More and more professions nowadays require concentration over the long term. Drivers must keep a near eye on the street, so they can respond to sudden occasions quickly. Driver fatigue typically becomes an instantaneous reason behind several traffic accidents. In this manner, there's a ought to create the frameworks that will distinguish and inform a driver of her/his terrible psychophysical condition, which may essentially diminish the number of fatigue-related car mishaps. Developing these devices, though, experiences several difficulties linked to swift and proper identification of the exhaustion signs of a rider. One of the specialized conceivable outcomes to execute driver tiredness discovery frameworks is to utilize the vision-based approach. Here we are identifying the driver drowsiness by evaluating vision framework of him .

As mobile ad hoc network (MANETs) is self-organizing scheme for mobile nodes that interconnect with each other by wireless links with no setup such as access point or base station. Mobile nodes can be directly communicated with each other if node comes in transmission range; the relay nodes are forwarding nodes which send packets to the receivers. In this research paper, we concentration on dissecting and enhancing the most commonly used routing protocol Ad hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV) based on the security. Our concentration particularly, is on enhancing the Blackhole Attacks security. We modified the AODV protocol based on the Hash function verification algorithm the name of the modified protocol is Secure-AODV routing protocol. The solution of single and Cooperative blackhole attack are verified with the help of implementation and simulation using network simulator (NS-2.35). Here demonstrate the two scenarios of blackhole attacks 1) consider the single blackhole in the network. 2) Cooperative blackhole scenarios. Our investigation demonstrates the comparison between the single and multiple blackhole in the network. This comparison carried between the Blackhole-AODV-RSA and blackhole-Secure AODV-RSA based the QOS parameter performance of Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), Average end to end delay and Average throughput in the presence of Blackhole attacks. The packet deliver ratio performances are increased and average delay performance is decreased in Secure-AODV-RSA with respect to blackhole AODV-RSA, its increase the performance of the network. The simulation results show that proposed approach (Secure-AODV-RSA) is better than AODV-RSA.

Background: The purpose of this systematic review is to evaluate published literature on the risk of CQ or HCQ treatment in people with epilepsy. In the COVID-19 pandemic, treatment is required against the SARS CoV-2 virus. CQ or HCQ are the proposed drugs that attract the attention of the public. However, the packaging indicates that these medications can relieve patients with epilepsy, and as a result, there are growing concerns in the epilepsy community. Methods: PubMed (1970 to March 27, 2020) and Embase (1970 to March 27, 2020) were CQ or HCQ names and searched for numbness or convulsions. Selected studies were reviewed and drug reactions were bad. Results: Of the 31 studies, only 11 were considered in favor of systematic analysis. With CQ, subjects are worth a prospective case study (n = 109), two case series (n = 6) and six issue reports. After taking 1000 mg, excluding an epileptic patient, the efficacy of CQ varies between 100-500 mg per day. For HCQ, there is a case study (n = 631) and a case report. Clinical trials have failed to identify any significant association between seizures and CQ or HCQ. Conclusions: Despite the increased risk of seizures from packaging, a systematic review highlights that Class 1 evidence does not support such statements. Therefore, practitioners should understand that information on this particular topic is limited to most cases and case reports. . There is little evidence to suggest that these drugs increase the risk of epilepsy.

Whole world is fighting against single enemy, novel corona virus (nCoV) causing respiratory trouble, the disease originated from Wuhan of China at the end of 2019 (COVID-19) which is very much similar with the corona virus causing severe acute respiratory syndrome, the disease outbrocken in 2003 (SARS). That is why nCoV is also called SARS-CoV-2/2019-nCoV. Present world is exhausted under massive lockdown and becoming looser day by day. No specific treatment yet to be established except repositioning of some old drugs, though they possess risky side effects. At this juncture to overcome adverse side effects of such drugs, aiming to search naturally occuring candidates targetting to establish a treatment model and to combat the challenge. The traditional plants/spices of bitter taste from Indian origin like Azadirachta indica A. Juss. (Indian Lilac/Neem/Nimtree), Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees (green chirata/Indian kalmegh), Momordica charantia L. (bitter gourd/bitter melon/Indian karela), Moringa oleifera Lam. (Tree of life/Miracle-/Drumstick-/Horseradish tree), Curcuma longa L. (turmeric/Indian Haridra) rhizome and Nigella sativa L. (Black Cumin/Kalonji/Indian Kalojeera) seeds commonly pose the antimalarial, antidiabetic, antihyperlipidemic, anti-inflammatory/antiarthritic, immunomodulatory, and antiviral bioactive behaviors as therapeutics. Chloroquine/Hydroxychloroquine are resembled the same behaviors concomitantly. Both chloroquine(CQ) and hydroxychloroquine(HCQ) are synthetic antimalarial and antiarthritic drugs but recently repurposing the antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2. CQ exhibits adverse side effects like vision loss, psychiatric disorder, cramp etc.. But HCQ, hydroxylated derivative of CQ is less toxic than CQ. HCQ on the other hand, it has been linked to some instances of cardiac arrhythmia, macular disorder and liver damage. Present study aiming to evaluate naturally occuring preventive/prophylactic/alternative potentials from Indian perspective searching database from existing literature and internets to overcome such odd side effects of CQ/HCQ on human subjects. The common/signature bioactive behaviors of some Indian traditional bitter plants/spices (SITBP/S) mentioned above and CQ/HCQ are more or less are found to be similar. Moreover SITBP/S exhibits anthelmintic and antiulcer good effects found from literature. Also a di-/tri-/polyherbal formulation could be suggested by constructing a Common base-tetra-triangular (CBTT) model for traditional treatment thus proposed and implimented on a very small group of COVID-19 suspected symptomatic patients from my Instititute at preliminary level, especially as preventive/prophylactic or alternative antiviral approach to SARS-CoV-2, might be rationalized to replace the CQ/HCQ side effective treatment. CBTT model of treatment + azithromycin (AZ) were implimented in presence or absence of antiallergic medications (AAMs) in symptomatic patients those who were denied to go Hospital. Without the AAMs, 7 days delay of recovery was observed. Resulting CBTT model +AZ + AAMs could be repurposed for faster recovery.

