise information like vehicle owner details, registration place, address, etc. This whole process is done by using MATLAB, which is used for testing on real image.

With the growth in internet it is easy to transfer data faster and accurately to the destination. There are high possibility that data we are transferring is not secure, this can be misused or modified. To overcome this various steganography techniques are used. For transmission of multimedia files there are already lot of security tools, but less efforts are made to secure text message. The purpose of this paper is to propose a new steganography technic to hide text message in a video file based on small pixel value difference (SPVD). This paper focuses on analyzing the various video steganography techniques which were proposed for securing text message. In this paper small pixel value difference of characters are used to embed data into the video file. On experiment this proposed method shows appreciable results and visual quality of stegno-video is better compare to other techniques used previously

ABSTRACT: Dalit literature is a literature of protest, pain and agony. Its beginnings can be traced to the undocumented oral folklore and tales of the past decades. Dalit literature as a genre was established in the 1960's and 1970's when a spurt of Dalit writing was published in Marathi and Gujarati. Nearly two decades later, Tamil Dalit writing marked its identity in the literary map of Tamilnadu. A Dalit woman is a Dalit amongst Dalits. Doubly oppressed by a patriarchal and caste tyrannical society, a Dalit woman nonetheless has exemplary endurance and the indomitable spirit to bounce back against all odds. The time has come for Dalit writers to not only lament their subjugation but also to simultaneously celebrate with pride the dauntless spirit of the Dalit women. This paper seeks to explore how Bama's Karukku and Sangati are testimonies to this significant changing trend in Dalit literature.

There are two approaches to modeling reneging in queuing literature viz deterministic and random. In case the patience time of customer is assumed to be random, it is the practice to further assume that customers are unaware of their state in the system so that the reneging distribution is state invariant. However, customers are often aware of their state so that it is natural to observe customers placed at a distance from the service facility to have reneging rates higher than those near the service facility. In this paper, we model such a reneging phenomenon. In addition, customers are also assumed to be of balking type with balking probabilities being a function of system state. Explicit closed form expressions of various performance measures are presented. A numerical example with design aspects has also been presented to demonstrate the results derived.

Retrofitting is modifying existing equipment's or structure with additional or new components or members. Which actually make the old structures more resistant to seismic activity. Retrofitting reduces the vulnerability of damage of an existing structures. Now days the use of retrofitting is expanding like a wildfire. Retrofitting helps to increase the strength, resistivity and overall life span of the structures. Its only aim to strengthen a structures again. As structures lose their strength with the period of time. Retrofitting is processes of adding new features to older buildings and weaker buildings. Retrofitting is best and economic option to make existing inadequate building safe against future hazards like-earthquake. It was also observed that retrofitting also helps in regaining the strength of the structure which lost its strength in fire. The normal concrete structure easily gained strength by wrapping FRP sheets in 2 or more layers. The strength can be further increased by increasing number of wrappings.