Reconstruction of the stright line is a very tedious task , given a noisy set of points in a 2D plane. In the reconstruction of the stright line there are several previous studies, all the studies reconstructing only uniform samples. Here implementation of a new approach to strightline reconstruction from noisy pointset. Choosing neighbor hood points and information regarding local density. Solving the surface issue from point sets make extensive use of the fact that the data are grouped into boundaries and the contours are situated in parallel planes. Similarly, specialist algorithms to rebuild surfaces From multiple viewpoint data range may leverage the data points adjacent connection within each. Implementing this reconstruction of stright lines by consistency and density informations.

Emily Dickinsons poem captures various emotions related to life that she presents through her poem. Death is perceived as a life giving force in a different metaphysical sense of understanding. Spiritual crisis coupled with a sense of association with material reality forms a sense of conflict in her poems that she attempts to merge together to form a holistic meaning of life, reality and her worldview. In her worldview, death is treated as a being that helps to transcend the material reality and move towards achieving a sense of unity of being in spiritual sense.

One of the most alarming issues of todays world is exploitation and extinction. Everywhere there is scarcity of resources, unpredictable climatic variations, and unconducive atmosphere resulting in an unfriendly world. There is a drastic change in the natural and the human world due to human greed. Ruskin Bonds short story The Leopard explores the cause of extinction and exploitation and throws light on the relationship between man and the other species. It also brings out the repercussions of misappropriation of natural resources.

An Aqua Silencer is used for control of emission and noise in automobile exhaust. By using activated charcoal, perforated tube and outer shell it is constructed. Or in other words Aqua Silencer is a modified version of a conventional silencer aimed at the reduction of toxic emission from the exhaust of an IC engine into the atmosphere and also to reduce the noise that is produced by damping methods which involves water and hence the name. Day by day the Air pollution is going on increasing. The main source of the pollution is Exhaust from automobiles and industries. Hence to reduce these pollutants from Exhaust of Engine a new technology is introduced called Aqua silencer. Decreasing the pollution level is now the main aim for many. Pollution is in many forms, almost every natural thing is now affected by the term pollution. Not only land, water, air, but each and every thing belongs to the planet is now in danger levels of pollution. Already human civilizations woke up to reduce this danger but are not into many things one of such is air. Air pollution is one of the hardest challenges to the humans as it is beyond our hand limits. So there must be a technology for that to decrease the alarming levels of air pollution. The discussed method also aims to bring the increased levels of pollution back to the bottom. In this method the air is being purified by the use of distilled water only, without the use of any synthetic material or chemical substance. Here, the air is made passed through the water so by reaction with water, pollutants stay in it results in clean air. In this method air is being purified by polluting water, but the fact is cleaning water is easy and there are many methods for this but cleaning air needs some boost up in the technology level. An Aqua silencer is a device used to filter the pollutants produced from automobiles such as CO2, CO3 etc., Due to water, the noise is also getting reduced than open environment. Because of this it gets named as AQUA SILENCER.

Introduction: Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) is a demyelinating central nervous system disorder. The experience in children in our area is limited. Purpose: We describe a cohort of consecutive children with ADEM. Methods: Clinical and MRI of brain characteristics, treatment and outcome of a series of ADEM hospitalized in PICU, Oran University Hospital center (Algeria) from January 2011 to may 2016 were reviewed. Results: There were 07 males and 03 females. The mean age (median) at onset was 48 months [range, 6 132 months]. All children had a prodromal event (infectious 08 cases or vaccination 02 cases). The mean interval between the febrile prodrome and the beginning of neurologic disturbance was 14 days (range, 3 to 30 days). Limb weakness (02 cases), ataxia (02 cases), ophtalmoplegia (02 cases) and acute hemiparesis (02 cases) were the most prominent initial findings. Aphasia was noticed in one patient. Seizure was observed in 07 patients. Consciousness disturbance (n=5) evolved into coma with cardiomyopathy of stress in one patient. CSF lymphocyte pleocytosis was found in 3 patients (9 208 cells/mm3). Initial MRI showed a deep gray matter involvement in 6 cases. Electroencephalogram (EEG) showed slowing of background activity in 04 patients. 05 patients were treating with IV immunoglobulin alone and 03 with high-dose IV methylprednisolone pulse. Among 10 patients, five had long-term neurological squeals. Conclusion: We conclude that early diagnosis and prompt treatment of ADEM will probably reduce morbidity and the seizures are not uncommon in ADEM.

The Coronavirus pandemic and therefore the ensuing lockdown have forced schools and colleges across India to temporarily shut and this unprecedented move had created an enormous gap within the education bodies despite the central and government doing their best to support for e-learning and online education. Globally, the Indian Education sector is amongst the largest, with an extensive network of more than 1.4 million schools and 993 Universities, 39931 Colleges, and 10725 Stand Alone Institutions listed on the AISHE web portal. As the Indian education system was mostly based on the offline system and classes. Most of the primary and secondary schooling sector was all based on offline education system has to opt the online classes for empowering the education and for the benefits of the students. Many schools within the country have switched to online classes due to the lockdown, but one in four students is unable to attach because they dont have a laptop, desktop, or tablet, consistent with a survey by economic times[1].

Unani system is one of the ancient system deals with the management of health and disease. The unique realistic approach and clinical success of the unani system of medicine arise from its fundamental principles and the existance of this system till now, itself is an evidence of validity of its principles. However, the long term existence of any system is based on a continuous search for new knowledge through research, developement by using modern technique and equipment, and also introducing fresh and newer concept to strengthen it's existence. The concept proposed should be scientific and should give a valid reason and solid evidences to proof when asked for. New research now a days have only been limited up to the translation of old classical data which is at least helping the newer researchers, physicians and students of medicine to understand the unani concept and to enlightened the quotes said by unani physicians long time ago. In this way, the data is made accessible. Research should be made more vast and deep. Ironically now a days, research is done just to compare unani system of medicine with the modern (allopathic system) and research done in the light of modern medicine protocol without considering the principles of unani system of medicine. There is a need to work on unani drugs, Discover new drugs, Do research of a drug in a new aspect, Do extensive research to treat the chronic diseases, concentrate on Possibilities of unani system of medicine, and focus on problems of Systen. Inside the article, the author stands for the need to understand possibilities and Problems of unani system of medicine.

The sixth revision of IS:1893 (Part ):2016, "Criteria for Earthquake Resistant Design of Structures" has been published by Bureau of Indian Standards recently in December 2016. In this new code many changes have been included considering standards and practices prevailing in various countries including India. The Indian seismic code IS:1893 has been revised after a gap of 14 years. This works aims at studying the revisions in various clauses of the new IS:1893 (Part 1):2016 and comparing it with the earlier version. The method of analysis and design of multi-storey residential buildings G+3, G+14 and G+24 located in zone III, IV and V under different soil conditions in both static and dynamic method with old and new IS:1893. The newly revised code has introduced a clause for effect of Unreinforced masonry (URM) infill walls in buildings, minimum width of column has changed into 300 mm and modifications done on response spectra. These are primary provisions considered in analysis of these buildings. The effects of diagonal struct provided in various locations in buildings with different conditions were analysed in the clause for URM infill walls. this project aims at under standing the relevance of the Indian standard codes that are used for design of various building elements using Staad Pro software under seismic load and wind load acting on the structure and investigating sufficient changes in the seismic performance of building while considering both the codes. If considerable variations in the results are identified between the both codes, then the currently existing buildings that had been constructed before implementing the revision in 2016 need to be modified by suitable retrofitting schemes.

COVID 19 has affected humans in every possible way. According to the WHO Globally, as of 10:34am CEST, 9 July 2020, there have been 11,841,326 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 544,739 deaths. Most affected regions include America followed by Europe. Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine are commonly prescribed worldwide. When used for malaria prophylaxis, chloroquine is generally administered at a dose of 500 mg per week starting 2 weeks before and continuing for up to 8 weeks following endemic exposure. Long-term use can be considered for the treatment of chronic autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. Hydroxychloroquine is typically prescribed as a 400 mg weekly dose when used for malaria chemoprophylaxis and as a 200 to 400 mg daily dose in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or with rheumatoid arthritis on 17 June 2020, WHO announced that the hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) arm of the Solidarity Trial to find an effective COVID-19 treatment was being stopped. This review article discuss historical perspective and development of chloroquine analogues, current research work on chloroquine analogue, advance treatment used for the treatment of the COVID19 and new drugs as well as various test available for the COVID 19.
